I paid about 1400 or odd for the this product. I am a student. I had saved up money after workin. Got a refund for some dropped courses and put it into this business. I mamaged to think that this business would get me some income which would help me pay for my tuition only to know about some bull about a merger not going well.
If there was anything of that sort there should have been some notice sent to us the customer. Its like you take our money say that I will do X for you with this money and do a X,Y and Z and even more and not let me know about it.
If there is anything that can be done legaly I wouldnt mind doing it or atleast trying to help out.
I want to know what is the current status. If anyone has any information about this please let me know.
The FBI raided his business on Thursday and shut him down for good on August 23rd, 2007. He was also on the news nationwide and believed to be in custody for full violation of Arizona State Laws. Ladies and Gentlemen; Don Lapre is through and gone for good. Good luck on getting your refund!!!

I put up about $1,300 to advertise The Greatest Vitamin in the World thru their ad agency. When I called and asked for my money, the man told me to give them 60 days. If I made no money by then, they'd return all my money. I forgot to call back until past the 60 days. When I called, they told me I waited too long to request a refund and they could not work with me at this point. Looks like they just took my money and ran. I would like to be a part of a law suit. Seeing their infomercial on TV and wanting to augment my income as an artist (can't get anyone to go to my website so haven't been selling my art), I called them about their "free" website offer in which I would be given an affiliate site to represent their product and get a commission on any sales. Well of course they wanted me to "upgrade" to a paid site in which I would represent all their products and not just one. Since the cost wasn't more then I thought I could afford to invest at the time, I figured if it would bring in more sales it would be worth it. So I promoted the affiliate web site they sold me on my artist website: []. But I never received any commissions from them and the site they gave me has apparently been taken off-line. Trying to locate their company on line, all I could find were fraud-watch-dog sites complaining about them. Well if a class action suit is filed against them, contact me as one of their victims! And if anyone knows of any legitimate companies I can work for, let me know; I can't seem to find a way to earn a living, being semi-handicapped walking with a cane and being near retirement at age 58.

Where are they? I spent $7000 and had earned money with them, but could not ever get paid. I was refunded a total of $2300. I have been searching for something on them with no luck. Class action that would be great.

I spent over $1,000.00 with this company and never saw a penny. I decided to cancel after 2 months and I tried for about a year to get my money back, like they said I could, but they kept giving me excuses until finally their numbers were all disconnected so I lost all my money.

I originally listened to the infomercial and made the decision to try and support my six-year-old and myself as I am disabled. On the phone the evening of Feb. 24, 2007, I purchased the web site, some product and the "successful" marketing items offered. My total was 361.20 and came of my checking account on the same day. I called the nexted day and cancelled by phone and marked everything return to sender, as I was instructed to do. I was told once everything was returned I would get my refund. I called within 1 day and as of today, Jan. 28, 2008, I still have not received my refund. I have more than 40 phone logs, in which I was told more execuses than I could have imagined. The following phone representatives said "your checks in the mail," Nick H.; Gordon Ven Kahl; Pam at ext. 145 (Merchant Relations, and many more. The most exciting moment was my confirmation letter in the mail that my reund was processing my refund. There's no date on the letter and of course..no refund! Please note: If you use a debit card or your checking account you can dispute it and get your money back but it must be within 60 days of purchase. I did not realise that fact, however, the Greatest in the World held me off knowing that fact. How can any one person in today's society steel from so many and still continue? Might be a good election topic! If anyone is interested in a class-action law suit let me know. Someone has to stop this company. Email: []

I was scammed on this one. I got the ad infomercial in the mail in August of 06, called and signed up, at first for $35 to get started --- then they nudge you for more for added features and so on until I had invested over $960. I thought about it for 3 weeks and decided to withdraw for my guaranteed money back, and have been trying to get it back for the past 9 mos now it's been 14 or 15 mos. without success. Websites were shut down, phone lines were discontinued way back in June or July of 07, and I have not heard a thing..
I was scammed on this one. Saw the ad on an infomercial last April, called and signed up, at first for $35 to get started --- then they nudge you for more for added features and so on until I had invested over $500. I thought about it overnight and decided to withdraw for my guaranteed money back, and have been trying to get it back for the past 9 mos. without success. Websites were shut down, phone lines were discontinued way back in May, and I have not heard a thing except from the US Postmaster who was investigating for fraud. I doubt i'll ever see my more than $500 again.

I purchased the kit in October 2006 I was scammed also. I called to get information for income tax and the number was unreachable and my site was also gone. I put a lot into advertising and I only sold 10 bottles of what ever it was. But I wont to claim that stuff on my taxes. Any suggestion.
