it's true.
I have 3 strands growing under my chin. I used to use a regular tweezer by revlon to take them out. Since i bought this product, i have knicked my face so badly trying to get the strand, that i now have a permanent scar that i have to cover with concealer.
It is impossible to use this product. I have since returned to my good old fashion revlon tweezer, which gets the hairs every time. Oh, the worst part is that i now have more hairs to pull out. I started with 3 now i have more thanks to this product.

Bought tweeze at [] store because of advertising seen on tv. Fortunately, should be able to get refund but I too now have red broken skin/burned look on my upper lip (2 days later). It removed a few hairs but it hurt so badly I stopped using. Can't imagine what I might look like had I not. I would like some recourse if permanent damage from this rip-off product. Company should be sued.

Definately not the product they claim it to be. I have got it to pull a few hairs but not without a lot of effort and unnessasary pain. It was a waste of money...

This product does not work!! it is a scam!! This people deceive customers, they do not have a customer care department to solve customers inquiries, returns or complains.

I ordered a Tweeze on February 22, 2007, paid the additional $7.99 for Rush Shipping and to-date, March 17, 2007 I have yet to receive the product. The website contains no customer service information for such problems leaving me to believe that I am the victim of a scram. Does the product really exist? Any help you may be able to give me would be greatly appreciated. I already have a bad taste regarding this product and haven't even received it yet. Very poor business practice! Possibly something for the Better Business? Thanks, Dixie

This Product does not pull hair, I can't believe that someone actually developed this piece of crap. Even if the product pulled hair the head is too small.

This contraption is sheer torture. I bought it to use on my upper lip. While it did remove the hair, the Tweeze also removed my skin. I had an oozing burn that was extremely painful. Although it healed within a week, I am left with a dark patch where the burn was. Now I have to work on the hyperpigmentation that may never go away. I am now searching for a makeup product that will cover it up without looking mask-like.

Product does not pull out one hair...It's a complete joke and the way it's advertised, you'd expect it to do something. There is no way to return it, except to maybe call my credit card company and complain to them.. ask them to demand a refund for me. This has to be one of the biggest scams ever!
