I bought 2 last year both stopped working I called the 800-901-5288 no. and have been told that the product is back ordered because of the great demand they keep promissing that they will ship me two new ones but never do it has been since march 1 2008 till now may 9 2008 when I call they tell me they are very sorry and will ship in one week that was 9 weeks ago same story every time I call still no product this is to bad I loved this product when it worked

I recv'd my TCP December 2008 as a gift and I was so happy to have found a product I was satisfied with but to find out later about how bad of a product this was and that eventually it would no longer work so after 4 months of use it sure happened to me and I've called asking for a refund and the customer service people keep telling me they aren't able to find my acct. and keep asking for my credit card # to find my acct. faster and there's no way i will do that so all they can do is take my info and will forward message to upper management well I'm still waiting for that call.

I purchased the product based on a 30 day trial and all I would pay for is shipping. The operator kept forcing subscriptions on me and I kept saying no, but he ordered them any way! I also told him no on the shampoo and conditioner package...low and behold when I did get the package it contained the shampoo and conditioner and I was charged $19.99. I also stated I did not want the RUSH mailing...low and behold it was sent RUSH mailing and I was charged $40. When I tried to contact the company at the 1-800-901-5288 number contained in the package on the bright orange flyer, I got a continous busy signal. I am addressing it from the end of my credit card and stopping all future charges from this company while asking my credit card company to refund monies I did not agree to.

I was so happy when I recieved my True Ceramic Pro, I thought it would end all my bad hair days. It was great for about 4 months. Then it started turning on and off by it self. I called 1800-901-5288 and spoke to someone from another country. I really couldn't understand what he was telling me. The jest was that it would take a couple of weeks before I get my iron back. I sent the $16.00 for SH . After reading all the complains on line just now , I fell sick to my stomach. I paid $130.00 for my iron. What really upset me is that I didn't reseach it first, I believed every thing they said in reguards to the informercial.

i ordered it got it on time but i do not i repeat do not recomend this product it burned my hair !now im looking to find ways to improve it because im not making this up i am embarrassed to go anywhere cause my hair looks bad! it didnt happen the first time but after the second use it was horrible and well still is and i followed directions carefully i wish i would have took the time to read this web site! and when i tried to call and ask questions it wouldnt go through! so if u want to get your hair fried go ahead and buy it !

Back in 2004 I bought the official TCP through an infomercial. I loved the product and thought nothing about it until going for a haircut one day. My stylist asked what the red stuff in my hair was. She handed me a mirror and upon seeing it, I didn't know what it was. When I got home I checked my TCP and saw that the red paint(ceramic?) was peeling and wearing off. It revealed steel plates. When I tried to contact the Company the number had been changed. By the time I finally got a contact number I was given another number. This number was regarding class action suits. It was past the warranty period so I just continued to use it. It finally died in January 2008. The product did work, but I was led to believe that the plates were ceramic not just paint.

I bought the TCP about 9 months ago. The light when out and it just doesn't heat up. I called them about 6 mnths ago and even went to the warranty website. I've called many times that I just gave up. When I call (1800)901-5288) they can't help me as they do not have me in their system. I hate to say but when the product was working it sure did a great job on my hair.

Yes, for several months I have been trying to get in touch with someone but to no avail. I purchased a true ceramic flat iron and love it but the red plates are turning silver. Is it safe to still use? Can someone please give me an answer....

My true ceramic pro flat iron's handle came loose before a month had even passed.I had called the 1 800 # but they would not repair my true ceramic pro or replace it.

i have purchased the product via phone after viewing the advertisment on tv. the company debited my account of $19.95 on feb 7/08. once the product arrived i decided it did not live up to its reputation and called clara juray the manager and told her i wanted to be refunded the $19.95 and ship the product back. she agreed and gave me a return order number. clara then stated the item should arrive before any further transaction is made against my account. i procedded to ship back the item on feb 24th and was confident the item would of arrived before march 7th. i ckd my account on mar23rd and WOW! the company held onto the item just to bill my account of a whopping $99.00. i am furious!!! clara is avoiding me and she had a bridgette and maria take the calls. i have reported this company to the BBB of california and am going to do whatever it takes to make this fradulent company pay!!!!!

I bought my 1st TCP in 2006 after I saw the TV comercial. About 7 months later my cord caught on fire, Ithought maybe I had done something to it. I bought a whole new one thinking that whatever I did wouldn't be covered by any warrant. ABout 3 months later it just wouldn't turn on!!!! If I moved it in a certain way or twisted the cord it would turn on for a few minutes but that lasted all of 2 weeks. I finally called the customer service line to wait on hold for 45 minutes for the customer service agent totell me to go to some "fulfillment" website. I went on it & filled out all of the info. After paying ANOTHER $50 for "shipping" i recieved a new one. That was in October of 2007. It isnow March and my TCP stoppped turning on about a month ago. IT JUST STOPS turning on!!! I calle customer service and to my suprise they have NO RECORD OF ME!!!! Did I mention this would be my THIRD flat iron from this company. No such record, no such address, no such order!!!! I was told by the customer service agebt that he would get a manager to call me back in 48 hours. That was 3 days ago. The worst part about all of this is when the product works it truly is the best I've used. I would pay for a great flat iron..IF IT WORKED!!!

I purchased my first tcp in October 2006 and loved it for a couple of months, then the red light wouldnt turn on unless I twisted the cord. Then it just stopped working. I thought it was just a freak thing and purchased another in October 2007. It is now March 2008 and this one too just stopped turning on. It gets really hot and burns your hands and hair: it splits your ends really bad. The website they gave me to get a replacement does not even exist!!!! This company is a complete scam!!!!!

OK i have had my TrueCeramnicPro for only 3 months and it has stoped working!!!!! I loved this thing and all of a sudden it stopped working. I did nothing to harm it or anything. Im 15 years old and im pissed. I loved this thing, it made my hair just how i wanted it. I got my mom to order it off Trueceramnicpro.com which i thought was the real website and i hope it is. Well here it goes i saw the add on tv and ofcourse thought it was a great thing to try loved it 8 months after using it i had a turned it on and it started to make a sizzle sound and started to smoke well then it stopped working after that so i call and complained and they sent me a new one a month later. Well as you know i am writing this cause the same thing happened again but sooner so her i am $205.00 later down the drain. Just called the number and to my expectation the number is disconnected.

I purchased 2 that were to be sent fast shipping.The products arrived after over 3 weeks, so I had to call for a refund for that. The products arrived with someone elses shipping order information. 1 worked for about 5 minutes and quit. Neither closed properly. I noticed they charged me a 2nd time for my order. When I called and pointed it out, they only refunded me as if I returned and they kept shippng. They insist I received a full refund, yet my credit card says different. In Jan. they put through another credit to fix the error, but it was still short. They continue to insist they refunded me correctly - their product is junk and they are liers. How dare they charge my credit card twice!!

Well, I called and order the product after seeing the informercial on 1/9/08. On 2/19/08 I still had not received the product so I called customer service. They claimed it was delivered by Fed Ex. I contacted Fed Ex and they had no order for me. I called back and was told it was delivered by US postal service. Not true either! I again called customer service and was told that I will receive a refund within 7-10 days. At this point my refund should have been $19.99 for S&H. Well, guess what, after being told this, the next morning I checked my bank account online and True Ceramic Pro debit my account for $99, knowing I did not have the product.
