My girlfriend bought two of these shower heads and thet are awful. I saw no difference in the quality of the water, admittedly could be due to the water hardness in our area. What I was most dissatisfied with was the drop in water pressure. Unless I have it on the jet setting, which stings, I get very little water fro, the other settings.

BIG WASTE OF MONEY!! I fell for this scam and what a ripoff! The product, which included 4 filters carbon capsules), cost $29.99 PLUS the postage & handling(P&H) another $24.94. (Probably really only cost $6 to $9 to mail) arrived within two weeks. I hooked it up and began using it but never did notice any difference in my hair as they claim the filters will take the crud out of the water. Approximately 6 weeks later the whole unit came apart and there was no way to fix it. The leak was on the head which just came apart from itself with only normal use. WHAT A PIECE OF JUNK!! Of course it was past the 30 day money back guarantee so I couldn't return it. Take your $54.93 and go to [] or [] and buy a $50 unit that won't fall apart...those carbon things never helped take out the chlorine anyway.
