This product is a rip off and the company that sells it is a bunch of theives. My battery would not recharge so I ordered a one. It was never shipped to me and I eventually cancelled the order. The company said they would mail me a refund but to date, 60 days later, have never received my check back. Don't buy this product and if you already have one, it will be worthless when your battery goes bad. You cannot buy a replacement battery.

Well it works just fine, no problem with the dirt kicking out, no Battery problem. You just have to use it correctly like, Clean out the receiver each time you use it, or watch the receiver through the plexiglass to check it before using if it's full. We Charge the battery after every time we clean it out, No problems with Mechanics if you no what to do, sort of logical for ($ 20.00) what else do you want if you don't read the guide and take care of it. The only Problem is the handle, it does Not stand up right when not in use, so when it drops, or you lay it down BANG when you step on it. Jim

Just a heads up if you try to order the Grill Daddy you will get the same website with the same results, take your credit card first and put a bunch of charges on it. I was suppose to pay $2.95 shipping and handling and it ended up $29.95 just like the sweeper. Big Scam I will be filing a complaint!

It is not worth the money. I should know better than to listen to these fast talkin' TV sellers. They make it sound so wonderful! It does not pick up well and keeps one busy emptying the little container. I will never buy from TV again unless I check it out first.

WARNING: This is the biggest rip off I've ever seen. I purchased the swivel sweeper from the tv ad that said buy one get one free with free rush delivery. When my sweepers arrived in the mail, I opened the invoice and was appalled to find total charges of $115.90. They advertised 2 payments of $19.99. I did purchase extra swivels and extra filters. The total shipping charge was $42.95. I called customer service and after being hung up on I called back and was told each item has its' own shipping and handling charge...they offered to give me a $10 refund. I disputed these charges with my bank and after a conference call with customer service, my bank and myself, they agreed to refund all charges when I returned the merchandise. It cost me $14 to return the merchandise with return receipt so I could prove they received the package. I am currently awaiting the refund of my money. I will update at a later date if and when I receive it. This is a TOTAL SCAM!!!!!

I saw the commercial and thought wow I have twin boys and they love throwing items such as food on the floor. I bought one for 20 dollars and it was excellent in the beginning but now the battery doesnt last but a sec and cuts off. Also it quit picking items off the floor and it began spitting the items back onto the floor. Its a major piece of junk and I feel that we need to petition and get our money back. We all can prove we have one so ill give mine back for my money back.

Do not buy this sweeper. I wish I had read these reviews before I purchased this sweeper. Yes, they work great, but the battery does not hold a charge after three weeks (I bought two). S&H charges for two sweepers was $30 + I purchased additional sliders and filters-shipping charges on this were an additional $7...and guess what...they were never included in the shipment. I called and they said I they would send them out....I am still waiting. I could have gone to my local [] store and purchased this cheaper and taken it back for a full refund. If I send back the sweeper it cost me $20 each. My suggestion is someone take this design and make a better widget. Great idea, but the sweeper was made in a 3rd world country with 3rd world products and you are paying as if it would have been made in the US

I ordered the Swivel Sweeper. It took forever to get here. I responded to the ad about two $19.99 payments ... two free mini sweepers and a free extra rechargable battery. Okay, 2X 19.99 is about $40.00. My debit card was charged $75.95. When first ordering I was cut off and returned to the automated voice thing when I tried to cancel my order. I've tried to rectify this for 3 days. The customer service people are RUDE ... every one I've been lucky enough to get through to has been rude. I've spent more than $75.95 on the phone with these rip-off artists. My Swivel Sweeper still works just fine. But $20.98 for shipping and handling for a light-weight box??? I keep being told I ordered the extra battery. Well, I did not, the ad said that was free as well as the extra stuff. This company is a RIP OFF. I'm not spending $20.00 to send the damned thing back, and I'm not spending any more time on the phone. The rude (about the 5th I've talked to) customer service woman told me I could send my extra battery pack back and get a refund for it. What a friggin' ripoff. Do not do business with this supposed company.

I was lucky and bought this product at my local []. All I can say is, the product doesn't clean as advertised. In fact doesn't clean at all, it just pushes the dirt around. The battery? Doesn't hold a charge and is useless. It's junk, plain and simple. As I said I was lucky, I bought at my local drug store and they promptly refunded my money. Kudos to [] for giving me my money back and shame on the company that makes this horrible product.

I tried to order the swivel sweeper. The infomercial stated I could get two swivel sweepers for two payments of $19.99 plus shipping. Immediately after I called the number an automated message tried to take my credit card information with no mention of the promotion so I waited until I got transferred to an operator. She was rushing and trying to take my credit card information before explaining what my options were. I asked her to explain to me what my options were and how I could get the free swivel sweeper. She once again asked me for my credit card information after briefly describing that it was an upgrade option. I asked for more detail and she disconnected me and an automated message played thanking me for calling and hung up on me. That was a very grimey move and all this happened because I was cautious and wanted to understand what I was getting into before giving out my credit card information. They are rude and they purposely try to confuse you with their different shipping and upgrade options. Their customer service is horrible and I recommend that people just buy the swivel sweeper or similar product from [] or your local store for a cheaper price and you avoid that $15.00 shipping and handling.

I bought a swivel sweeper from a drugstore for 39.95 and I LOVED it. It was awesome for about 6 months...then one day I put the battery in and the thing souns like a dying cat! It barely rotates! Sad part is that the swivel sweeper was the best vacuume/sweeper to get the pet hair out of my carpet...I am so mad that it was made with such poor quality :(

The sweeper actually works well (don't charge the battery too long - that will mess it up). My complaint is with the service that takes the call/order. They signed me up to Value Plus even though I said no. Value Plus was great and refunded the charges no problem. They work for a lot of the infomercial products and couldn't tell me which company signed me up. SwivelSweeper was the only thing I had bought over the phone or online so thats how I know. The manager at Value Plus told me she gets this often and she suspects that the operators will sign up a customer because they can't be tracked. Be very firm if you order anything over the phone that you do not want any other services or trials and you will come after them if something unrequested shows up. This is my first stop on a trail of complaints. I'm trying to get the word out since I've heard this happen to some of our friends as well. The sweeper works great though!

This product does not work worth a darn. It kicks the dirt it picks up back out on the floor. When my wife ordered these sweepers, she was advised shipping was free. Then a shipping charge of $29.98 appeared on our bill. When I contacted customer service (be sure to grab something to read for when you are on hold), they denied shipping was free. My next step is to ship it back (of course, we have to pay the return shipping), after which they are to credit out charge account. I can't wait to see if that happens. I figure, even if they do credit our account, they will make a profit on the shipping. Buyer beware!!!

Purchased two (2) of the swivel sweepers about 1 year ago. One for myself and 1 for my mom and aunt. At first I thought they were the greatest thing ever invented. However, as time went by, both sweepers seemed to begin rejecting the charge and wouldn't run more than 10-15 minutes or so between charges. Also, both sweepers broke off between the handle and the base. I don't know why, but I ordered 2 more from an infomercial advertising "buy one and get one free). Well that was great, however, the shipping and handling was $15.99 per sweeper! Also, still continue to have the same problem with charge (battery). Also, 1 of them didn't even work at all when I first received it. The company replaced it with another one. Oh well, live and learn!

I ordered this product after seeing the television ad. I thought it would be a great help to me and so I bought one for a family member who needed something lightweight. I got 2 @$19.95 each then I ordered the extra filters, 2 extra batteries, additional slides. This ended up costing me $95.93. But where they get you is you are paying the extra shipping and handling; that shipping charge for two boxes secured together and all other articles packed with the boxes cost me $51.93!!??? But then to top it off I go to the drug store to pick up my prescriptions and there it was on the shelf- $19.95. I got so mad. I waited forever for it to come by USPS. I could have saved myself all that cost and bought it at the store. I packaged it back up and sent it back and notified my credit card company. I called the company and waited on the phone to talk to someone. Finally, almost 1/2 hour, talked to a woman Caroline or something told her my story, she argued with me about an air filter missing from one of the sweepers heads( I was checking it out) and she said it is there and I said, "no Mam it isn't" and she continued with it is there. I said, "Mam I checked and it wasn't in there, the extra filters were there but the one that was suppose to be in it isn't. I just told her thank you for the info for sending it back I could go get one at the sore and not bother. I want a full Refund!! Is that asking to much? We'll see. That was 7/16/07 It will be in the mail today!

I ordered the swivel sweeper on June 26, 2007. My credit card has been charged but as of July 6, 2007 I have not received the item. After reading the complaints I think I will have the charge taken from my bill and refuse the sweeper if it ever comes. This is disgusting. They also tried to sell me extra stuff and seemed annoyed when I kept answering NO.

I placed an order and could not cancel it doing the order. At the time of placing my order they added other cost and I could not stop them and the ad was mis-leading. 2 sweepers at the price of one $19.95 and no shipping and handling all changed and was not offered.
I am now trying to cancel my order and not able to do so.
