I wish I had checked here before I ordered the product. Their customer service is awful, awful, awful! I ordered online and used a coupon code, which made it appear to be real bargain. However, by using the coupon, it totally changed what I was ordering and basically I'll be getting a stripped-down package with no extras even though it was not clear that I'd be getting the stripped down package. I tried calling and emailing customer service (yes, they're in India but so are most call centers these days) to cancel the first order and re-order the full package without a coupon but I'm told that there's no record of my order because system glitches, etc. Yet, I received an order confirmation email. They say I can return the order when it arrives, but they won't give me a RMA until I physically have the package. There never seems to be a supervisor available. So frustrating. It's too bad because I really like Beachbody products but will not order again due to these difficulties.

I should have checked this site before ordering this product --that I was really looking forward to getting.  I made an order on 4/30, the next day visited this site and started to worry.  By the 5th and I hadn' t seen any charges on my card or emails confirming that it has shipped I called CService line.  The person told me that the order had been authorized on 5/2 and would be shipped the next day.  I checked my account on 5/9 and still no charges made.  So on 5/9 I called again to cancel and told her that no charges have posted, she put me on hold and then came back to say that it had been charged on 5/9.  Seems like a lie-- what kind of company ships a product and makes the charges 3 days later?  Plus how convenient to charge the account on the same day that I called and said that I wanted to cancel.  I got off the phone, called the bank again and still no charges or pending charges.  As far as I am concerned the company is misleading to the point of being fraudulent.  I have had one of the most frustrating experiences with this company, not to mention their customer service agents are in another country and were snotty on the phone when I started questioning their credibility.   DO NOT Order from beach body, this experience has been a complete waste of my time.  Not to  mention that they say that you will recieve the product in 3 to 5 business days.

I orderd Turbo Jam online on 04/08/06. I was offered an up-grade to Express shipping with a guaranteed 5-7 day delivery. When I still hadn't received anything on 04/18/06, I called and asked to cancel. The customer service rep. in India was not able to assist me, I asked to speak to his supervisor and was told that there wasn't any. I was told though, that there had been a 'technical glitch' which caused the delay... It would have been nice to receive an up-date! I then e-mailed to cancel and was given an 'Incident confirmation #' and a promise for a follow-up. On 4/20/06 the package was sent out by regular Ground mail. I have not opened it... (I won't return it until I have received a Return Authorization number) I was charged $ 32.90 on my statement. I have gone to my bank and filed a fraud complaint! I went on-line and communicated with Prya (in India?) via Live-Chat, but she/he? wasn't permitted to issue a refund. I insisted to have a supervisor come and 'chat' and was told that there wasn't any supervisor there. Prya gave me a long list of 1866 and 1800 numbers, that are all constantly busy, if they even exist for real. I have spent hours in order to resolve this. It is a huge scam and I believe the only resource you have is to have your bank/creditcard company file a fraud claim. Good luck!!

I ordered Turbo Jam at the beginning of the month, but never received the product. I called today (the 26th) and felt I waited long enough, being that the site states that I should receive my order within 7 days at the most. The representative told me my credit card was declined which made no sense because I have had sufficient funds and STILL have sufficient funds. She said I should check my account, which I had already done prior to the phone call. My complaint is that no one ever notified me of this, and it happened weeks ago. I could have attempted to order again earlier, but now, the product is out of stock. I asked the representative when it would be in stock again and she stated "I have no information about this at this time". I am very dissappointed. In the past, I didn't have this problem, but I am reluctant to order from this site again. This is not a complaint against Turbo Jam, because I'm sure it's a great program, but against Beachbody because their customer service is horrible.

I should have read the posts here first.  Do not order TurboJam. Buyer beware. They have charged my credit card $137.60! I am starting what will surely be a grueling process of returning a product that I agreed to pay 72.80 for (three advertised payments of 19.95, plus 12.95 shipping and handling). Previous posts told exactly how the call I made would be handled, and although Hazel in India was very sympathetic, I don't have much faith that my refund will be swift and accurate. Please don't buy this product, it is unthinkable that Beach Body thinks that we are all so unintelligent that we would be agreeable to their scam.

DO NOT BUY FROM BEACHBODY THEY ARE MISLEADING AND EXTREMELY HARD TO CONTACT.I purchased this product through the Beachbody website. In the process of completing my order my laptop shut down. I called the company to see if the order went through. I tried calling that day, the next day and then the following day again and was told there systems were down. In the meantime I emailed and inquired about my order and about an additional offer that was offered for $14.95, I was not aware it was $14.95 for four installments. I received the email back and was informed they added it to my order without my confirmation. It changed my total from $59 to $120. Right away I called in and was  told the order would be cancelled and another order would go in for the basic package for $59 and was given a confirmation #. A couple days later I checked my account and there were two pending charges one for $29 and one for $113. I immediately called and was passed to two different people and then finally the supervisor(call was 45 min). He said there was no record of my cancellation. The conf. # was the same as the $120 order and the only way to get a credit was to forfeit my 30 day money back guarentee. I tried to cancel again and was told it was already sent out and I could only refuse the package. The next day I check my acct. and saw no charges from them. I am assuming they were going to charge the amount they said over the phone which was $120. At that point I cancelled my acct. so that it could not be charged and when the package arrived I refused it.

Well, I ordered on March 31st. I didnt get an e-mail or anything to tell me the tracking number or ship date. So I complained and complained. called them, supposedly they had "technical difficulties" so I called them back 3 days later. They were supposed to charge me 3 payments of $19.95 plus $12.95 s/h. Called my credit card company and they charged me $35.26 on teh 4th, and $22.26 on the 10th. My credit card was almost maxed because of this. So, I made sure that my order was shipped (which it was on the 6th,) then I called my credit card company and had them freeze my account. I am now getting a new credit card with a new number. I am sending them $23 (which is ALL i owe them) in a check, but I will NOT give my Credit Card number out to them again. The service sucks, and they need to come up with better communication problems. And to top this off, i JUST received an e-mail saying that I was supposed to be charged $79.95 so they are going to charge me another $12.95 for the difference!!! HELLO!!! I called them and said that I am paying 3 payments. These people are just not smart.

Turbo Jam is a scam, I placed an order on line, recv'd confirmation e-mail and still have not received anything.  I keep trying to cust service and they are never working.  This is a SCAM and a FRAUD-buyer bewear!!!  Watch your credit card and turn the charges in as fraud!

I used my credit card to order TurboJam.  They also asked me for my social security number, and address.  I never received the product.  I know that these people recorded my information.   I very worried about my social security number now.  My credit card says that they've tried to charge me around $80 instead of 72. as advertised for a one time payment.   I feel like a fool!  I never received any email confirmation, and that kind of made me wonder what was going on.  I was told that most scams are caused by televsion ads.  How can anyone put an ad on television?  SHouldn't there be something other than money to make sure people aren't goin to get duped?  Will have to call and dispute this once it posts to my card, and will have the number destroyed.  Don't do this!

On March the 25th i saw the ad on TV for turbo jam so i ordered it and was told i would recieve it within 5 to 7 busniess days. On March 31st i called to see if i could get a tracking number and they told me it was sent out on March 29th and the guy at the customer service number tried to track the package and he said it just had not updated with ups yet.  He gave me the tracking number and i called ups myself and spoke to a live person and he informed me that the tracking number the turbojam gave me was not in use and it had not been shipped out.   I called Turbo jam back and talked to another person and he informed me of the same thing that it had been sent out on March 29th i need to give it 5 to 7 business days and i should have it.  I asked to talk to a supervisor and she told me the same thing.   I email the customer service dept. on the same day March 31st and i got a reply back that my package was not sent out until March 31st and i should have it in 5 to 7 days.  i called again on April 4th and was told that they were having trouble to call back later and i did and their phone system said to call back tomorrow.  I emailed the customer service serveral times and them i got a reply back that it was sent out ups basic and i would recieve it in 7 to 10 business days and i have been trying to find out why it was not the express shipping as i was promised and i keep getting emails and i says it was sent out on march 29th and then a few hours later i get another email saying it went out on March 31.  it is not April 11th and I have still not recieved my order.

My credit card was charged 2 weeks back yet the shipment hasn't arrived(was promised 5-7 days express shipping) I'm not sure now if this is a scam or it's for real. They say that the system was down for the weekend and it's up now but I still can't get a hold of customer service and I haven't been informed of my order status. The least a company like Turbo Jam could do is notify their customers. Interestly, the phone line, online service to sell orders are down but the one for customer service/refund is up 24/7? I was very excited to buy this product but this experience has left me go :(:( Be careful people.

This is a scam.  I ordered the basic products in December 2005.  I was charged the premium package for $125 without my approval.  I called and they said they would give me a credit if I kept the products.  I said no and got a return number.  I sent the products back through regular mail.  I called in February 2006 because I didn't see the credit come through.  They asked if I had a tracking number.  I said no I sent it through regular postage.  They said that without the tracking number they don't know where it is and can't/won't give me a refund.  So I'm out the money.  Be careful and don't get scammed.

After about 1 month, all of the discs skip, the Learn/Burn was used only once and it skips, too.  Disc are defective and the company is not willing to do anything about it since it is after the 30 days.

I placed my order by calling the toll free number shown on TV for Turbo Jam on Feb 23. I was told that I was upgraded to express shipping automatically. I was also told that the total purchase would be 80.00.I didn't receive the product and it wasn't showing on my credit card so I called the customer service number on March 9. They informed me that my total was 102.00 but that he could offer me a thirty percent discount since the item was backordered but that I couldn't return it. He also would not allow me to cancel the order at this time. Scam do not order this product. This should be illegal.

On Feb 2nd, 2006, I decided to purchase the program for a friend, as advertised on their TV program. I decided to pay the full price $60, so I thought, until I discoverd the next day I was being billed for $135. I immediately phoned the customer service in India and after making myself clear for about 10 minutes that I really only wanted the $60 program, I was apologized to for the mistake that was made and I was given a 30% discount. My friend, who the gift was for, had her party yesterday and I learned she got herself a personal trainer and would prefer a different gift. Rude as it may sound I gave her an option knowing that I could return this program.. NO Questions asked!!! Well to my surprise when I phoned the customer service today, not only was I on hold 30 minutes x 2 and then the third time for 20 minutes and hung up on, But I was also told that since I received a discount, that I could NOT return this product. That the sale was final. I have never heard that before in my entire life. Iam out $100 and I would like my money back. I have done all I can, the 30 day deadline is on the 2nd of March (which is 3 days from now)and I don't want to be told later that I waited too long to return the package, so that I cannot get my money back. I need a RA number so that I can return my package and they will not give it to me.

I responded to a 30 min infomercial for Turbo Jam DVD's.  The cost was advertised as 3 payments of 19.95.  When I called the toll free number to place my order, I was asked to purchase several other items.  The only thing I agreed to was a "lifetime DVD replacement" plan for a one time fee of 9.95 and a trial membership in an online support club.  I intended to cancel that membership but keep the recipe book.  I was asked if I wanted to pay the total in a one time charge on my VISA or in the three monthly payments.  I asked for the latter.  When I received the products, there were more DVD's than I ordered and the charge on the receipt was for a total of 129.65.  I checked my credit card balance and saw they had charged my card for 56.00.  I immediately called the company and told them that is NOT what I was told the charges would be and I was returning the product.  After several tries to give me small discounts and get me to keep it, they finally gave me a return autorization number.  I am returning the product and will closely watch my credit card to confirm the charges are returned.  I am livid!   Isn't there some regulation that says they have to do what they say they will do?
