I ordered the Firm Tranfirmation System back in November 07, after seeing that my credit card was charged and no product yet, I called their 800 number. After doing all the work I found that it was sent to the next town and was returned to their wharehouse. I did get a refund ( after calling 3 times) on the credit card but I wouldn't of if I did not call them. Your better off buying this product from [] (yes I saw it their!) this way you can return it with no hassles.

I too had a problem with the DVD's, they would not play. I called customer service on the same day I received the order and was told "in 10 days" I would get a new set of DVD's. I called every 10 days, and I waited close to a month and a half and did not receive the replacement. I eventually wrote to my credit card company and requested the charge removed from my account for this product because of what happened. Thanfully, I was issued a refund from my credit card company. Customer service is waste of time with this company.

Anyone interested in a class-action lawsuit against their deceptive trade practices? I feel they need to cease and desist of this deception. What a SHAM! I ordered the firm product with the 5 dvd's and weights (Total body tramsfirmation system) ALthough they advertise it as 2 pmts of 29.95, I was charged over $119.00. Not only that, when the item arrived, it was completely wrong. only 1 dvd in the box was part of the program. the other 4 were 2 each of wrong dvds. Then I started getting more products in the mail that I did not authorize and all of a sudden my credit card starts racking up charges for products I never authorized them to charge me for. So far since July 17th when I returned everything they sent to me, I have received an $89.90 credit for the transfimation product and it cost me an additional 21.32 to ship back to them-thus I am out over $50.00 on a product that was completely wrong,that I had to pay to ship back to them and 2x's the advertised price!!! I am working with my credit card company to try to re-coup the entire charge. When I called them (the firm)yesterday, I was told that they NEVER ship wrong items, thus they are not crediting me for the shipping and handling! In addition to that, of the over $65.00 in additional charges they originally charged me without authorization, I have received a credit for $13.98. Then the icing on the cake is that after I've returned everything to them and demanded full returns of credits to my account, they then charge me another $35.80 to my credit card on 8/4 with no explanation. DO NOT FALL INTO THE TRAP OF THIS INFORMERCIAL. In order to protect my credit card, I now have to cancel my account and open a new account. The time and energy wasted on this is now incredible. Please let me know of any legal action that may be taken against these thieves. I would love to join in. Michele

I ordered the new Transfirmation system, the one with the weights. Well, received it but one of the DVD's would not play. I called the customer service and she gave me no hassles and said I would receive a new copy in 10 days. It has been almost a month. Of course it is the first one that they recommend to begin with. Their customer service is horrible.
