I never ordered this product. When I order my proactiv package it said that this was a free gift with the product order. So I said yes. Then I get charged 3 dollars. then I get another 60 day package and get charged like 34 dollars! I called to cancel and I told the rep I wanted to return the package I recieved and he said to just send it back. that i should not open it. the mail man tells me that I need a return to address label on it. i open the box and there was nothing in it. I dont have time to buy a box and call for return address. so frustrating!!

I was talked into trying Vita Power for free when I ordered Sheer Cover. I was charged for the Sheer Cover, which I never received. I got the Vita Power and didn't think it was worth the money and I canceled it. My husband asked me about a charged on our credit card bill some nine months later. We had been still getting charged for the Vita Power and not even getting the product. When I called them, they refused to refund me the money because I didn't catch it sooner. They were also very rude about it. The product isn't worth the trouble.

I too ordered ProActive and received the VitaPower vitamins. I tried cancelling for months and finally got to a representative who told me my order would be cancelled. Over 30 days later another charge on my account occured and I received another shipment. My credit card company put a stop payment on it but I was told they could not legally enforce it if Vitapower protested. I then received several bills in the mail. (They ignored me for months until I quit paying. ) Then came the threats of a collection agency. I am sending my third response with the unopened vitamins. I could care less if they send it to collection--I hope it costs them more than they say I owe. I am doing everything to spread the word of this scam.

I was also sucked into the free offer of these vitamins through proactive and was very surprised to see them arrive again against my will. I saw the 33.94 charge on my credit card bill and thought, what the heck and kept that box but when they showed up again I called the company. They said, oh just return them to us and we'll refund your money. Since then I have received 3 additional charges of 33.94 on my credit card without receiving any more vitamins. When I called the company again, they told me that the vitamins were 67.88 charged in two installments! and that they haven't received my returned package and when they did they would return my money sans shipping costs. I said, not only do I not want to pay for shipping I think you should pay the interest on my credit card from this money you are holding hostage from me. I told them I would be filing a complaint with the better business bureau but I don't seem to have enough information on them to do this. Man this makes me angry. I hope that they will return my money and this nightmare scam will be over soon.

I myself am currently going through the vita-power hell. Your product has to be pretty bad when you have to steal from your customers in order to make a buck. I hate them, I hate them I hate them. They steal your money and will continue to do so if you let them. Cancel your cards, change yout bank accounts. If you dont they will keep on deducting money from it. Stay away! I was sucked into vita-power through proactiv as well, which like many of you say doesnt work. Any of you out there still looking for clearer skin and nothing seems to work. Birth control pills are the answer your looking for. A solid 4 months on birth control will clear up your skin! Try it and you will see!

I also got scammed by this. I ordered the proactive and got the vitapower free in the promotion. I canceled the proactive membership and low and behold I went on my banking account this morning and there was a charge for another order of the vitapower. When I called them they told me that I had to call them also to cancel the membership that I did not know I had. It is now going to take at least 3 to 6 weeks to get this credited back to my account. I am angry and will never buy their product again.

I took the first batch of vita power vitamins. I tried to cancel the order and no one answered the phone for months. I started sending the packages back, however I was still paying for them with my credit card. and still trying to contact them by phone still no answer. So finally I had to cancel my credit card. I paid 66.00 for vitamins I sent back, and now they are sending me to collection. For 33.00 I wonder if the collection angency is owned by vita power.

Mine is similar to everyone else's. i ordered Pro-active for my daughter (didn't work) and recd these vitamins. I called an canceled the order as soon as my card was billed the second time. They told me all was fine and that they owed me money. Well several months later I am still getting billed and and they have yet to send me any refund for the vitamins I returned. Never order from this company it is a scam. Don't believe the Pro-active commercials it made my daughter's face burn.

This has gotto be the worst company that Ihave ever dealt with! Even after cancelling their terrible product, I continued to receive a bill for a product that I wasn't getting to the point where they sent me to collections on a cancelled account. How does that work?

I agreed to try this product as part of an order for something completely separate. I was told it was free to try and I will be charged just $1.99 shipping as a ONE TIME charge! guess what, no matter how many times I have called to cancel the only thing that was one time was the amount of $1.99!!! since then, I have been charged $63.89 EVERY single month! They are relentless. I don't even accept the packages they send to me, I refuse each shipment yet my account had now been overdrawn last month due to their automatic charge! I have lost $64 just in bank charges because this company hasn't enough trust in their product and must LIE and CHEAT people out of their money while forcing their product down the consumers throats! How long is Viatapower going to get away with this? more importantly ...why CAN they? they should be featured on [] and they should be asahmed of these tactics! I am reporting them to BBB and i am changing my debit card number all because of these shameless thieves!

My story was similar to all the others. I cancelled the order as soon as I got another shipment of vitamins and a charge to my credit card. I was given a case # , told all would be taken care of that I was cancelled and would not owe anything after returning the product. I returned it with UPS tracking to verify they got it. Seemed like all was ok, now 3 months later I receive a letter from a collection agency wanting the Vita power money saying they could not reach me and I owed. Well no one tried to contact me as Vitapower knows exactly how to contact me. They obviously did not take care of it like promised, but I have the evidence with UPS tracking and will keep trying. What a nightmare. Such a scam to do this and for Vita power to be inept at correcting it even after multiple calls and promises all is taken care of.

I also have recently discovered that VITA POWER is a scam. Upon signing up for ProActive, I also received these vitamins. I got my first shipment for $3.99, then the second was $33.94. I promptly returned the product, as I was unimpressed with the product, and frankly, I would rather purchase my vitamins as I need them. Today, months after my returning of the product, I received a collection letter from Vita Power, for the product I returned. Awesome! Stay away from this company!!! Oh, and ProActive didn't work either, in case anyone was wondering.

I also got proactive. I did not accept any vitamins or anything along those lines. Nor did I receive them. I called a number and got someone right away. She said she canceled the order and I should get a refund. We'll see if that happens. I also called Proactive and explained them that I'll be canceling with them also since they're affiliates with this company and thats how they got my card information. The woman tried to explain to me that they are separate companies and yada yada. I told her I understood that, but they gave my information to this company. She told me to call back later to talk to someone who could explain it better. I explained to her it was pretty crappy of the company to do that as I'm a single mother of two living off of a minimum wage job and every dime counts. We'll see if I get my money back. I'll be making a new bank account just in case, also. I can't afford to be shorted out hard earned money. Proactive is a decent product, but I need something that'll clear my acne not clear it if i use it twice a day for the rest of my life. If you have insurance I highly recommend [].

I too am a victim of Vitapower and their representatives. I was introduced to this product by ordering a hair product. I have called the company to cancel this Vitapower three times and am still being billed on my credit card. The representatives I have spoken with are very rude and uncooperative. After a very lengthly conversation and after threatening legal action against them, I was told I was recevie a credit....but of not the full amount, even though this was cancelled and I did not receive an additional shipment. These people are nothing but scam artists and I think they should be put out of business. They hurt honest people out there that are realy concerned with helping people. Their product stinks and do their phone respresentatives!!

My story is the same as all else who ordered Proactiv and then later received the vitamins that I never agreed too and have not received. Now I have an overdue bill statement in the mail wanting payment of $33.94 for the vitamins as I cancelled the card after Christmas. I'm not paying them.

I ordered the proactive solution, and later decided to cancel the order after the first shipping came in. I'm getting charged every month for products that not only I'm not getting but I no longer use. I'm very upset and wish that this would stop. and on top of this they still dont refound all of ur money the take about 8$ shipping fees.

I was introduced to VitaPower after placing an order for sheercover make-up. The rep forwarded my call to the VitaPower call cneter and I was offered a 30 day free trial of the vitamins. The rep said I would ony be responsible for the shipping and handling fee of $4.99. One month later $33.94 automaticly deducted from my checking account. I thought the transaction was from a grocery store I had shopped with over the weekend. I was alerted of who the real merchant was when I received a new shipment of the vitamins in the mail. I immediately called VitaPower (888-848-2797) and cancelled the account attached to my identity. "I did not authorize VitaPower to bill my checking account of any recurring activity." After calling their customer service and cancelling I was billed $33.94 again this June. I made another call explained what happened and received a refund of $59. "minus the shipping fees" (LOL). At this point, I was like well... I'll take it but this better not happen again. As a note, both times, this unauthorized activity by Vita Power caused my account to go in to overdraft and acquire fees!

I ordered proactive and received at the end of the order the offer to have "FREE". I received, they charged me for shipping, which was not a problem, but them shipped another. Shipped to a third party who notified me that they received but they billed my charge card. I am returning for a credit and see if I ever receive it.
