I ordered the Swivel Sweeper and received a confirmation e-mail that it was undelivered. They sent it to the wrong town. The e-mail also claims to NOT reply to the e-mail. My cc has been charged. This sucks!

Bought the Swivel Sweeper on-line. Received it and couldn't use it - had to have the battery fully charged. After the battery was charged (overnight) I used the sweeper - not impressed. Use it sparingly, however have kept the battery charger plugged in so it would be ready, well the battery charger is dead. This is a piece of junk! Save your money and buy a Swiffer (the orange one for carpets) - it works great!

After seeing the infomercial on the swivel sweeper, I went online to order it, but after seeing how much it was going to cost for S&H I opted instead to buy it at a store. We used it for a couple of months and my wife and daughter liked it, but I agree with other post here that it does tend to flip over spilling the contents. However, going into the 3rd month, it just stopped working altogether. I thought it was the battery so I recharged it again, but its not the battery. It appears the motor has burned out and only after less than 3 months use! If you read the warranty, you have to send $13 for return S&H plus pay the postage to ship it back to them. Forget that, especially after reading these posts. I agree its junk, do not buy it.

Not only is does this company air infomercials that mislead customers to feel that they are getting MUCH better of a deal than you actually are, but this company has representatives working at their call center that offer absolutely NO help!!! I saw the ad and thought it looked like a good deal. I called in and the first thing they asked me for was my credit card number. Of course, I should have thought this was suspect. The problem is after about 10 minutes on the phone, it because not a great deal because I Am also being told I need to buy this for an additional 15 dollars and that for an additional 7 and there is an additional shipping charge of at least 5 dollars for everything else you ordder. I Cancelled the sale and out of curiousity came online here and saw all the complaints. I then called back out of concern that my card would still be charged. The representative and the supervisor were completely and totally rude and unhelpful and the only consolation they could offer me as a consumer is that I could wait til monday( it is saturday morning now) to call the billing department to make sure it wasnt processed. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! they are swindlers

I had the same problem listed with the "cost" being more than it appeared to be advertised. I orderd it online and went ahead with the cost. Fine. I received the product about two weeks ago and about a week ago, I began getting calls from companies that they had sold my information (including my credit card number!) to...one company had acutally already charged my card! I am now forced to cancel that card and have a new one issued. Isn't that illegal? I have gotten no response from the company regarding this issue.

I purchased the SwivelSweeper because the commercial showed a woman vacuuming under a sleeping baby. I bought two for my niece who just had twins. It's noisy, doesn't work, is a piece of junk.

my order was stated as being shipped on 1/27, it's now 2/12, no product and $161.00 charged on my cc. Some needs to put these people in jail.

This product is great...for a bald person. Cleaning is easy enough. Emptying the tray simple and fast. It's removing the hair that's the problem. If a person has hair that's an inch long or less, they will probably enjoy this product. Otherwise, I found that the little tool provided was not going to solve my hair wrapped around twelve times over. I realize this may be a in-between-vacumming sort of product, but we all have hair that falls out every day, so even if you vacuum one day and use this product the next-you will still have hair wrapped around twelve times over.

I wish I had found this site before I purchased this piece of junk! I got new wood/laminate floors over the Christmas holidays. I also received a gift certificate for $50 to use at []. I watched the infomercial one night for over an hour and was so impressed with how it "appreared" to work on hardwood floors. So, naturally I spent my gift cert. on one. Within 2 uses, the first pole insertion point wore out and the handle-part kept detatching from the rest of the sweeper. Everyone else is correct when they say it's messy. That hair and junk just balls up in that teeny-tiny dirt catcher. Also when you try to go from hardwood to carpet...forget about it! Any debris that the sweeper has picked up off the floor is then scattered all over the carpet. Disgusting! Oh well, live and learn. Guess I'll do better research next time.

here i am again reporting some wrongdoing by another product that my company markets...the commercial for the swivel sweeper is false advertising..i take calls for this product and everyone that calls to order thinks that it is two swivel sweepers for 2 payments of 19.99...so i intentionaly watched the commercial and it misleads the customers by saying 2 for 1 for 2 pymts of 19.99...what they dont verbally tell you is that the first unit is 2 pymts of 19.99 plus 14.99 shipping and handling and then if you want the second unit for free you have to pay the 14.99 shipping & handling on it also..the part that is misleading and false advertising is they never verbally state that you have to pay 14.99 s&h on the first unit it is only on the screen when they post the address to mail in a check or money order in fine, fine , fine print. i reported this to my support people and they said that it is not deceptive, but it is and if you watch it you would see it too. they should verbally inform you of all the charges up front. every customer i get that wants this product is mad because they think that they can get both for 2 pymts of 19.99 and the 14.99 S&h for the free one, yeah right, i told them today, nothing is free...and if it is too good to be true...it is a scam... please dont buy this product...goodness only knows what people have to go thru to return one....please heed my warning as i am the person that sells it to you and i know what i am talking about, believe me...till next time... and the next product

i got my order more than three weeks after i placed an order. it turns out shipping cost is nearly as the actual products. anyway, one of shipped item was not there so i called them and got credit for the missing item and its shipping. and, i did not stop there. i compained about outragious shipping charges and told them i would write on any complaint site that i could find by googling. well, felt existance of my mouth and spoke out. anyone feels cheated on S&H? at least try to get some money back and if not satisfied, get in contact with FTC. end result, i got $5.00 off their shipping charges. FIVE LOUSY DOLLARS!!!

The Swivel Sweeper is a piece of junk! It didn't even last long enough for one pass over my carpet. They include a seam ripper to dig the hair out of the brushes. Having to pay nearly $30 postage for it to be shipped to me and another $30 to ship it back to them was outrageous. I scream every time I see their informercial. Wish I could tell everyone to ignore it.

The infomercial was very convincing and the price they advertise made it seem even more enticing ($39.99 and you get two!); not the case. I kept saying "No" to all the marketing items they kept pushing including extra batteries, etc., and when they got to the extra "bearings" which they said will run out, I lost it and raised my voice (quite manic)and said - "I haven't even used the thing, why would I want extra bearings!!". I found almost immediately, the gadget is quite useless and it got to the dumpster within a few days. The slightest cat hair or lint renders the brush part useless; the battery runs out in less minutes than it took to finish one normal size living room - even after charging overnite! Then, adding insult to injury - found month and then month two afterward, two of the marketing packages they offered and I refused, had extracted 16.99 and 17.99, twice each, out of my account. Had no information to cancel or complain to so called the original number and they referred me to a number that claims they will cancel but didn't re-imburse me. With the shipping/handling (and no Extras!) the cost of the Swivel Sweeper came to $80 and change??? and that's not counting the marketing fools who deducted unauthorized charges out of my account as well!! I believe I learned my lesson but others should take heed that, yes indeed, this extra scamming with the s/h fees and "other" products they push, is how these companies make their profit. They know the product sucks but count on the number of naive and gullible comsumers like myself!

I am so angry, I ordered the swivel sweeper by phone. It sounded like a good deal, but after I gave the recording my credit card info, they tell you you they recomend all these extra things and I wanted to just speak to someone so I could cancel it. I could not get anyone. I called my credit card company and told them not to put the charge through but they can't do that once you give them the card info. Stupid me for not knowing better. I did not receive it yet and was wondering if I don't except the order will I get credit on my account there is no way of telling because you can't contact anyone. Sad after all the complaints these people are still allowed to beat people.

Same old story from everyone else. It worked for a while. The hair was disgusting to try and get out of the brushes. It left debris on the floor. Then the battery quit working. I did not leave it in the charger over one day, like it said. I am so upset that it's so hard to believe what you see and hear about products. I can't return it. It was a waste of money. What a shame.

I purchased two of the Swivel Sweepers. They do not work very well. They fill up too fast and leave stuff on the floor. I wish I had not bought these. They are plastic junk.

Well, they're very fast about taking the money from web site orders--but that's where their concern stops. I ordered 2 weeks ago, got the confirmation email--then nothing. No email stating that product shipped, nothing. They also do not return emails or phone calls concerning your order. Anyone that does this is not a legit organization, so here goes a complaint to the BBB, and further legal action that seems at this point, necessary. Where's my product? Give me my money back if you can't or won't tell me!

The Swivel Sweeper is made like a piece of junk...the dirt collecter fills up and clogs withing a few minutes of sweeping..Then you have to it is too hard to clean out all of the hair and threads on the rolling brushes... I threw it out within a few days...I felt that they overcharged also, the bill was much higher than it lead me to believe it would be...I would not recomend this product to anyone at all...

I ordered the Swivel Sweeper throught the automated phone service number they provided. It was very difficult to get through all the questions and once I found out that the shipping and handling was 14.95 plus another 14.95 for a supposedly free sweeper, I decided to hang up. I never confirmed the order and there seemed to be no way in the phone system to submit a cancel. Two weeks later I see an email saying they shipped the order! Seems that after they tell you about the 14.95x2 cost to your order and FREE sweeper, you have already placed your order, whether you hang up hang-up or not. This scam needs to be reported, there should never be a sale until the customer confirms the completed order. Buyer beware! PS [] sells these for the same price, so don't order through the phone if you want one.

The TV ad will not tell you this about the Swivel Sweeper: But wait until you try it. The hair will get stuck on those brushes and there is no way you can get that mess out of it. I returned the 'fabuluous' sweeper after one single try. Don't buy it... it is a RIP OFF !!!!
