Just ordered Turbo Jam (very skeptically) after reading everyone's complaints. My call was answered immediately, I was not sold anything extra and I even recieved a free gift for making a payment in full. Let's just see if I actually GET THE PACKAGE!!!I wanted to say something about my very positive experience.

I am on month number two and they ripped off my account. By about forty dollars...I call customer service and you get representatives who have VERY strong accents!!! Not only are they not willing to help they pass the buck and say that it will take a week to pull up my call then 2 weeks to be refunded the money...The video is really great and I DID order and get taken on their $40 bottle of vitimans. The video is really great besides the resentment of being totally ripped off from my account...but i would not suggest EVER buying the product I would look for a copy of the videos.

This also means that you will not have to deal with more than one agent in regards to your account. I am human too and I know how frustrating that can be! Especially when its about your finances! Beachbody is a wonderful company with a GREAT product; I would love for everyone to want to experience this for themselves without having to worry about anything else but your health and fitness. I am extremely nervous! I just ordered turbo jam because I saw the infomercial and thought I couldnt live without out. Now two days later I am already seeing red flags. My shipping tracking number is "not a valid number", and they keep telling me to try it again... I am scared that they scammed me, but I will wait and see if my shipment comes.

i am sorry for the bad experience you all had with ordering. i must write this is the best exercize program, diet and plan i have ever tried. not only i have lost 50 pounds with turbo jam, but i enjoyed doing this so much. you all have no idea what you are missing out on. worth every single penny i spent. my order, by the way, made it on a timely manner. thank you charlene!!!

I just wanted to tell the person who said they got charged 69 and some change. That was the correct charge amount to be exact 3 payments of 19.95 + 9.95 shipping and handling which is listed on both the website and the infommercial (I ordered it myself..read the fine print)..total 69.80without taxes. I have this program, never had any kind of problems with ordering it..I love it, have ordered the gloves and body fat calipers since then..and received both. Never had any problems with this company. Am going to order more with them. Just thought someone would want to hear something positive.

i ordered turbo jam over the phone and the customer service representative told me that the TOTAL for EVERTHING advertised on the commercial was going to be around $130. when i received the product i found that the total for what she quoted me was now magically almost $200!! who pays that much for workout videos!? so i was lied to and then i was charged an additional $40 on my card AFTER i cancelled everything (which was about 3 weeks earlier). they still haven't emailed me back telling me what the charge is for, nor have they returned the money to my card. that was about a month ago. they suck.

There are a lot of stories on this page, but in my case it actually worked as it should. I ordered during an infomercial which offered the gloves and bonus disc as a free gift. I called, the person on the other end said it would take 5-7 business days and it showed up in 4. I was only billed once. Sometimes things do work out.

I'm sorry everyone has had such a hard time using TJ!!! I love this product, and never had a problem with shipping, billing, nothing. Turbo Jam is not new, its been around for a long time. My first time trying it was about three years ago. I know what you all are taking about,( the pushy sells rep, you have to deal with, when ordering by phone). Thats why I always order on-line, that way you are the BOSS. None one to talk you into anything. And believe it or not its the same promotion as seen on TV!!!! Hopw someone else will try Turbo Jam because of my blog. It really is an awesome workout! Good Luck

I saw this product in the infomercial and looked it up on-line and found this site. I then went to [ ] and ordered one of the TurboJam products from them and got it without any hassle or credit card problems and it arrived in just a few days, not the 4-6 weeks they mention on the infomercial. It's a fast paced workout but I'm willing to give it a try.

I got turbojam and I waited a while to get it because they sell so much of it its always in production. Now I have been using it for 4 months and these are the best cardio, weight, exercise dvds I have ever tried and this stuff works mirracles. I do not want to hear any more of these lies about how they suck. I hope they all became millionaires because they came up with some great stuff ! Amen.

DO NOT ORDER FROM TURBOJAM.COM AKA BEACHBODY.COM! the people who own turbo jam is beach body. well i can tell you my story. i order from bech body ( B.B ) and they said the total was 356.93 i was like uhh good bye and i dont want anything from you so dont take that money out fo my account. they did and i didnt get any thing in the mail! THEN they said the order was stop from me not having all the money in the account but i check with my account and they said B.B (beach body) took over 400 dollars out! i told them they better give me my money back or i will take them to court they did give me all the money back! i found an other site who sales turbo jam for a lower price.. 74.90 w/shipping i got it from there and i had it in my hands in 2 days!!!! ORDER FROM ANY OTHER SITE THEN BEACHBODY N U WILL GET THIS WONDERFUL WORKOUT!

B : I'm a bit concerned regarding this time-frame and also charges on my CC, since I read some negative comments on the Internet on how so many people were told 5-7 business days, but it took much longer and they had problems cancelling or their CC's were charged twice B : Are you aware of these issues? It's Ok. This entire conversation confirmed what I read on the Internet. Every honest company has a Cancellation Policy. There is "sometimes there is an option" and "most of the time it's not". Why can you just be honest with people? Also, your answer for the shipping went from "just 5-7 business days" to something very different. Your company should be honest with its customers and potential customers.

I wish I had found this site before ordering. I am 20 pounds heavier then I have every been in my life and getting frustrated because sensible eating and the workout I was doing now was not producing results like I would hope. Came across this infomercial while searching for something to watch on tv. Did something I had never done before. I had bought hip hop abs and liked it, so I thought I would try this for something different and the gloves seemed like an added benefit. I placed my order,said no to everything but what was the on the infomercial. I did get my order within the time span, but it was twice as much as the informercial. when I called customer service they said no that I had ordered the turbo jam and the turbo jam with the free gloves. I am ready to send it back, but am afraid that I wouldn't get my credit card credited and not have a product too. I will never order off an infomercial again.

I ordered the product via telephone and the next day they charged my credit card $160.00 and they were only supposed to charge my credit card $25.00.
