I was scammed as well, I was pressured to become a rep, with it's package for 295.00 and I did. But within 2 weeks I called to cancel and have not gotten my money back. it's been 7 months, they pulled funds out of my account and made my bank account negative. I'm ready to do whatever it takes! I want my money back....

I am having the same problem, i sold a lot of the product and no check ever! yet i spent a lot of money on it. How can we get a huge class action lawsuit against this person? the phone number is disconnected. The emails they give for contact are not valid. There must be something we can all do right? But now they want to sell commercial spots... what a joke!

I purchased this product in january 07 and shorty afterward wanted a refund for everything i invested into it. It advertised if you dont like any of our products we will give you a FULL refund. I called everyday and emailed them reguarding my refund and i kept being told you will see it after two billing cylces, still nothing. i spoke with summer and she told me she would put in a rush action and saw my refund was being processed but it take times. I kept being told 2 weeks, 2 weeks up until they switched their product and dissconnected all access to contact them. i lost over 1200 and was promised id get it back. I am all for a class action lawsuit as well. This is false advertisement and it is not fair for people to believe in something and loose all their money when PROMISED they would get it back if consumers didnt like the product. My email is cjo65o and it is at homtmail.. anybody please respond because i really iam not sure what to do. thank you!!

Tried to go back to my website and it was gone, also tried calling GVW to cancel and all the phone numbers were disconnected! $140.00 is a lot when you don't have it to give!

I too got scammed by this product. However, thank God, it was only for the $41 but to a single mom not working and going to school full time, $41 is a lot when you don't have it to spare. This was back in August of 2006, I requested a refund in Sept. I was told to return the material that was sent to me and they would issue a refund. I received a letter in October stating that I will be receiving my refund shortly. As of December I still had not received my refund, I called and Customer Service claimed that they were working on processing it and it sometimes takes a while. As of today Oct. 15, 2007 I still have not received my refund and I have tried contacting them with no success. I have no idea what needs to be done to get a Class Action Suit started but I am game for it. I don't know how many of you have contacted the BBB but here's the info from the Pheonix BBB [] It gives the phone number of (602-542-5763)for the Arizona Attorney General. I'm sure if we flood their office with call, something will be done about Mr. Lapre. Good Luck to all!!

Several weeks ago I heard the commercial. I was impressed as I listened to how you can start your own business for only $35.00. Rather broke, I thought this would be a great opportunity to buy into something that through time and effort could become something lucrative. The added clincher was that I would soon be receiving checks in large amounts for doing something that is never specified in the commercial, but for only $35.00 I was willing to work hard to generate checks and have a business I could call my own. Unfortunately, the commercials and specifically this company, pander to our desire to obtain something great for almost nothing. I called and provided my name, address & credit card information to a woman. She then informed me that if I wanted to succeed, I would need added exposure which came at a fee. It was also suggested I order products which each come with a fee. I was also asked to purchase a book which would provide me with information needed to live a healthier life. I grew apprehensive because the commercial never even hinted at additional fees. Unlike others, my purchases only totaled $129.00. I was told my website would be up later that day. Two days later, I could not access my site and though I called the customer service number provided to me by the representative, a recording disclosed that the line was busy and asked that I leave my number so that someone could call me back. 48 hours later someone did call back, leaving me another number I could call. I received a letter a day or 2 afterwards, providing me with my website address, sign-on name and password along with instructions for use of the site. A day or 2 later, an "account executive" called my home, leaving his contact number and informing me that I had already accrued 1 inquiry towards the 10 needed to generate a check. I called the rep back and he proceeded to offer me additional perks like a personalized website and increased exposure for only an additional $4200.00. When I declined these, he asked, "Don't you want to succeed?" I thought the commercial promised me success at a cost of only $35.00. The representative placed me on hold and while I waited, I could hear him shuffle papers. He returned moments later and said he was willing to reduce the cost of the package from $4200.00 to $1700.00. When I declined, he sarcastically said, "Good-luck" and abruptly hung-up. I called customer service and after a brief wait, asked a representative to cancel my account. She checked my record and said I had 4 inquiries and needed only 6 more inquiries. I told her I wanted to cancel immediately. She canceled my account & said I would receive a reimbursement. Several days later, $35.00 were credited to my account. I would caution everyone to avoid this scam and urge that you do your homework before calling the Greatest Vitamin the World or any other company promising "pie in the sky." It is disappointing.

I fell for this Lepre ine of GVW you-know-what in June 2007, I bought the guaranteed traffic package for $2195.00-like a complete idiot. I spoke with Tony Albion on July 30 requesting a refund because I was having no success as was stated, I would see those 1000 xhecks start rolling into my mailbox. So, after 3 weeks of nothing I received a cheaply printed spiral bound notebook of nothing but reassurance of the bazillions I was going to make. THIS? for $2195.00??? I called and complained and got Tony Albion who spent 2 hours selling and re-selling me a load of garbage and promising and personally gauranteeing my money back if I was not getting $1000 checks 3Xs/week within 90 days. I decided to check my "free" website and found it no longer existed! Then I began getting poorly written (like: English is my second language) emails referencing"the catastrophe" I looked into this and found GVW had imploded and it's potential buyer had pulled out of a $900,000 deal to buy out Lepre. Allegedly the buyer had found Lepre's business to be quite inadequate and less productive as it presented itself to be, so wisely bailed out, now there's a new company trying to salvage the remains of GVW, none of the previous phone numbers work, and there is a third party trying to move the remaining product at a severe discount. I am now battling the new company for my $2195.00 refund, feeling I was misled, certainly not informed that the company was in process of selling out, and I got exactly nothing for my money. If I don't succeed, I have only two words remaining: CLASS ACTION. Stay Away from anything stinking of Don Lepre, Con extrodinaire'

Sorry, but I have lost over $1500.00 on this program. I paid for my website and advertising. I also used a tracking program to see the amout of hits to my site. In six months I got thousands hits on my site without any sells. In my back office it showed that thousands of visitors had been to the site. But only six had joined. And you had no way to contact these visitors. I inclined to think that visitors are fake and this is how the company gets around their ad scam. They charge you for traffic which you never really get.So you zero return on your money. You must argee something is wrong here. Last week could not login to my site. And found out that the greatest vitamin in the world program was going out of business. And that I was not member of the program. I have tried to contact the these people without any luck. If this is not a scam then tell me what would you call it.

I invested over $5600 in the company December 2006. January 2007 I asked for a refund which was not "approved" until two months later after many phone calls to the company...people trying to convince me to leave half my money invested, etc. It's now September 2007 and I am about to give birth and take time off of work and cannot afford these high credit card payments! I'm sinking here. I am very much interested in a class action lawsuit and not afraid to begin one. I invested over $4000 in GVW Oct. 2006, I was given the run around to get my money back. I did succeed by contacting the Better Business Bureau of Phoneix Arizona, they have a good history of getting money back from GVW. Also I let my protested the charges with my credit card company. GVW will not honor the money back guaranty without these actions.

Idon't even know where to begin. I too have been taken by this "Most exciting money making deal" I invested over 7,000 in this business with all these "promises" given. Needless to say, I was ripped off just like all of you. I have made endless calls to GVW and all I get is "It will take up to two billing cycles to see your refund". Well it's been months now and still no money. I too like most of you did not have this money to invest. I too charged it to my credit card in hopes this would be a way to become debt free and start living a hopful stress free life. I was hoping to get to enjoy life and help my daughter and her family out with the extra money I would be bringing in. Well so much for that!!!! I am now paying a high credit card bill each month on the money they gleamed from me. I tried to cancel numerous times and informed them that I had some major emergency financial crisis and needed to cancel immediately, and I got the same old song and dance that each of you received. I'm all for a class action lawsuit. This company needs to be brought down there knees! Can anyone tell me how to get in touch with the Arizona Att. General's office. Please let me know. I am in a desperite situation financialy and mentaly. Hope to hear from someone soon.

Yeah I can tell you this product is pretty much a scam. I work at a call center that takes Greatest Vitamins and I've personally never seen or heard this work for anyone. At times I feel guilty because I know customers won't be happy with the product, but at the same time a little common sense wouldn't hurt them. If it seems too good to be true, it probably is. Of course there are many people who see me as dishonest and look down upon me for continuing my affiliation with this company. While I agree in principle, commission more than helps pay the bills. So while I might lie my ass off over the phone, there is at least a shred of decency, which compells me to leave this and spare some people the grief of dealing with our horrendous customer service. Do America a favor and discourage the general use of this pyramid scheme.

Well, I purchased my website for 35.00, no other fees. That is all I've spent with the company, I was to have guarenteed traffic. "with the low fee of ONLY 35.00". So I watched it like a hawk, and I called, and asked specifically why- I had visited my website-and I had guarenteed traffic, so why is it only 22 have visited my website, yet the id routed info (the computer language they track us users with) why 75% of the traffic appeared to be 'ME'. so a few months later-they changed the feature allowing us to see who are traffic is specifically. (if I lost you sorry-if not-it's very interesting) 2006, Dec., I call the company saying I want to up my business, the first guy (rude)3500.00 to do that, i was like thats too much, nothing less. NO NO and then RUDE, I hung up. call back-nice guy-price drops. I had a phone call I had to take, yet I call back don lapre's, next person gives me the best 'DEAL' 1500.00, for guaranteed traffic of I think 2000.00 'VIEWERS' (not customers) per year. I asked the questions, 'they' call our visitors 'customers', I call a customer-someone that places an order,- so always be careful with that slip 'of thier tongue',... I then tell the wonderful sales girl, why would I pay you 1500.00 when I already had 1800 visitors to my website, for my 1 time low fee to have my own business at 35.00. she was stumpted, then I recieved the best offer 750.00 for double the original quoted visitors, she still refers to as customers. I then ask why is it I am no longer selling vitamins ONLY, and will I make money on the books, and other products??????????????? IF you spend 35.00 for the book section as a sales, IF you spend 25.00 on the bla bla bla product, IF you spend 10.00 oh the cures (my pricing may be off-but the fact remains) I will then get a percentage. BUT as it is today I get only the percentage of theGRETESTvitaminsIN THE WORLD as I was told. (again they did not lie-huh) You will not get credit if your customer code is not given I HOPE you ALL realize that as well. so since 2005 I have sold 9 bottles online, I am not able to buy bottles for myself at 60.00, and recieve credit as a sales either! And have you all realized everyone going to your website thinks it's to find sellers, I had a vitamin addict go to my site 3 times, and could not figure out how to BUY his vitamins because they want MORE sales representatives so strongly all over our websites! needless to say my buddy will buy his vitamins from the mall, and he was sorry he could not figure out how to try our product. LMAOQ and NOT. I claim my business on taxes, as I figure out what I will do 'for real' when I grow up.
