I received vita slear as a special offer. I took the supplements for about3 weeks suffering horrible stomach crmping. Once I stopped taking them my stomach no longer hurt. I was really concerned about my health before I realized it was the vita clear causing my abdonminal pain. What is in these pills? If they offer you a free supply you are unknowingly signing up for automatic shipment and charges of vitacear through proactiv. Do Not Agree to a trial or sample use of vita clear or you are going to be charged each month for this garbage.

I ordered proactiv online, and decided to pay shipping for a free gift. However, I also was enrolled in VitaPower and was charged 33.94. I called Proactiv and they also gave me the alternate number which I called and was on hold for 30 minutes. I emailed asking for my account to be closed. They emailed back a return address for me to send the vitamins to and said they'd cancel my account. However, I was charged again for vitamins. I emailed again and never got a return email. I filed a complaint with BBB. I agree that Proactiv should not have anything to do with this company. I am thinking about cancelling proactiv just because of this scam! How frustrating!

I also had the same problem, I made the mistake of getting the free sample and unknowingly signed up for monthly shipments. However, I called and easily cancelled my account and was able to return the unwanted vitamins for a refund.

I ordered vitapower/vitaclear with proactive as a free 30-day trial size package. The next month a received a 60-day size package of the vitamins and noticed over thirty dollars had been taken out of my checking. I called the company to cancel and was told my account would not be charged again. The next month I was charged over thirty dollars once again. I called and was told that it was the second payment for my last shipment. Second payment? Are they serious? This is not what I signed up for. If the charges come again I would be willing to team up with someone and take action. I am a college student on a tight budget that leaves no room for error. Unexpected thirty dollar charges cause my checking to bounce resulting in even more charges. This was not my error and I want vitapower to reimburse me for ALL my charges, including the indirect ones.

I ordered a skin care package for my daughter for Christmas. As seen on the commercial to fade age spots. The vitapower vitamins came as a free gift. I emailed the company and ask to cancel my order for future months. I got new boxes in January and February. Once again I have called and canceled. I have also returned unopened the last box of vitapower. I will let you know if I don't get credit on my card for the return. It has changed my mind about online ordering that is for sure!

I got these "vitamins" thru my ProActiv prescription as a free sample, and they just kept coming! I called the service number (888-684-9660), and they told me that their computer system was being updated, so they couldn't access my info, but that I should leave them my credit card # so they could refund myself. That was when I knew I was being scammed. I called the Better Business Bureau, then I called my bank. I was able to stop payments to them on my debit card with the help of my bank (USAA) - this may not be possible through most other banks, so I would recommend getting a new card IMMEDIATELY. They will never stop charging you if they don't. And call the BBB - they need to know you've been abused by this horrible "company."

I ordered Proactive for a friend to try it out. After a month I noticed a charge for another shipment, which I didn't want. I called and cancelled and was reembursed, wow.... HOWEVER, the people at proactiv DIDN'T tell me that vitapower/vitaclear was a seperate entity from themselves and now I am being charged for that!!! I called proactiv back and they gave me a number to call and cancel vitaclear/vitapower 1.888.848.2797 I spoke to a REP and she said that they would close my acct, and all I need to do is send back the package, unopened, with "Refuse! return to sender" she said it would be about 14 days before my acct is credited with what they took. Stay tuned.

It was sent to my daughter after her ordering sheer cover. She has sent them back and I called their customer services today and I have never talked to anyone that was more rude than them (mainly vita power) after them finally answering. They are telling me 4 to 6 weeks for a refund. How ridiculous!!! Good Luck with everyone else out there. Be aware of all the stupid things that people are asking you to try and buy be aware of the time limits and crazy rules they put with them

The pills tasted strange and gave me a stomach ache, so I decided to cancel my membership, only I was unable to get anyone on the phone. Both of the numbers I called kept saying "we are currently busy assisting other customers, blah blah" and their business hours supposedly are only until 6:00. So, I guess if you have to call to cancel your membership (which of course they dont want you to do)they solve that problem by just not answering the phone! I called the Windsor Pilates # and they answered right away and said that they would send a message for me, but I never heard back!

I ordered a trial size of the PROACTIVE acne product an did not care for it. Then I recieved this box in the mail with these vitamins. I was billed $3.99 on my credit card so I tried a pack of them. I broke each tablet in half because I was afraid to take so many. I was out of my mind in just an hour or so. I could not take that product if I wanted to. I was looking at the box and noticed. That I was in a club type thing, I was going to recieve more! I called and the company had actually already mailed me another shipment and had already billed my credit card for half of the extremely high price. I had to wait until the package arrived, send it back and wait for a credit on my bill. Just yesterday 1-24-08 I sent the package back and I just know, this is the beginning of this ordeal! I an furious this company billed MY credit card without my permission! for a product I did not order! Carrie

I ordered the vitamins to be sent to my son at boarding school. When I received the vitamins at the home address, I called Proactiv Solutions and was referred to GRN phone number. I, too, was on hold for over 30 minutes. When I repeatedly emailed the address spelt out on the telephone number, it did not work. When I called the next day, I was able to talk to a person. I canceled my subscription immediately on the phone and will send a letter to validate my cancelation. For persons needing their address to contact GRN, the address I was given is: GRN PO Box 11427 Pueblo, CO 81001 When I indicated that their email address did not work, I was told it does work. When I indicated that I called at 4:30 PM Mountain Time and was on hold for over 30 minutes, I asked them when did they close. I was told 8 PM. I recommended that they improve their customer service. I feel Proactiv Solution should reevaluate using this company since it places a shadow on their business to recommend a company that has such poor customer service, at the minimum.

I have been shipped this product after requesting stop shipment and still was charged and was told because I was not within 60 days of receipt, I could not get credit. This is false and I have my billing records to prove this. I reported to customer service and was treated like a 2 year old and refuse help. I would not order this product or recommend it just because of the way they do business. What a rip off!!

In October of 2006 I ordered Proactive over the phone. I was not asked about any vitamins. I tried the Proactive and it didn't work for me so I cancelled it. I thought that was the end of it until a few weeks ago I was looking at my bank statement and saw a charge for Vita power for 33.94. I didn't know what it was until I went on this site. I was shocked! I usually don't look at my statement, my bad. I went to the bank and they told me I had been charged monthly since November of 2006. We have had checks bounce and not know why-now we do. Vita Power stole almost $500.00 from me. I had the card cancelled. I have called Proactive and Vita power several times. I hold Proactive responsible. I did not know they would give my debit card number out. I was not offered the vitamins when I ordered. I have over the last year received about 3 boxes of vitamins in the mail. I did not know what they were so I threw them away.I have not receieved them near as many times as I was charged. I cannot beleive this happened and I am ready to take action.

I was billed for these trail vitimins and the so called free books. Nothing has been received yet I've just been billed again for the vitimins.

I never ordered this product. Pro-activ gave my credit card information to Vita Power. I canceled pro active, and still received this vita power - which I never ordered. Pro-Activ is fraudlently giving out credit information. Buyer Beware!!

I signed my sons up for Pro-Active acne medicine. Was told I would receive a free month sample of vitamins. Did not sign up for any additional months. I keep receiving the vitamins - do not want them - and cannot cancel. No one answers their phone. I am given a website to contact which is bogus. My bank will not cancel the auto deduction ... it has to be done thru Vita Power. I am in a Catch-22 and do not know how to resolve this.
