I bought 2 Urban Rebounders about 8 months ago. I gave one to my husband, who has not unpacked his yet and I have one. I've only used mine about 10 times and a let fell off. fortunately, I was not hurt, but I have e-mailed customer service and have heard nothing from them. I called and they said that since I did not purchase it directly from Urban Rebounder, they are not responsible for it! I will never buy another product from them and I shall tell everyone I know to stay away from their products!

I am being double billed for my urban rebounder and have called my credit card company several times. This issue is still being disputed since July 2007 and it is now October 2007. Also, I have found hidden and unexplained charges on my bill.

I ordered an Urban Rebounder for may wife as a Christmas present with the understanding that it would not be put in service till the last part of December. My wife is partially disabled due to Trasverse Myletis but tried to use the rebounder anyway. I tried three times to get return instructions from the company but with no sucess. We finally made contact and they say the 60 day return policy has passed. What a ripoff company. We are reporting them to the BBB.

I ordered the Urban Rebounder the end of May 2006 - I have yet to receive it after 5 calls to customer service I had to pay for and customer service telling me they would ship it right away. Today 7-28-06 they told me they don't know when I will receive it.

I ordered the urban rebounder 10 weeks ago and never received it. I called customer service and was told that since I ordered by regular mail they could not track where my order was shipped to. They then promised to reship (free of charge, imagine) and I would be getting it in 5-7 days. That was three weeks ago! The last time I spoke to customer service they told me they were wrong and it was being shipped again and guess what... I'm still waiting. I notice they had no problem finding my credit card for payment. There has to be some way to warn others about the lack of responsibility with this company.

After seeing an infomercial and looking through the reviews on the "as seen on tv" website, I called the 1-800 number to order the urban rebounder. The infomercial I saw said you would receive 10 videos and the USA Today review on the website said you would receive 10 videos. However, when I called to order, they said you would only receive 3 videos. I called the Customer Service number and they said the same thing. I felt like that was false advertising, but Customer Service said that the 10 videos was an old offer and they would not honor it. I did not proceed with the order.

I ordered this product five week ago and still I haven't received it. I paid for rush priority delivery (7 to 10 days) and I called the customer service department and they told me if i don't get in the 8th week they will send me another one. That means I will wait another 8 weeks. The customer service dept at this company is the worst.
