Hi! I ordered Turbo Jam about a month ago. Although I did recieve the product (about a week after the quoted date) they are trying to charge me three payments of $62. and some change. When watching the infomercial it says that its 4 payments of $20. So when I saw this charge I called. I guess first off I ordered two. (well if you do the math that's still only $40 a month) Then when I finally got ahold of a manager he told me that I had agreed to something that is $30 a month (for online access) well even at that...on the T.V your first month is free. They said they would send my phone convo to my email and I still (after a month) have not recieved it. It's funny because I have spoken to them many times and even to return the product they want me to open the box (because if any box is left unopened..UPS will ship it back for free) I have refused to open the box. My husband is sending it back today but the company still is making me pay $13 for handeling charges. Overall this company is a complete joke. Plus 50% of the time I call their company the phone number is no longer in service! 1-866-370-8216 If you send the product back do not put the number in bright bold numbers because then its your fault for writing on a box that they cannot re ship. Just make sure that you get a tracking number when you send it back so you know when they got it. These people are very fishy, they always have an excuse. I would recommend to call and dont give them any personal information, just ask for a manager. Tell them you dont like repeating yourself and you want to speak to a manager.

I ordered this product on Sunday 2/24/08, it was to be delivered 5-7 Business Days free shipping. I emailed CS on Tuesday 2/26/08 to get a tracking number for shipping to check the status of my shipment. Since it was to be delivered within 5-7 days it should have already been shipped. CS finally sent me a reply to my request 3 days later on Friday 2/29/08. Their reply said: "Thank you for contacting us. We see that the order is not yet processed as the product went out of stock all of a sudden and will be processed once it is back in stock and we request you to check the status in the next week. Please let us know if there is anything else we can assist you with." They are running a scam to deliver a product they don't have in stock to be delivered in 5-7 days. The express delivery had a major influence in my deciding to purchase the product when I did. If I had not contacted the company, because it took 3 days to reply to my email, I have a good reason to beleive they never would have informed me about the status of the delivery. I have not yet received the product and I don't know if/when I will so I can't report on quality.

I have a similar story...I ordered Turbo Jam on 2/6. After calling to check the status of my order, I was told that is was on back order...but somehow the lady told me that she would 2-day express my order out od California...hmmm...though it was on "back-order". After waiting for 3 days, I called again. Another rep told me that he was positive I would receive that package on 2/25 (that's 19 days after I originally ordered it)..well, I called AGAIN on 2/25 and the rude rep told me that the package had reached its final destination but that if I had questions, I should just call UPS myself with the tracking number. So, I did. The rep from UPS was AWESOME...she could actually tell me where my package was and when I would be expecting it. This whole 5-7 day delivery is a complete joke. I think the product might be okay, but it is such a pain to get it to your house that they will lose A LOT of business. Good luck to everyone. I hope it works out for all of us!!

I ordered Turbo Jam on February 3, 2008. I also got the express 5-7 day delivery....I still have not received the product. When I contacted customer service the first time, they told me that it took 7 days for the credit card to clear! That was complete bull because I can walk into a store and use my credit card and it is charged that day. The 2nd time I contacted customer service, they disconnected me. The 3rd time that I contacted them they told me that some of the products were back ordered and that my order was already processed and I could not cancel my order. They told me that they would take off my shipping charge, but it looks like they charged me anyway!

I ordered this product on 2/1/08 and still don't have it and it is 02/24/08. I called customer service the first time almost three weeks into the 5-7 business day shipping. I was told that it was "out of stock", but would be in on that Saturday and shipped. I asked why they don't send an email to that effect, and they don't give you an answer. Tuesday of the next week came around and still no email with the tracking number. I emailed customer service again on the "live chat" and was told that it had gone to their shipping company. I asked when and they still couldn't give me a date and couldn't tell me when I would get a tracking number. I told them that if I didn't have a tracking number by Monday of the next week, that I would cancel my order, the customer service rep then stated that it was there error and wanted to reimburse me my shipping, which he gave me a confirmation number for. I then told them that if I didn't have a tracking number by Friday, I would cancel my order. Friday night at 8:32pm I received an email with a tracking number which is not trackable at this time through UPS. Could be that it hasn't been picked up. I am giving it until tomorrow night to see if I can track where it is at, and if it is still not traceable, I will cancel my order. I got excited about a week ago when I got an email tracking number, but it ended up being a recipe book, how convenient when you don't even have the system to work it with. Good luck everybody, this is definitely a problem.

I ordered this product on 2/10/08 and was told I would have it in 5 - 7 business days. I received a tracking number for UPS and followed it from the wearhouse to its final destination. Unfortunately, I am still waiting for the product because UPS delivered it to the wrong town (one over from mine). So, I am upset with not receiving my product but it is not Beachbodys fault, it is UPS's. I called Beachbody and was told they would reship it. It was sent out on Friday and I have a new tracking number for UPS. Let's see if UPS delivers it to the right address this time. I'll let you know what happens.

I just tried to order turbo jam via phone per program on the tv....rep took visa, address, etc and then went on to keep trying to sell additional items to me..... after a few minutes I told her I only wanted the basic item.... she then told me that I had to listen to all of what she had to say before she would place the order..... I said I had to go and she hung up..... I am assuming that the order had not been placed..... I guess you have to buy it all or nothing to receive the program..... and you cannot just buy the basic program....

I've had the same issue as everyone else. I ordered this with the express delivery. And they supposedly just shipped it today when I ordered it 11 days ago. They also charged my card 3 times with different expenses each time totaling over 150 dollars. And I've tried to order it previously and never received it but was never charged either. Horrible service!

I watched the infomercial and got sucked in, so I decided to order to see if I could get the express shipping. I am in Puerto Rico and they said that they did not offer express shipping to my zipcode. While I was trying to order the product, the lady on the phone continually tried selling me additional products, etc. After REPEATED times of telling her that I was only interested in 3 payments of $19.95 like the infomercial said, she continued to hound me. I finally got fed up and told her that I just wanted to cancel my order...she REFUSED, she said the information was already entered in the system, even though she was still trying to ADD things to my order, she then gave me a phone number for customer service that did not work. After reading their website, I called the number for Beach Body and put a request in to cancel my order -- it has been 24 hours since I "placed" the order and that sales rep also stated that it was already processed, I refused to let her off the phone and she finally agreed to put in a request to stop the order. I will be calling back in 6 hours like she said to check to make sure the order is processed and if I get any charges on my card, I am filing complaints! What a sucker I am! I guess the lesson is that you NEVER give your credit card number out until the END of the conversation. I thought it was odd that they asked for it like right after they asked for my name. I feel like an idiot for falling for the scam anyway!

I have to add my story. Please do not buy this product. They double charged me for what I ordered and even though they have not sent out the product they refuse to cancel my order. I have contacted my credit card company and opened a dispute. A real hassle. Don't buy this at all! If you have to- go through ebay. I will have to get a new credit card number because of this. Total fraud!

I seem to be among the many who has been wronged by this company. I placed an order for this product on 22 January. I have been anticipating it for many weeks. I work at the post office so I check often. I am definitely concerned and upset. I am currently trying to find a number to contact a representative. I will also be checking to see if my account has been affected.

I ordered this product on 2/6 with the scam of free express delivery. Which meant 5-7 business days. I thought I would be the lucky one and that all the other people who complained just weren't as lucky to actually receive their product. Well it is 2/18 and still nothing. I called their customer service and got some Indian lady who said I should get it this week or next and when. I told her this is a scam and I am going to report them. So I will find a way to report this company or get them on the news as a company the special reports team should investigate. This is unreal. I then told her I wanted to cancel my order and she said "no- you can't". If I don't receive this product this week, I will call Amex and tell them not to pay. I told this customer service rep that they should not even allow you to order the product if they don't have any. Ever other reputable company will say they are out of stock when trying to order on-line. What can we do as consumers? Anyone have any ideas? Do we need a class action suit against them?

After reading all these complaints, I had to add my story. I ordred Tj after seeing it on TV. The lady tried to sell me a lot of different items, which I declined. I did receive my items and watched my CC for the charges. I started having charges for a "Club" which I had declined. When I called I was told I had answered "yes" to an automated system that asked if I wanted to join the TJ Club. I told the person that, though they had sound like a machine, I had actually spoke with a real person. They said my conversation had been recorded and I could have a copy sent to me. I said yes. I received it and on there is my voice asking, "Is this a real person?" and the reply was, "yes, this is a real person." The company still disputed it when I called back. I finally had to call my CC company and have the payments disputed. BeachBody never responded and the charges were removed. I will not purchase anything through them again. Good Luck to anyone who does!

I ordered this product about 3 weeks ago, ignoring the complaints regarding the questionable company that services it. Boy am I paying for that decision now. I still have yet to receive my product. I got an email from Beach body customer service stating that the product was "delayed" yesterday. When I attempted to cancel my order via phone, I got an Indian phone rep who told me oh, your order is being processed so it can't be canceled. I informed him that I just got the email that day stating that the item was delayed so how can it be processed? He couldn't answer that question and couldn't give a ship date nor a UPS tracking number. I'd advise anyone thinking of buying products from Beach Body to think again. The individuals who allow their products to marketed and serviced by this company are doing themselves a major disservice.

I just called to order Turbo Jam for $19.95 based on the infomercial 3 months for $19.95 then she said they would not include the free band that it was in up graded package of a additional $19.95 package - 3 payments. I then told her I was not going to place the order because the commerical was NOT the same order that she was trying to sell me - Also do not use a DEBIT Card, they will use it as a debit not a credit....I hope I don't get screwed!

I, too, saw this product, Turbo Jam, on a late night infomercial Dec 10, 2007. The next day I did place an order for this item and received a Customer Order number via email. Today, Jan 25, 2008, I received my credit card statement with a charge that could only have been my purchase of this product - - however, I've yet to see this product. On Jan 4, 2008 I emailed a cancellation request using the initial email order receipt to cancel any purchase. As yet - I've not heard back from them nor received any product. I'm currently in touch with my local credit union who originally issued my credit card as well as the credit card company in filing a discrepancy for these charges due to no product received. Overall I've had good luck with on-line products. This company and those who are involved appear to be nothing but a fraud.

I placed my first order on December 13th and was charged indivually for each item instead of a package deal. It made a lot more sense for the company to send me the whole Turbo Jam Maximum results and the free items instead of just sending at the free items and charging me for them. After making four phone calls because with each call I was informed that all the items were not shipped as promised in the advertisement. I finally spoke with someone that informed me that I had been charged twice for the products and I should get me bank's fax number so that they could send in a release of funds authorization. After 4 days of calling my bank and beachbody it came to my awareness that it still had not been done. I spoke with another representative which said that all he had to do was to put in a request because due to a computer problem they have been doing a lot of credits. I still have not had to money added back to my account and still have not received the items purchased. I have been dealing with Beachbody for at least 3 years and never experienced this type of problem before. Two out of the seven reps I spoke with was willing to helps and aliminate the problems as best as possible. I have ordered almost all the fitness progroams offered through Beachbody but I do not think I will place another order in the future. Right now i am waiting on three seperate orders. I am a fitness instructor and love to get as much information as possible to offer my classes. I wish I would have seen this web site before. Chalene really needs to know about the customer service issues.

Saw the infomercial on the TRU channel (#246 on Direct TV). Said if I ordered in next 20 minutes would get base program with lots of extras, all for 3 payments of $19.95. Called immediately. Person who answered said the extras would cost another 3 payments of $19.95. I actually played the announcement of the deal to the woman on the phone. She said the offer is unavailable.
