I am extremely upset. I tried the Unbelievable product, with no noticeable results. It seemed to bleed into my eyes making them red and irritated. I returned the product the first week I had it, while my eyes were still burning. I repackaged the product in the original box with the papers that came with it. After they received the product back (the free, pay shipping only offer), they charged my credit card which I did not give permission to do, for $64.95. I thought they were a reputable company. I should have known from their name, it was a scam. Unbelieveable!

I don't even know what this product is. I remember getting some letter in the mail about "Unbelievable" but I never did anything with it. Now I'm getting letters from a collections agency! What can be done about this?

I sent for the free sample and it was a bait and switch trap, which I fell into. I called and cancelled after reading that they would send me in 4/6 weeks my supply. I also e-mailed them my cancellation. That was January 17. On 3/5/07 they charged my account $61.90 and I am still looking for my refund. They stated that I needed an RMA number even though they received my return. I did not accept this when it came to my PO Box. They aknowledged receiving the goods so they have my merchandise (which I do not want) and they have my money. Cheryl Tiegs needs to know of their illegal practices.

This was sent to me..a little tube that rashed me out. I called them and then sent the product back. This was in January. Now I am in collections for 52.00 plus. That product was horrible. Now after all these months I am in collections and when I called, they told me they have no record of me and would have to get to a supervisor. Well, I called back yesterday and there is no answer. I have seen all the bad details and I want this a done deal. I never received 52.95 of her crap. I sent her little garbage back and if she pursues this, well then I am going to say that I did get a raccoon rash. this better be a done deal.

This product along with several others is being sent as a free trial offer. The catch is- it was never ordered in the first place and I was sent a letter that says if I want the product that I should keep it and my credit card will be billed later. They actually had my credit card number that I NEVER gave or ordered on. Not only was sending unordered merchandise breaking the law- they intend to rob me later by billing me.

This product absolutely does not work! Also, Ihave tried to contact them to return the product and have been unsuccessful. I can't believe that Cheryl Tiegs lets her name be associated with this product or this company!

This stuff doesn't work folks! I have had it for 2 months and absolutely NO improvement. How Tieg's gets away with this is beyond my comprehension. I am becoming increasingly convinced that there isn't an informercial in existence that tells "the whole truth and nothing but the truth", so help me!

This product does absolutely nothing in just 2 weeks, so I called right away for REM number, and mailed it back 2 days after that which was November 21st. Today, December 7, OneWorld has charged me and claimed that the product is not there and that policy is the charge will NOT be removed even when the product comes in. 17 days in the mail, and it wasn't even the holiday package rush yet. Someone needs to FIND the package!!!!! I faxed Desirie the post office receipt for the postage and verification of Chino, CA as the designation. I also had to send her a copy of the 'Return Policy' stated on the web site. Very Unprofessional, and now I will start to email Oprah, Good Housekeeping, and the others that are advertising the product.

Tried this product. It does not work at all. Then tried to get RMA number. I finally got that and had to call at least 5 times to get the return address. They kept telling me they had emailed the info to me. Never did. Had to go on line and pretend to want to order in order to get the mailimg address. They were trying to stall so the trial time would be over and they could charge me for this worthless product. Real bad business practices.
