I can't believe all the stories I have read about this product. I have seen the infomercial many times, and just attempted to call this morning. I didn't get through and waited 25 mins just to talk to someone, but had to hang up to get ready for work. I googled Turbo Jam to get the website to maybe order it online, and....low and behold this complaint site came up. I sympathize with everyone who has been through this ordeal ordering this product. These kind of products are supposed to be encouraging for people to loose weight. This is very upsetting to me considering I have been depressed about my weight and finally saw something that struck my interest to better myself. This is out of control! What can be done about this? Who do we call? Is this email going to help any? I know I haven't gone through the ridiculous rollercoaster ride of ordering this product that everyone else has, but my concerns and disappointments are the same. Turbo Jam should not get away with this!!!

I ordered Turbojam on 3/27/08 and recieved everything promised on 4/2/08. That was with the free express delivery. I just finished my first workout and I love it! I would recommend it to everybody.

I ordered this product last year, and like everyone else...it did take forever to get to my home. The good news is that this workout is awesome!! When I did receive it, I lost 22 lbs in the first 2 weeks. Also, It is highly addictive. Unlike all the other workouts I have tried, I cannot wait each day to turbo jam. My abs are rock-hard. Everyone... Be Patient!!

The infomercial is totally a scam would you belive I bought turbo jam (the original version ) last year at [] for like $25 it came with every thing that you get off the infomercial except the gloves and the matching DVD for the gloves.this is a great work out but if I had to order it and go through what this people had to deal with I probably crammed it down someones throat

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT ON LINE OR OVER THE PHONE, from what I read I'm one of the lucky ones I made my order on Feb.12th On the 22 I was calling asking why I haven't received my order, and they told me it was sent and I should have it, I waited a few more days and I called back and asked for my money back and I got it.

I can't believe this also happened to me!! I odered it Feb 20th nd now it's 16 Apr. I tried to cancel it....not I now fear my credit card has been charged even though I cancelled it!! I was so pissed at the customer service I recieved!! 15 mins holding one time...30 another. Was told first the gloves were backordered...then 2 weeks later...I was told the CDs were backordered....etc....etc!!! How DISAPPOINTING!!!

I wish I had visited this board before I had ordered last Wednesday morning, 3/5/08. I have tried to call (perma-hold), access their online customer support (I waited over half an hour and gave up and I was still 22nd in the queue), and finally I wound up just emailing them. I had to email them a second time, just to get their attention. I included my name, address, and phone number. They emailed me back asking for my information again. I gave it to them, again. I asked them when the 'free' online support began. They said 24 hours after you order. I have emailed them back asking for my username/password, since I'm supposedly 8 days into my trial without access. Oh yes, also, they upgraded to express shipping, but no tracking number, package, anything. Serious red flags are going up, here. I know the fitness instructors are not at fault. Beware of the horrid, horrid customer service.

I ordered Turbo Jam on Feb. 25th and today it is Mar. 12th and have yet to recieve it. It is obviously past the 5-7 day marker. When you write the customer service by email they do not respond personally, only with a mass email saying they are flooded with emails and will get back to you soon. Possibly they are flooded with emails with COMPLAINTS! Very frustrated with there service and would advise buying it from [ ] or [ ] rather then the company dircectly.

I am among the many listed here who have been totally screwed over by Turbo Jam. DO NOT buy this product! When I called to try and order the CS rep tried selling me product after product, I asked her to please quit trying to sell me things and that I only wanted the three payments of 19.95, she interrupted me and continued trying to sell me more products. She was very rude and aggressive through out the entire process. I placed my order over 2 weeks ago and still have not received anything! This company is a scam and a rip off. I'm disgusted.

I ordered this product thinking it would be great. I, too, got the hard sell when I called. I was told that the great bods you see on TV didn't get that way with just the basic package. So I ordered it. All. But I told them I didn't want the online part. Well, must to my surprise, a month later I was billed for the online. When I called two days after they billed me, they refused to take the charge away. And I mean refused! So I gave the supervisor (in India) multiple chances to remove the charge, but when he refused, I told him I wanted to return it all. And I did. When I called to make sure I had everything in the box, the customer service agent again tried to talk me into keeping it all. I told him no and when he asked why, I said it was because of customer service. He wouldn't accept that answer! He kept saying to hold on he'd check on it and I kept saying no, that I wasn't keeping it and that he could either give me the return code or I'd just hang up and call and get someone else. He finally gave it to me. I returned the items over a month ago and they STILL haven't credited my charge card! So I'm filing a second fraud charge with my credit card company (they immediately credited me for the online charge that TurboJam wouldn't refund). My suggestion?? DON'T buy this product!! It may be a good workout, but the rest of it will stress you beyond belief!!

I saw the infomercial today. I love the kickboxing so I wanted to try the program. When I called, I spoke to a person obviously reading a script. She tried to sell me multiple items, which I refused. The "free band" offer is not true. You have to pay several payments for the "free band". That was misleading. I was told I would be charged the correct amount. Now I will wait to see. I was also told I would receive it in 5-7 days. We will see that also.

It has been about a month since I ordered the Turbo Jam package; February 10, 2008 to be exact. I had e-mailed the customer queries area but never received a response. As a matter of fact I have not received a confirmation letter or my tracking/confirmation number for my package. So I decided to call the customer service area. The first time I called the Customer Rep. had informed me that they were waiting on the turbo gloves and that I should receive my order by the end of the week. Nothing came in. I have called the customer service team 4 or 5 times already. The customer service reps that I have spoken to have told me numerous times that my package has been mailed out to me and I would receive it by the end of that week (still no tracking number is provided). The last time I called which was three days ago the customer representative informed me that the DVD's are on back order. I had told him that the week before another customer rep. had stated it was the gloves that were on back order. He informed me that it is the DVD’s this time but not to worry since my package has been shipped out and should be here by the end of the week. (How is that possible if they are out of “DVD’s” – rolls eyes) Sounds like the same story that I have been told the past times I had called. It is now the "end of the week" and once again I have not received my package. I just finished talking with them again and I was told that the turbo gloves were on back order (yet again) and I will receive my package on the end of next week! This is ridiculous, I have already paid in full for the package, $182.14 (not the price that I was first told), and received numerous survey request on how they are doing and how the product is. How can I rate the product without it?? Oh but I did rate on how customer service is handling my queries! I would cancel my order but I am terrified that I might lose out on all that money that I have spent already (I probably have but I want to fight to get the product!). I am highly unsatisfied with the way I have been carelessly spun around by this lack of proper customer service. I too, am like the rest of the unsatisfied customers and I wish I had found this website before. I seriously learned my lesson. After watching the infomerical, I went to the website to order Turbo Jam with the 5-7 upgraded delivery. My order was placed on 2-24-08 and I received a confirmation from the company by email. On March 6, 2008, I still had not received shipping confirmation or my order. I spent the entire day trying to rectify the problem. I called customer service, used the live-chat service, wrote emails....repeatedly. They obviously have trained their employees to put people on hold, ask the same questions, repeatedly, and not answer the customers questions. They refused to put a supervior on the phone with me. They gave me "direct" numbers for the supervisors which dumped me back into their long "on hold" system. It took days for an email response to get to me. Their customer service reps do not speak or write English well, nor do they understand the requests. I have notified the Better Business Bureau and my credit card company. DO NOT ORDER this product on Line. I believe it is a scam.
