i used trimspa for about 4 months. i had just turned 18 and had a few pounds to loose. the pounds just fell off! i loved it. we left for vacation. i hadnt even noticed i didnt pack the bottle until i started to freak out. something went crazy in my head i was sick and vomiting and couldnt calm down. i put two and two together--went into a vitamin store and a lady told me that i was going thru withdrawls!! i was addicted to trim spa! i went off of it, and i now see why they sell a 4 pack of pills at the store! so, i recommend it because it does make u loose weight. just.....good luck trying to get off the stuff!

Absolute crap! made me ill and never worked one bit! what a scam this stuff is! I now wish I had never bought it. I too was suckered in to how great Anna Nicole looked. I should have known it was too good to be true!

Took that stuff a couple of years ago for a month. It did nothing. Knowing someone who was personally acquainted with Anna Nicole, I learned that her claims about loosing all that weight on TrimSpa were pure BS. She lost all that weight using 'something else' that caused her to have the 'sniffles'.

I watched the commericals and yes i to tried trimspa. Tried it for 6 weeks. NOTHING!!!!!!! Do NOT waste your money. Later i heard, it was NOT this product that did if for Anna nicole...... liposuction and pastic surgery did it. Lying to advertise a product should come with heavy fines and jail time.

Oh my goodness, I don't know where to begin about this product. I took the EPHEDRA-FREE formula, and still can't believe how scarred I am. Like a dumb ass, I really admired Anna Nicole Smith's weightloss (and lord know's she didn't do it with this product) and I really didn't have to much to loose, about 10 vanity pounds. I have always worked out regularly, and the first day after taking this stuff, my heart started racing and I threw up in the gym locker room. The second day, while sitting in class my heart starting POUNDING in my chest, I had to excuse myself to the bathroom where I threw up again (and not to be gross, but it was bloody and orange). The next day I decided to really monitor my caffeine intake and see if that was affecting my heart rate and vomiting. I had absolutely no caffeine and yet, like clock work, my heart started pounding and I threw up. I immediately threw the rest away and went on about my life, until a week later I started to notice chest pains. To make an already long story short, I went to the doctor and the Trimspa had totally screwed up my metabolism speed, and placed unneccessary stress on my heart and cardovascular system, and this was the version that DIDN'T have Ephedra! It makes you have to pee a billion times a day, and the damage (it will take a year or two to repair my metabolism) is not worth it! Try weight watchers!

I had gained a bit of weight and was nothappy withmyself. So I thought hey, I would try trim spa. Bought a few bottles, and figured taking that plus exercising I would lose the weight. THE OPPOSITE happened. I actualy gained more weight, and no it was not muscle. I look so discusting and know I am struggling to to get the extra weight off. Itried it for 5 months. I wish I could sue over this. All this product did was give me false hope and caused me to be more self conscious about myself. I am so fat and disgusting now. I do not even want my husband to come home and see me because of this. I am to afraid now that I because of what happened he may not want to touch me. I am probably going to consult an attorney. Very upset and sad, mad.

I bought TRIMSPA and used it for 28 days.. It did absolutly nothing for me.. I have been struggling with my weight for some time now.. I thought i would cough up the money and try Trimspa.. It is a waste of money and a big dissapiontment.. I will never buy it again,I do not recommend it
