I thought that I may have accidentally punctured this contraption the reason it never held air. I wish I knew about this website before I threw 50 bucks down the drain. I guess I should just throw this mess away, if its not going to hold air. What a waste. I will never buy anything from an infomercial again. Thank you to whoever started this website.

A year ago, I purchased this product with the accessory, Flex 10. First, the original bean does not support the neck as was claimed in the infomercial. In regards to stability, they LIED! The stability ball is more predictable that this contraption. I paid an additional $60 for the Flex 10. The Flex 10 is a poorly made product. When I stood on the frame as shown on the infomercial, it let off a cracking sound. Do not even attempt that exercise! The Flex 10 is waste of your money.

I purchased the Bean in late April, 2007. Received it in late May, 2007. After trying the Bean for less than 30 days. I contacted their customer service to return it. After speaking to Jerry at station 11, I was given my RMA number for returning. I was told I'd receive a credit to my credit card. After numerous calls to this company they would not refund my money. I think this Bean company is a total rip-off and they're out to rip the customers off. Stay away from this company. Keep your money.

I bought the bean last year, the deluxe version with the flex 10. I am a very large female (over 400 pounds) I wanted to use it to start losing weight so I could have the weight loss surgery, since i had to lose about 100 on my own. anyway right on the website you see a SUV running over the bean saying it can handle that amount of weight and so i was like finally something i can use. I get it, no problems with billing, shipping or anything like that. My problem is that RIGHT ON THE BEAN it says weight cap 400 pounds, so i at that time was around 440 or so, i still decide to try it, i got on it slowly and once on i was afraid to move, i was scared to move thinking it would pop or something. well after a few minutes i got used to the idea and started to do what its for and it was SO unstable, i felt like i was gonna fall off. So it was false advertizing to say that it could handle that amount of weight. I still have it a yr or so later and havent used it since, i am still around 440 pounds, never got to losing enough weight for the surgery and doubt i will as i dont have anything to help with my body movements to lose weight, as my weight as made it harder to do much. I guess its a lesson learned!

I was very excited to get the Bean ... they made it sound so good on TV but it would not hold air. They did not send me a receipt or any instructions, phone number or anything to let me know how to activate the guarentee that they promised. I do not know how to return it. or who to call. Please can anyone help????

I have bought 2 beans. Both went flat within days!!!! It is really sad, because I like how it works. It is just a cheap product. My friend has the same problems and has returned her Bean to a retailer for exchange over and over and over again....may be they will get tired of people exchanging the product and no making money!!

The Bean is poorly made, that is the conclusion after using this equipment for 4 straight weeks. Seams burst everywhere on this thing and patches will not hold. I'm sending the item back tomorrow morn. Seams tear as easy as a slice of Velveeta from the wrap. I've got 6 patches on it now and still it leaks. Stay away from this one. You can put lipstick on a pig...but it's still a pig. Sorry, Lisa Kay, you got suckered into promoting a piece of crap here.

I order the bean elite with the flex 10. The cost was $149.00. It took about 2 weeks to receive it. I pumped it up and in one day it lost air. I phoned on Feb,05. and the man said he has never had a customer to report this problem but, he would send me a new one. I decided the next day Feb 06, to phone back and tell him that i did not want this product. He said no problem that he would send UPS to pick it up. I phone back on Feb 16 to tell them that no one has pick up the product and he inform me that it takes 10 business days for UPS to pick it up and someone has to be at home. I told the same guy that i'm always at home. Today is Feb 21, and i'm still waiting. Each time that i have phoned i've spoken to the same guy. This was a birthday gift and they had no problem taking it out of my account. I feel like i've been scam. This company needs to be shut down.

I purchased The Bean. Upon receiving it, I attempted to blow it up per the instructions. It would not blow up properly. I contacted the company, which took about 30 minutes on hold. I went over it with them, and it was determined that the Bean was defective. They had me cut the Bean logo off to destroy The Bean & return the logo to them for a replacement. The replacement never came, I waited & waited. Each time you try to call them, they say it is a 7 minute wait, which usually is 20 to 30 minutes. You cannot e-mail them on the internet--at least I have not figured that one out. I finally got through to them and found out they had the wrong address. I told them I just wanted a refund as I had had enough of them. They asked to have the rest of The Bean returned to them - a platform. They told me to get it boxed up and ready for a UPS pickup in the next day or two. This was a week ago. I tried to call The Bean and ask where my free UPS pickup was and the guy started jerking me around trying to tell me I would not get a refund, etc. when I had already been promised a refund. They clearly state on their ads on TV and internet that they will give a full refund. As I write this, the package still sits here. They are quick to send the product and bill you, but don't want to back up their warranty for refunds. I went out and had UPS package up the product at my expense. The Bean is way too hard to work with. The consumer better be sure they will be happy with the product because they may or may not get their money back if they try to return it. At this point, I doubt if I will ever see my money!!!

I ordered 2 beans, expecting to receive them within a few days, since the infomercial stated "rush processing if you cal now"......<br />
Also, the ad claimed "free upgrade" to the deluxe model. I did receve an e-mail confirming my order was received within 24 hours, however 9 days later, I received an e-mail stating the product had now been shipped and I could expect delivery in yet another 5 days. When my beans fianlly arrived, neither was the "deluxe" model. I cannot find a way to contact them via e-mail and the phone #for Customer Service is not available on the weekends. I will try calling on Monday to see if they will either refund my money or re-send what they promised.

The infomercial has alot of big stars. After 3 months of use it lost air. When I called they said they would send a new one. I waited 1 month then called back, they say the company changed hands. After several more calls they say they will send a new, but it never comes. The lifetime warranty is a scam.
