I was sent a free sample, and now the vitamins keep coming with no place to return them to. I am going to report this to my credit card number so that I won't continue to be billed. With so many complaints, how come they don't face a lawsuit, or why hasn't a consumer organization tracked them down and stopped them.

I ordered a one-month supply of the VITAPOWER from an infomercial. It was a free 30-day trial supply that I could cancel at any time, but I had to give my credit card to pay for shipping of $4.99. That was on 5/30/2007. I tried to call to cancel but couldn't find a phone number on any of the literature. I looked them up on line and sent a letter. On 6/29 they charged my VISA $33.94. I tried to contact them again. On 7/30 they sent another supply and charged my VISA $33.94. I kept calling until I got someone who said they would cancel the shipments and that I should send the latest shipment back to them. I did that and they never gave me a refund. Then on 8/27, they did it again. I called and got real irate and sent a letter and they said that they would credit me te amount and stop the shipments. NOW, on 10/31/2007, they did it again. I can't believe these crooks. I hate to cancel my VISA card, but it looks like I will have to. I called my bank and disputed the charge and am waiting for the reply. That's $139.76 after the shipping for my "FREE" 30-day trial sample. What a SCAM. What can we do???

I bought a workout video that came with vitapower for a two month supply for $4. I cancelled the order after I received the first two videos and I still received the vitapower in october. I saw this sight and wish i never ordered anything on tv. I called today to cancel the vitapower and got a confirmation number and name and address to send it back to and be refunded. I sure hope I get my money back and no more vitamins! what a rip off!

I called 1-888-684-9660, and after being on hold for about ten minutes, I spoke with a rep. She told me that I had to call back to speak with a supervisor to get a refund, but did cancel my account. I told her I never agreed to automatic shipments, and she told me that the pamphlet included in the original trial shipment clearly stated that I had thirty days to cancel or I would automatically receive and be billed for a two-month shipment. Of course I no longer have pamphlet to refer to, so I couldn't verify what she said, but there was no pamphlet in the second box...the only way I found contact information was Internet search where I found this site. She told me that if I didn't cancel, a second two month supply would be sent October 20. She had no response to why, if I received and was charged for a two-month supply in September, I would be sent and charged for a two-month supply in October...should I expect to receive a two-month supply every month? I told her that if i saw one more fund transfer from the company, I would close my account to stop the electronic fee transfers. She told me a time to call back to speak to a supervisor. The first time I was on hold for fifteen minutes, the second time, twenty-five minutes, ultimately not getting to speak to anyone. The next day, I called early in the day, and, again, no supervisor was available. When I finally spoke with a rep, she told me her supervisor was in, but not available and to call back. I stated that I had been on hold several times(they have record of the calls the rep told me each time I called and what was discussed.) She said that, because I had been on hold for so long each time, she actually had the authority to refund my money (to be refunded within three business days)and assured me my account was canceled. I checked in three businessdays. No refund. However, a week later, my account reflected the $60 refund (I happily paid the money for the return shipment), and to date, no electronic fund transfers have been listed for this company. The purpose of my updating my story in the site is to give others confidence that if you are persistent, you will get your money back. If you send the product back, get a tracking number. On the Internet you will see a time that the package was received at the POBox by whomever picks up the returned mailings. Without that number, you won't have proof that they ever received it. The rep tried to argue with me until I gave her that number, and then, miraculously, she saw that I had returned it. I will never again order any product over the Internet. If I can't send a check or money order, I won't buy the product. I consider this a learning experience and chalk it up to a "momentary lapse of reasoning." I know better, and fell for it anyway.

I, as well as everyone else, am in the exact same boat. I got conned into trying a sample that is now costing me hundreds of dollars that benefits me in NO way. Its only putting me in debt. They are stealing my money because i am not authorizing any of this. Ive called the stupid number they put on their "brochures" numerous times and i sit on hold for hours. CLearly nobody is going to pick up...anyone had any luck with cancelling and ACTUALLY getting your money back and no more boxes arriving at your door??

Got this product through proactiv but you can't cancel through proactiv. Have tried to cancel 4 times but never get anyone on the phone to cancel. I have litterally been on the phone for 1 hour waiting for someone to pick up. Nothing. I'm so incredibly aggravated. $120 for vitamins I don't use.

I am trying to get VITAPOWER to stop sending shipments. If I get one more shipment I am going to contact my credit card company and see if they can block payments to VITAPOWER. It seems as though anytime you order anything from TV that it is not easy to get them to STOP sending their products. I am no longer going to order anything from the TV Infomercials!!!!!

I bought Vitapower through Proactive face cleansing sulution. They are vitamins. Evertime I took these vitamins I would throw up. I had a bad reaction so I didn't want them to send it to me monthly anymore. The next time they charged it to my acount and sent me another months worth I sent it back like they told me to when I wanted to discontinue the subscription. They still send it to me and still take money out of my account. I am paying for vitamins that I don't take because they make me throw up and they won't stop.

I ordered ProActive for my son several months ago, and at that time I was offered a "free" sample of this VitaClear vitamins. I has since cancelled my proactive, but low and behold I receive this box of Vitaclear, which I had "NEVER" agreed to getting a continuous supply. I looked in the box, there is no form of billing whatsoever for me to get a hold of them, and I find no website at all for them. Fortunately, someone else who posted a complaint provided a phone number. I contacted customer service and and inquired as to why I am now receiving monthly supplies and being charged when I never signed up for anything. He said that by accepting the free trial sample, that I agreed to continuous monthly supply, w/ auto billing until I personally canceled it. I then asked why there was no type of billing inside of the box with additional billing information, he said because the company wanted to prevent other people getting my cc# B.S.!!! I told him. You don't have to put cc# on billing statements! Oh, and by the way, the vitamins made my husband sick to his stomach, if he did not eat a good amount of food prior to taking the pills, he was sick all day, he had to quit taking them, and on top of that, it didn't even work!!! Who knows what they are putting into these vitamins. Joanna

I'm another one who tried VitaClear as part of the Proactiv promotion. The unordered and unrequested monthly supplement arrived this week. Proactiv CSR gave me an additional phone number -- 888-684-9660 -- to call them on. Took about 7 minutes to get off of hold, but the CSR I spoke with cancelled the "membership" (that I never requested, provided a customer number for reference, and I marked the unopened box "Return to Sender" and sent back via the Post Office. Also disputed the charge on my AMEX, so we'll see what happens.

I rolled in the Vitapower memebership, after August of 2007 I decided to discontinue my membership.I called and spoke with a rep and was told that my membership had been canceled. I just check my credit card and they just debited my account again. Now I'm trying to get in contact with them,..and I've been on hold for more than hour.

I have tried this product, as it was a promo that was inserted when i was buying sheercover. i thought it was gonna be in my sheercover bill, but it wasnt. it was actually a seperate one. and i didnt even sign up for it. i thought it was a one time deal and i tried it bec. of their $1 promo!!..i have cancelled it, but they keep sending and billing my debit card!! the number they have on my online bill, doesnt work!! nobody answers!!.. can somebody post some numbers or emails i can call and write to, to stop this scam!!. a number or email that actually works. coz im not gonna stop until i get my money back. apparently, even my bank says so many people have cancelled their debit/credit accounts bec. this company wont stop taking your money, even if you have cancelled your account.

I called the number that is written on the vitamin box(1-888-848-2797), it takes forever before you talk to someone, so you have to be patient. I cancelled whatever bogus subscription they had me into. They don't give any cancellation number but a caller number or something, be sure to get that number and the name of the person you talked to. So, I called my bank and had them dispute that company from getting a monthly fee from me. THe bank will ask you the name of the comapny, the person you talked to, and any number they gave to you. So the 2nd vitamin they sent to me, I sent it back to them. They charged my bank $33.94, when they refunded me from the vit. I returned, it was $29.???!!I hated this experience.

I ordered Proactiv and got the sample for 4.99.I did not realize it was a separate subscription.I thought it was a promo from Proactiv. I have received my second box the day after my second shipment from Proactiv. My mom was shocked to see the $33.94 charge on her credit card under the Proactive charge. Both of us thought it was part of the Proactive regimen included in the regular Proactiv price. The customer service message you get when you call 1-888-848-2797 gives the hours as 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. EST, but no days (Mon.-Fri.,I presume). Luckily, we used American Express and they will stop authorizing the charge. I feel they were very sneeky about their affiliation with Proactive. I also blame Proactive for not disclosing they are not part of the same company. (Must be getting a cut!) Buyers of Proactive beware!!!

I got bullied into trying Vitapower for $1.00 while buying Proactive. I cancelled before I was done with the first box. They told me the second box was sent out the day before so I would have to send it back and my account would be credited. Well yesterday McDonalds said my debit card was not accepted. So I look on my account and my card was billed again for $64.00. I call them up, with the help of this website because I could not find the number again to save my life. They say it's the second half of the billing, they sent me a double order. So these F**king vitamins cost me $128.00 plus about $90.00 dollers in non suficiant funds on debits for $4.00 here and $3.00 there. Isn't there a law or regulatons on this bullshit?
