I ordered this product about 3 weeks ago, ignoring the complaints regarding the questionable company that services it. Boy am I paying for that decision now. I still have yet to receive my product. I got an email from Beach body customer service stating that the product was "delayed" yesterday. When I attempted to cancel my order via phone, I got an Indian phone rep who told me oh, your order is being processed so it can't be canceled. I informed him that I just got the email that day stating that the item was delayed so how can it be processed? He couldn't answer that question and couldn't give a ship date nor a UPS tracking number. I'd advise anyone thinking of buying products from Beach Body to think again. The individuals who allow their products to marketed and serviced by this company are doing themselves a major disservice.

I just called to order Turbo Jam for $19.95 based on the infomercial 3 months for $19.95 then she said they would not include the free band that it was in up graded package of a additional $19.95 package - 3 payments. I then told her I was not going to place the order because the commerical was NOT the same order that she was trying to sell me - Also do not use a DEBIT Card, they will use it as a debit not a credit....I hope I don't get screwed!

I, too, saw this product, Turbo Jam, on a late night infomercial Dec 10, 2007. The next day I did place an order for this item and received a Customer Order number via email. Today, Jan 25, 2008, I received my credit card statement with a charge that could only have been my purchase of this product - - however, I've yet to see this product. On Jan 4, 2008 I emailed a cancellation request using the initial email order receipt to cancel any purchase. As yet - I've not heard back from them nor received any product. I'm currently in touch with my local credit union who originally issued my credit card as well as the credit card company in filing a discrepancy for these charges due to no product received. Overall I've had good luck with on-line products. This company and those who are involved appear to be nothing but a fraud.

I placed my first order on December 13th and was charged indivually for each item instead of a package deal. It made a lot more sense for the company to send me the whole Turbo Jam Maximum results and the free items instead of just sending at the free items and charging me for them. After making four phone calls because with each call I was informed that all the items were not shipped as promised in the advertisement. I finally spoke with someone that informed me that I had been charged twice for the products and I should get me bank's fax number so that they could send in a release of funds authorization. After 4 days of calling my bank and beachbody it came to my awareness that it still had not been done. I spoke with another representative which said that all he had to do was to put in a request because due to a computer problem they have been doing a lot of credits. I still have not had to money added back to my account and still have not received the items purchased. I have been dealing with Beachbody for at least 3 years and never experienced this type of problem before. Two out of the seven reps I spoke with was willing to helps and aliminate the problems as best as possible. I have ordered almost all the fitness progroams offered through Beachbody but I do not think I will place another order in the future. Right now i am waiting on three seperate orders. I am a fitness instructor and love to get as much information as possible to offer my classes. I wish I would have seen this web site before. Chalene really needs to know about the customer service issues.

Saw the infomercial on the TRU channel (#246 on Direct TV). Said if I ordered in next 20 minutes would get base program with lots of extras, all for 3 payments of $19.95. Called immediately. Person who answered said the extras would cost another 3 payments of $19.95. I actually played the announcement of the deal to the woman on the phone. She said the offer is unavailable.

Im really upset with beachbody. I have been buying programs for over 5 years with this company..... I ordered turbo jam on dec 27..... They told me I would receive and email conformation (which i did)..... Then I would receive another email when it ships (still waiting on it).... Now I have proof where they charged me.... So I called the lady she said the order did not go through...WRONG i told her you charged me my x amount of money.... So then she said she would get the order put through for me this was on DEC 2...Still waiting on that shipping confirmation...... So then I had my husband call about it.... He got a hold of someone named CHRIS.... Then that person proceeded to tell my husband the program was in transit.... Still waiting on that shipping confirmation and my turbo jam... This is getting ridiculous I mean Im a repeat customer that has never complained about anything... But this is crazy... It really pisses me off that 4 years ago when you called the company you talked with people you could understand.... Now I have to say "what did you say?, huh, repeat that" every time... Im still waiting on my tj, or money or even a effn email stating that its been shipped.... But um.... I wont hold my breath.... Ive decided to completely wipe my hands of this company... This is the worst experience Ive ever had......

After I already purchased the product, I then decided to do my research. This was my fault. After reading about other horror stories I decided to check my checking account. They had charged my account on 1/6 and then again today charge my account again 1/8 for $78.81. I immediately called my bank and cancelled by visa card and disputed the second charge. I will never order anything else again from a tv infomercial. It really sucks. I was excited to try this product. We shall see how long it takes me to receive this product in the mail. I would order this product from [] in the future.

My first experienced after making the decision to actually call finally order the turbo jam program turned me off completely. Spoke with a very robotic script reading urban-type woman who had no humor in her voice and seemingly no customer service training whatsoever... and of course, as far as a charge, what was quoted in the infomercial wasn't what the final charge when she was done rattling of the various unspoken bits & pieces involved, and the scariest part is they get every micronugget of personal information from me before all the charges are disclosed. Upon expressing my displeasure, and ultimately cancelling the order with her, without even taking a breath, she rattled off another scripted end speech- a little more terse now- and wished me a happy holiday. The whole thing was almost done in one sentence! If it weren't for the fact that I had given her almost everything but my SSN & first unborn, it would have been high comedy.... Anyway, bottom line? eventually eBay came to the rescue. Saved a bunch of $$, got it within a week, and the program is awesome! I don't know about the other beachbody items, but in this case, I'm almost convinced it's all about the SUCKY DISTRIBUTION! I wonder if Chalene is aware of what's going on...

I also wish that I had done some research before I ordered TurboJam. I have had no problems with the company so far, but my mother had heard about scams that involved vitamins & I immediately became suspicious. I canceled the credit card I used to order the product the day it hit my account & made my bank SWEAR that any later charges would not forward to my new card. I suggest that you ladies try the same thing... Good luck!

I ordered Turbo Jam over a year ago, received my dvd's and I was happy. I have ordered products from Beachbody before and dealt with them sending me more than what I ordered sent it back got my refund. But this time I notice a charge on my credit card for some membership I know I never signed up for!! Contacted Beachbody to of course get India to request a refund for the unauthorized charge and to make sure everything was canceled. Needless to say it was a heated conversation and the supervisor said he could not help me. This isn't over but I WILL NOT order from them again.

I have recently ordered the Turbo Jam product- I only wish I would have seen this website sooner..I have already recieved tracking saying it will be delivered soon..SO maybe everything will be okay for me- However all of the people on this site need to come together. Make a petetion of e-mails and send them all to the same people...BBB, Beach Body, ect. One voice can de ignored but if we all team up and support each other we can make something happen! I would be happy to assist in any way. I believe in honesty and treating others the way you want to be treated...this is just ridiculous that these people get away with this...It has to stop!!!

I once had a problem with beach body back when I tired to purchase their original Power 90 program...and after being charged for services I never ordered and after my account was overdrawn because of the whole situation I refused to ever buy from them again! So now I only order products from []... I have ordered the five DVDs for turbo jam there and had absolutely no problems. If you really want to buy this program you can go through another dealer!

I have already submitted my complaints to the Better Business Bureau and will be following up with the Attorney General's office and get in touch with a lawyer. Beach Body has taken money out of my account two months in a row when I did not want the product, cancelled it and sent it back. They are common criminals and should be treated as such. I wonder how many ppl don't check their cards like we do. Ladies, my suggestion to you is to put in complaints to the BBB. This is the year 2007 and it's outrageous that this type of thing continually occurs. Sad, and shame on you beachbody for your extortive ways.

Million Dollar Body[] I ordered the Hip hop Abs product. When I recieved this product I got online to cancel Milliondollar body[]which I did not ask for in the first place when I tried to cancel my product online I was directed to an 800 phone number. I called the 800 number to cancel my account. They said it was canceled. A month later I noticed my account was billed. When I called and told them I canceled my account, they said I did not because I didn't have a confirmation number. Then I said said to cancel it and give me a confirmation number and I want my money back. If anyone knows how to reclaim from a scam like this- please tell me.

This place is such a scam! I bought what I thought was just the 3 pmts. of 19.95 for the beach body turbo jam, fOR $60. I got 2 cds and some useless recipe books. WooHoo. June of 2006. I e-mailed Feb. 07 to see why more 19.95 pmts. were coming out of my account. I got some bogus answer. So just this april I just noticed another pmt. of $41.88 taken out of my account! I call to complain today they said I had sign up for additonal programs! LIES! She said they will review tapes and get back to me. This is 4-07, almost 1 yr. later and they are still taking money out.Unreal! Can't we stop this!?

I wished I had checked out the web for your complaints before I ordered. I also, paid for upgraded shipments and didn't recieve the product for almost 3 weeks, even though, it advertised "Express Delivery." Now I am totally shocked to find out that another company, Million Dollar Body is charging my account for something i haven't recieved. Holding on line now with not CSR to answer questions. Does anyone have a number for these people?

After ordering turbo jam last june i have not had any problems. I however just noticed this weekend a lovely 38.87 charge hit my account. I just got off the phone with the very rude customer service dept to find out that they have been charging me this amount for the past 10 mo and have refused to give me my money back. I heard the same speel about 10 times and got no where. I think this company should be sued b/c this is ridiculous.

I wish I had found this site before I ordered Turbo Jam, but I think I may have my issues resolved soon. First of all, I was given a "Free express shipping upgrade" which meant I would receive my DVDs in 5 - 7 days. It took nearly 2 weeks to receive my DVDs, and I got the same run around as many of the complainants - when I finally called to cancel my order, I was told that it was too late, it was already shipped to me. Second, like many other complaintants, my DVD skips. I called immediately and was told I would get a replacement, but they were "out of stock" at the moment, so I had to wait about 2 weeks before one was shipped to me. (Sidebar - it's been 2 weeks since then, we'll see if I get a replacement soon). Third, I find myself in the same situation with other complainants regarding the upgrade to Turbo Jam Maximer for $19.95. I requested the recording, and fortunatly it backs me up. The operator said it would be just $19.95, not 3 additional payments for $19.95. I even clarified her answer and asked her specifically that it was just one payment of $19.95. Fourth, once I received and listened to my recording, I tried to call Customer Service to confirm that I will be charged just one payment of $19.95 for the Maximer set. Of course, every time I've called over the last 3 days, their computer system is down, and I'm told to call back within 1 - 2 days. I've had enough with these fools - I'm still within my 30 days, and am returning the entire set for my full refund. I've called my credit card company to dispute the charge, and they are also aware that any future charges from Beachbody are unauthorized. I'm also writing a letter to my state's Better Business Bureau. I really like the DVDs, but do not care for the customer service. I'd rather order them [], than risk having my credit card charged like a lot of people. I normally stay away from Infomercials, and Beachbody has taught me a lesson for a lifetime! I'm just grateful I still have recourse to get my money back.

Well, I tried to follow Dana's advice in regards to reading everything very carefully. (She wrote in defending the company.) I was keeping an eye on my acct balance that is displayed every step of the way. I was given an offer for some additional DVD's for an extra 19.99 which I accepted. On the next page I noticed that my bill was twice as much. Apparently, the offer was for 19.99 x 3 payments (much like the original offer). I tried to go back a page and re-read the offer I the website wouldn't let me. I was forced to go forward with the offer. I can't even tell you if I truly misread the offer because I wasn't allowed to go back. We shall see if anymore problems arise. Needless to say, I clicked on "skip" throughout the rest of the ordering process. On top of that, I tried to send an e-mail to the company which was an option after the order was placed to ask why we weren't allowed to go back a screen during ordering and I got an error message saying that my email wasn't able to go through and to go back a page. I did that and couldn't figure out what to do. So, my question never got asked to the company. As far as on-line ordering is concerned, I think that not allowing a customer to go backwards in an ordering process and possibly changing their minds is a pretty unethical way to do business. Going through an ordering process and not paying attention to a bill may be the customers fault, but noticing a problem and not being able to go back and change it isn't.
