While the TurboJam DVD's are wonderful and Chalene is a great instructor. my only complaint is about BeachBody.com. There's where the scam is. The tapes are great, but when you order them from BeachBody, make sure you read EVERYTHING. I did actually read everything and opted out of several of the things that would allow them to continue taking $40 a month from my account. UNFORTUNATELY, they did this anyway and when I filed a complaint with customer service they told me it was my error, but I have the paperwork printed off that says I opted out of their scams and only chose to buy the DVD's. They will hit you from every angle they can, and then blame you for it, so if you're being scammed by BeachBody, be prepared for a teeth gnasher. I didn't get my $40 back, but I have managed to stop the charges to my account. If you want to buy TurboJam, you'd do better to get it from [] or []. Beachbody is a scam.

Turbo Jam rocks! It is fun and addictive. However, don't call the 800 number, order online. I had no problems. I got the original 5 DVD set before they gave you the gloves. I recently ordered the elite set and the gloves as well. One of my gloves had a small hole and was losing the lead, so I contacted [] from this strand, and he sent me a new pair immediately. I am seeing great results. The music and workout is so much fun that I look forward to it everyday. People are asking me what I'm doing because the results are obvious! Thank you Turbo Jam and Chalene.

I purchased Turbo Jam over 2 months ago. Though I understand most of the complaints on how they try to sell you extra when they are not needed. I did order the vitimans just to try as well as the online support access. I did cancel after 15 day and was not charged any extra then what was stated to me. I also was charged the correct amount on my credit card. There are two things that I can think of that would cause the problems that most of you are facing. Is one maybe the people that they hire to take orders are not doing thier job correctly whether they are new employees or not paying any attention to what they are doing or two they dont have proper order taking and cancelation policies in place which is something that should be looked into. I have used Turbo Jam for over 2 months now and I love the DVD's. I have lost over 45 lbs. I have 4 children and the last two were one right after another so losing that stubborn weight was a big problem for me. I was over 200 lbs and now I am down to 165lbs I am also 5'9 so I look great! The actual product/DVDs are fantastic and very user friendly. Its sad that most of you have had problems with ordering and costs. I am unsure of the dates that you all have posted your concerns and maybe my good experience is due to changes that they have made from complaints like yours. For those who really want to try a product that works to lose weight I do recommend Turbo Jam. Its just dissappointing that from bad shipping experiences stated those who really want to use the product are short changed by its effectiveness by bad customer service reports. All I have to say is that I am living proof that Turbo Jam Really Works!

I bought this product after seeing the infomercial and I had absolutely no problems with ordering directly from Beach Body. They sent me exactly what I asked for and were not obnoxious with their sales pitches. I couldn't be happier with the exercise DVDs. It's a great system and it's really easy to learn. Chalene, the instructor, is very peppy, goofy and friendly and makes the workouts a lot of fun. I never feel intimidated by the workouts. By combining Turbo Jam with the [] plan, I have lost 30 lbs overall and I've gained a lot of lean muscle. This is the best shape I've ever been in and I feel great. I was so pleased with the results that I went back and bought another Cardio Party mix to keep things fresh and I may pick up some of the more advanced DVDs in a few weeks to spice it up even more.

I just want to verify that Turbo Jam is the work-out, not the company. I just received my DVD's that I ordered through a third-party for $10 and can't wait to try them. A close friend of mine has lost 35 lbs in the last few months doing it. Beach Body is the company that everyone is having all these problems with. You can still get Turbo Jam and NOT go through this company. Save yourself time and money and do so is my suggestion. I will follow-up later with a review of the product itself. Just a reminder - Turbo Jam is the product, and Beach Body is the company that is ripping everyone off. Turbo Jam is just one of their products.

I LOVE Turbo Jam. I bought the Maximum Results about 6 weeks ago and do at least one 20 minute routine a day and have lost over 30 lbs! I haven't changes the way I eat, just what I do. I hadn't exercised in 12 years (since the first chemotherapy) and it was great from the first day. This was the first exercise video that I had purchased where they TEACH you the moves BEFORE the work out. All these other videos they just start hopping around and you have no idea what they are doing. So no hopping & jumping, short workouts, and you learn the moves before ....... what could be better? By the way, I've had no problem with the DVD's freezing.

This is a great product. I always buy everything through [] because the prices are reasonable and you have options. When I first investigated T/Jam in October 2007, it was nearly $60 for the set. I decided to treat myself in a couple months when I reached a target of losing 3-5 lbs. Well, in March this year, I decided to look on my Wish List on [] and saw that the price had dropped to $14!! I bought it immediately from an outside seller (but still through []). Got it in a week and immediately started working out. Absolutely great product, but the DVD started freezing, so complained to the seller who promptly sent another one. Got that early too, but last night while working out it froze again!! Complained again and the seller promptly processed a refund. Got confirmation of the refund from [] this morning. I intend to buy it again but from another seller as I think that seller probably just got a bad batch. Oh by the way, it's now at $7! My suggestion is look at other options and save yourself money and stress!

This also means that you will not have to deal with more than one agent in regards to your account. I am human too and I know how frustrating that can be! Especially when its about your finances! Beachbody is a wonderful company with a GREAT product; I would love for everyone to want to experience this for themselves without having to worry about anything else but your health and fitness. My son had purchased a Hip Hop Abs DVD. The sales person threw a free 30day online help and he could cancel the order if he was not satisfied with it.The sales person was either reading a script or playing a recorded message to cleverly confuse the online service with the products 30day return policy.He never used the online help and was surprised to see a charge on the credit card for 3months. He called them immediately but they refused to accept. This experience scares me to buy any item over the phone.

Dude...I just saw the informercial...thought it was cool. Then I read all your comments...thats not cool dude. I haven't even attempted to order it, and wasn't even planning on buying it...I was just researching it. I'm like pissed off like no other. This company (nor any other) should not be able to treat anyone the way you all have been treated. Someone needs to seriously sue them. SERIOUSLY! So freakin lame. Don't order it. That Pierre guy is probably trying to scam you too, don't bother with the company at all. I feel like calling them from like a pay phone to make someone think im gunna buy it and give them a fake address and then hang up on them in the middle of the "survey" and then they are screwed over. I used to work for a market research company and basically half surveys wouldn't count for anything. We had to have a full survey done in order for it to count for a survey...I wonder if Turbo Jam co. is the same...if they are...it'd be great if like 100 people did that at the exact same time. It'd be kind of like improv everywhere...anyone seen that on youtube?...its great. Anyways...my answer is SCAM THEM!

I called and ordered said product. I must have been out of my mind. They then charged me 129.95 on my bank card, with over 60 more dollars within a month. I have yet to secure all of my money. I returned the product with a tracking number (thankfully) they did not even know that I had returned it although the tracking number was still attached. I called four times finally getting the intial refund except for 38 dollars which I was told was for the online help. I have not nor ever will ask for their help. Now I am given three different numbers to call about the 60 dollars which was taken out of my account the day after I had a confirmation # to stop shipment/payments etc. What a rip off.

I ordered this product yesterday from TV. I hung up on the lady after I told her 3 times I only wanted the exercise tape. She wouldn't listen to me. Later a gentleman called me back twice and said my order didn't go thru. I hadn't given them my number so be careful they have caller ID. I did order the dvd and will report any addtional charges. If there are they will receive the product right back.

I actually received Turbo Jam as a gift and I love it. You really have to try it. The exercise program itself has nothing to do with the people from customer service or the hassle you might have been through, just maybe try to buy Turbo Jam some other way because its the best and most fun work out you will have. And how can someone who has not even received and has not tried the program say that it sucks. Just try it You'll LOVE IT.

I was eager to try Turbo Jam because it looked like a fun and effective way to get in shape, but after reading all of the negative reports about ordering...I was very concerned. Instead, I ordered my Turbo Jam off ebay and was extremely pleased! I got it right away with everything included...without all the hassle. It was so easy - and I didn't have to experience the problems that so may have had!! You might want to give it a try.

Well, I have wanted to lose some extra weight so I decided, what eh heck, I'll try this product out. The BIGGEST mistake ever! I went online to order the product, but it at the end never said that I was finished and that I actually bought the product. Later that same day, I called the number and asked the person (very hard to understand) if I had actually ordered it or not and he looked it up (I heard him typing on a computer) and he said no, I hadent. So I ordered it over the phone and got the bare minimum, no extras, nothing. I came to find out that he lied to me and I did order it online, though I never got a conformation number. I wrote wrote right away when I was billed twice (both were not in the installments)even though I choose to pay that way. The guy on the phone even added everything extra so it came out to way more than I wanted. They said there was nothing they could do, that I should have been smart enough to only order one if I only wanted one. I actually went to the bank and had them stop the charges from going through. I fought tooth and nail and threatened to go to court. I was able to get all but the S & H from the phone order (which was around $250+). I even got noth packages in the mail, so I had to mail one back and had to pay for the shipping. To ship it back to them only cost $8 for 2 days while they charged me I want to say $19.99. I HATE Turbo Jam and which I never got it. I just kept one since I went through so much hassle, I couldn't handle anymore. DO NOT buy from them!! They are a joke, a rip off, and should be taken off the commercials!

My wife and I are on our second week of turbo jam and we love it so far, of course I am as about as geaceful as an elephant. So it is taking me sometime to get all the moves. But anyway I had a speedy delivery with no problems at all. I purchased the maximun results package I think tax shipping and all was just under $80.00. I did the one time payment and maybe that is what everyone else needs to do, it seems that folks are having difficulties with installment plan.

I just had my second child. At the end of my pregnancy i had gained a whopping 50 pounds. I was weighing almost 200 pounds. Which was a shock for me. After I had my daughter I seen a picture of myself, I knew I had to do something about my weight problem. I've only been doing turbo jam for about 5 weeks. When I first started I could'nt even put on a pair of size 13 jeans. 5 weeks later I am now in a size 7 and 40 pounds lighter. Its so fun and so easy to do. It is well worth the money and the time. I not only lost the weight but i feel so much stronger and better about myself. This is the best decision i have made. I love Turbo Jam and i know YOU WILL TOO!!!!!

I ordered the product, received it extremely quickly and have just started working with it. I also joined Team Beach Body aka Million Dollar Body through them and am having a very positive experience. The only problem I have had is with the free weight gloves - they are too small to fit my hands, but they were free. Just thought you'd like to hear a positive experience going on a month now, but warn you that the gloves only come in one size as they have been the recent infomercial freebie.

I actually really like the workouts, but just this morning I too had an additional $40 charge to my account by beach body after two weeks ago I cancelled all the "extras" they conned me into adding. They said there would be no more charges besides the $20 for two more payments. Well, that was wrong, and the bad thing is that I didnt have money in my account so I get a nice $30 overdraft fee from my bank in addition to the charge I was never sopposed to have. I called them and could barely understand the guy I was talking to but he said they would refund the $40 in 7-10 business days but that they could do nothing about my $30 overdraft fee (WHICH IS THEIR FAULT!!) I work HARD for my money!
