Same thing happened to me. Returned the product, $64.95 still charged on my credit card. I've called several times. At first they told me it takes a long time to process the credit, now they are telling me they never received my package. Unfortunately I don't have any proof of mailing. Shame on Cheryl Tiegs for having her name associated with such a scam!!
I wish I looked this up before trying the trial offer. First I was charged $6.95 for the trial product. I kept the product so was charged $64.95, plus $5.93 California sales tax. Oh brother! Email kept saying, you'll only be billed $64.95 if you decide to keep the product. I wouldn't mind if the product worked, but there was no noticeable difference at all. Lesson learned.

When you call to cancel further shipment nobody says you will still be billed for the product unless you return it. I have not seen any positive resulta and my debit card was charged unexpectedly. I think this company should be investigated and made to refund money to everybody dissatisfied with the product.

What was supposed to be a FREE SAMPLE, will turn out to cost you 64.95 and as for instant wrinkle reducer, I saw no change what so ever.

I received a pop-up or an email about a "free" trial of "Unbelievable Me". As soon as I agreed to the trial and submitted my credit card to pay for "shipping", I received an email saying I would be charged $64.95 for the product at the end of the "free" trial. I immediately wrote an email to the company to stop the shipment, but the product came anyway. When the product came, I wrote "Refused" on the box and sent it back. When I called the company, they would not reimburse the shipping cost even though it was implied in their email and website that they would charge nothing. It is a total scam.

HI I receiived the unbelievable product and started using it and my face started breaking out in a rash so I called and got a RMA# and was told that I had to have it back the next day or I would be billed so I over nighted ($16.95)the product and the RMA# back to the company and still was charged 64.95 on my credit card.

My story is the same as the other ladies -- unbelievable! I tried the product for almost 30 days -- even marked my calendar so I could return the product if it did not work.

I returned the product and told them to cancel further shipments I was disappointed and it did not work. This was in writing -- with my signature.

Still they charged me the $65 + -- even though their ad said try it for the price of shipping only ($6.95) for the first month free!

The next month I received another shipment! Now my total charged is $130 +! I will next contact my credit card company and tell them to block any future payments to this company. I also plan to dispute the charges.

They do not follow through -- their product does not work -- and they use deceptive practices.

Perhaps we should band together and sue the company in a class action suit to recover our money. That might get their attention.

This is the last time I order anything of the sort. I'll stick with department stores where I can go in person to straighten things out -- and where a sample is really a sample.

My story is the same as most of the others. I tried to get the RMA number to return the product. They stated they did not get the email, so I sent it again. I was told it was too late and I would be billed for approximately $65. The office manager (evette, at ext. 649) told me that this was ordered off the internet site and I did not order it from an informercial on tv! This is not true. If CHERYL TIEGS knew what was being done to people who bought this product with HER good name she would have a fit...This is a scam and people are not being told the real deal and if Cheryl knows this, then SHAME ON HER....disgusting practice going on at UNBELIEVABLE INSTANT WRINKLE REDUCER, Please stop these people from insulting our intelligence any longer with lies and misinformation using the name of a celebrity.

Saw Cheryl Tiegs offering a free sample, thought it must be good. The product and the sales scam are well named "unbelievable". This is bad for us and even worse for a respected celebrity. Pat []

Guess I should have come here first. Ordered on 1-9 and received shortly thereafter. I thought (like most trials) that I was only paying s/h and had to cancel within 30 days so I wouldn't receive anymore. Well, I did cancel within 30 days however was charged $64.95 anyhow. Looked again at website and all it says is try free paying only a $6.95 s/h charge. When I called to complain, I was told that I checkmarked that unless I RETURNED "Free" trial within 30 days, I was responsible for the $64.95. And no, I couldn't now return unused portion(which did absolutely nothing!). When I told him that I was going to file complaint with BBB and file a dispute with my charge card, he basically told me to go ahead!!! Can't believe Cheryl Tiegs stands behind this sort of deceptive product!

I requested a RMA# to return this item in August, 2007. They told me they had already sent me a number (which they had not). They charged my credit card $64.95 and I never was able to get it back. I have all the back-up e-mails from me and from them. This company is a scam and needs to be punished and made to refund all of the innocent people it scammed.

2/10/2008 - Patty writes:
Ditto on my story.. product does absolutely nothing. Called company to discontinue autoship..got product anyway. Called, got RMA # returned it, got credit, but have been charged 2x for same shipment. Cheryl Tiegs should know about this!!

2/6/2008 - Talisa writes:
when I got the product i used it once and it broke out my face. I called and got an RMA# and sent it right away (before the 2 week trial) and now they are telling me that they never recived the product back and now wont give me my money back. What can I do about this?

1/14/2008 - Becky writes:
I ordered the product on 11/14 & after 2-1/2 weeks for delivery, tried product, saw no results & then cancelled by email on 12/18 because I could not get through on their 888-860-6173. I have been unable to obtain a RMA # so I called American Express & had the charges reversed. This very thing is why I am hesitate to order new products so never again unless it is from a reputable company.

Ordered the product on December 12, shipped on December 15th, product did not work. I called January 11th and was told too late, credit card was charged January 10th. What happened to within 30 days. Deceptive advertising. Should have researched it first.

12/28/2007 - Catherine writes:
I requested a trial of the product using my Master Card on 16 Nov 07; received product on 27 Nov 07. On 12 Dec 07 I e-mailed the company asking for an RMA number so that I could return the product within the 30-day trial period. Since then I have sent numerous e-mails; all unanswered! When I called I was put on hold for so long that I gave up. I have since filed a complaint with the BBB in CA; they have forwarded this complaint to the company. I intend to refuse delivery of auto-shipments and my next step is to get my M/C rep involved. I have also attempted to contact Cheryl Tiegs business manager but was not successful. I am not only angry with the way this company does business but extremely annoyed at the time I have already spent trying to honor my agreement to try a product and then follow through with the return when I found the product performance to be a "fairy tale"!

I ORDERED THIS PRODUCT ON 11/12/07 AND JUST RECEIVED IT ON 11/27/07. I REALIZED THAT THEY WOULD START BILLING ME IF I DIDN'T RETURN WITHIN 30 DAYS. I CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ASKED WHY IT TOOK OVER 2 WEEKS TO RECIEVE THIS PRODUCT. I WAS TOLD THAT THE TRIAL PERIOD STARTED ON 11/14/07. I WILL BE RETURNING THIS WITHOUT EVEN OPENING IT AND WILL UNFORTUNATELY HAVE TO PAY SHIPPING. THEY HAVE MISLED THE PUBLIC AND NEED TO BE STOPPED BASED ON WHAT I AM READING HERE. MY FEELING IS THAT THE ONLY REASON IT TOOK OVER TWO WEEKS IS DELIBERATE SO THEY CAN PREY ON INNOCENT PEOPLE AND TRY AN UPHOLD THEIR SCAM-LIKE RETURN POLICIES. I WILL BE FILING A COMPLIANT WITH CALIFORNIA'S ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE AND THEY HAD BETTER NOT BILL ME ONE CENT!!

I ordered this product(it is suppose to be free, until 30 days later they billed my checking account for $54.95 without my authorization) the product burned and irritated my eyes and it didn't even work! I am mailing the product back!!!!

10/16/2007 - Sharon writes:
I am extremely upset. I tried the Unbelievable product, with no noticeable results. It seemed to bleed into my eyes making them red and irritated. I returned the product the first week I had it, while my eyes were still burning. I repackaged the product in the original box with the papers that came with it. After they received the product back (the free, pay shipping only offer), they charged my credit card which I did not give permission to do, for $64.95. I thought they were a reputable company. I should have known from their name, it was a scam. Unbelieveable!
