Ditto to all the complaints. No invoice/packing slip is in the shipment. How in the world do I end this rip-off?!? They do not work. Can't stop the bank from getting charged!

When I phoned to order Sheer Cover the operator asked if I'd like to try a month's worth of free vitamins. If I liked them I could continue to receive them. I did not place an order for them but they arrived and my account has been debted without my authorization. I am sending the Box of Endless youth back... unopened. There was no contact phone number or order confirmation. I'm going to have to cancel my credit card and get a new one. Thanks a bunch Youthful Essence. I hope their is a class action lawsuit against this company.!

I too have been scammed. I just received a 2nd box of the Vita Power vitamins that I did not order. I only requested the trial box for .099 cents They don't work, they made me sick and I stopped taking them after a week of feeling sick, down, & depressed. (No energy). I started back on my One A Day Mutivitamins and now I am fine. Too bad I did not know about this website before I said yes to the trial period. I found this website because when I looked at the package, there were no packing slips, no phone #'s, no information at all about how to contact them and stop these shipments. So I googled "Vitapower: There should be a law against this, and never again will I order anything from television. I am dreading telling my husband that I have been scammed by these people because he is always lecturing me about ordering crap off tv infomercials. Suckered in Houston, Tx.

I also ordered the Windsor Pilates DVD's as seen on an infomercial. While I WAS told that the DVD's would continue until I cancelled my subscription, nothing was said about the Vitapower Vitamin packs. I was offered one box of vitamins for $3 and I agreed to try them. At that time, they offered to sell me an additional box at the $60 price and I declined making it very clear that I only wanted a one time trial. Within about a month I noticed a $33.94 charge to my bank account. I called the phone number on my bank statement to find this was a charge from Vitapower and that another $33.94 would be charged within 2 weeks. Then I received another box of the vitamins. Furious I had them cancel all future orders. *** To do this you can call 888-848-2797 *** I will admit they were fair about canceling any future deliveries but I should've never had to make this call in the first place. (The charges cost me over $300 with my bank since it caused my account to be overdrawn the day after I mailed out all of my monthly bills.)

I called and ordered "Sheer Cover" for my mother and was asked if I wanted to try a free "trial offer" of these vitamins so I said yes. I was then billed the $33.xx for them and everytime I try to call and cancel I get a recording that their hours of operation are 8am to 10 pm EST and to try my call again later. Everytime I have called them it has been between these hours and I've tried several different days of the week. It looks like they are going to keep taking my money for a product that I do not want and do not want to pay for!!! I will definately never order anything off an infomercial again. Talk about a scam. I can't even get a customer service representative to help me!!!

I ordered the Windsor Pilates. I called to make sure they knew I didn't want anything more than the offered special. They offered me the Vita Power for a trial for $3.99. I said o'k but made it clear I didn't want this continued to be charged to my credit card. This person said that was not a problem that I could just order it if I liked the product and wanted more. Apparently with the origanal order there was something that said how to cancel. I don't remember seeing this. This is what I was told when I finally got through to someone. I have received three shipments before I was able to get a phone # from pilates. I called and canceled and told them I wanted credit for the last two boxes. They said they could only give me credit on the last one. I asked why there was nothing sent out to tell me this charge was going on my card, or why there wasn't anything in the box. Miss Medina the supervisor told me that all of that was explained with the first shipment and there wasn't anything she could do. I told her that I had placed orders for several different things over my lifetime and always received something before hand and in the box with the shipment. They know exactly what they are doing. I don't know how places like this are allowed to stay in business. If it were a reputable company they wouldn't have to stoop to this level to get business.

I have been charge 39.95 since feb. 15th from vitapower.whom I did not give authorization to them to have access to my debit card. I ordered youthful essence a product represented by Susan Lucci and vitamins was include for a 1 time trail of 1 dollar. never was I told that there would be vitamins ship and charge to my account by a company called vitapower. I just was informed today 04/19/07 that youth essence forwarded my debit card number to vitapower.they also informed me that since i did not call to cancel the vitamins, that is why I continued to recieve the vitamins. I told them that I did not know that I had to call them because i never knew that the vitamins came from a different company or place until i was told by youthful essence on 04/19/07. and why when i called to cancel my facial product on 03/27/07 and cancel my debit card. know one from youth essence ever stated that I needed to call vitapower to cancel my debit card from them as well due to the fact they gave the card number to them anyway without my permission. I now have to after speaking to 5 people from youthful essence, who can not seem to help get my card canceled through vitapower. I now have to return the vitamins by paying my own postage which will take up to 8wks. they then said they would refund my acct. less shipping and handling.boy isn't that about a joke. thats after speaking to 5 rep. plus 2 supervisiors from vitapower that is the results. They now inform me. not all! but one of the reps. not the supervisor mind you. she tells me not only have they taken the money for the 3 mths. they are scheduled to go into my acct. on may 16,2007 to get the final payment for the order in april that I have not yet recieved and after i told them i do not want them going into my acct. any longer. This fraud and i will be also go to my local attorneys generals office to report this. one of the supervisors stated it was not there problem that youthful essence did not inform me of there practices. thats really amazing and they call that customer services. I will also get on a web page and find susan lucci and let her know how they are representing her name. I would think she would want to pull her name off anything that is decieving people in order to get access to their acct. and charging great amounts of money and not sending any type of billing for these vitamins. only bill you get is the original bill where you authorize for the facial product from youthful essence. nothen in reguards to the vitamins. and that is a disgrace. never again will I order anything from guther-renker if these are there practices with these different companys. I want all my money back. they can have all the product. I do not want to pay shipping or handling or do I want it deducted from my refund. that is rediculous. Andrea 04/19/07

I ordered a pilates DVD from a Guthy Renker infomercial. When I did I was offered vitamins for $3.99. I knew I had to cancel my account or they would ship them to me again so I cancelled the DVD account as well as the vitamins. I thought that was the end of it. I recieved a charge on my debit card for $33 for another shipment which I have never recieved. I called to complain and to get a refund and they say that I must have been mistaken and that I did not cancel. They are supposed to be charging me another $33 at the end of the month. WHAT!?! And there is no refund policy.

I was not informed that I was going to be charged this enormous amount for these vitamins. It was supposed to be one of those one time only offers and I just got charged like $63 and now my account is going to bounce my mortgage payment. This is crazy.

So I got charged $33.94 For some stupid pills that dont even WORK! I ordered some make up back in January and I got it and tryed it on it look horrible on my skin!!! so I returned it and canceled my account. NO ONE told me I had to call a totally different number to cancel the pills I thought it was part of the make up plan. So the charge showed up on my account and I was TICKED!!! I called my bank to figure it out what it was and they told me that they have been getting this alot the last few days so they told me to call vitapower (they even had the number now thats bad!). I called they told me that I never canceled. I told him that you need to start telling people that you have to do that he said that there was a piece of paper in the first package that I got that said I had to call this number to cancel. I told him I DIDN'T GET IT ALL IT GOT WAS THE PILLS AND NOTHING MORE!!!!! He said that I can get my money back if I return it (ya its gunna take like 2 months) and take MORE money out of my pocket to return it!!!! The worst thing about all of this I'm currently unemployed and the money in my account is all I have. So now all of this said and done I'm left with $20.00 dollars in my account to tide me over until I can get a job!!!

Hi my name is Jessica. I ordered Endless Youth by Susan Luci from an informercial & i had no idea that they would keep on charging you $80 a month for it, which i then canceled after several months (by the way i wouldn't order endless youth it's a scam too, baby oil & sugar will do the trick) Anywho, i had said NO to the recording that asked if I wanted to try the VitaPower Vitamins, but the machine still went ahead & ordered them for me anyway & it has been 1 year & every month they keep on charging my credit card 2 payments a month of $34.95, the machine ordered me the jumbo size when i had clearly said NO. Well, the vitapower box comes with no phone # just a phoney address I found the # online 888-848-2797 i just called a few minutes ago & they did cancel any FUTURE shipments of those crappy vitamins but the woman i spoke to said that i WILL be charged $69.95 for a shipment that will arrive my home on the 20th of April. i asked her if she could just cancel that & she said NO mamm' we have already charged you half she shipment of 34.95 & you will get another 34.95 withdrawl to your acount before the month is over. She tried to hang up 3 times but i kept her on the line asking her "so your saying i will NEVER get another pkg from you guys?" she said yes will the exception of this last one & I asked her "so you already took my credit card # off your records?" she said "yes you will no longer be recieving shipments from us" And by the way the VitaPower vitamins are a BIG scam they don't work, didn't do a thing for me. Please if you are reading this informecials are a scam that's why it's so cheap at first & they never tell you that they are gonna be drafting 5 times the amount that you paid in the beggining. I really hope & pray they will not be charging my credit card anymore, it has really made my finacial life difficult.

I,like many others took advantage of the discounted 'first time' offer for Vitapower vitamins that seems to come in tandem with the Pilates DVD I had ordered! I have tried Vitapower and am not impressed with the product in the least. Had cancelled the order and am still receiving boxes of vitamins and suffering what I consider to be exorbitant charges for a sub-standard product. There are enough complaints about this company and their practices to instigate a collective lawsuit! Anyone else interested in stopping this outrageous drain on our hard earned dollars should post their complaint and I'll find out what can be done collectively about it - my mom always used to say "there is safety in numbers!".

i bought the product from an infomercial for pilates. it was $4.95 at the time for a trial. I was unaware the the billing was in two different departments. i called to cancel my subscription, and after doing this was still billed $33.94 for the vitamins. I sent the vitamins back and was told that i would recieve a refund once they recieved them. I talked to many representatives about this, one im particular was maria. SHe was extremely rude and i was told that i would not recieve my money back for another 8 weeks, and that during that time i would be charged another fee of $33.94 for the final payment. $66 dollars for VITAMINS!!!!!! This product is a scam. they are money hungry. make sure you call numerous times to cancel your subscription because they will use the excuse "you must be confused, you never cancelled it". I think its absolutely ridiculous that this business is still running. I am a student for business management and i have NEVER heard of anything like this. The managers/supervisors are also extremelely unhelpful. I have spoken to a lawyer and he feels that i can get all my money back AND then some. I plan to take this to court.

Do not waste your money on this product. While the intitial "30 Day Trial Offer" at $4.95 seems tempting, do not be fooled, they will get their money back. I, like many others I imagine, decided to give the product a shot after ordering the "Gunner's Core Secrets" package. The vitamins are good, but I see no difference in them, compared to Centrum and or GNC products. I forgot to cancel before the second box was shipped (I imagine this is something the company counts on) and was reminded to cancel my account when the second box arrived (the number for cancelling is 1-888-684-9660). Customer service informed me that there would be 2 payments for the second box, one for $33.94 that had already been charged, and then an additional payment for $33.94. 1 box cost $4.95, the second cost $67.88 for 30 days worth of regular old VITAMINS!! Again, do not waste your money on this product.

I called to cancel on Jan 15, stayed on hold for twenty minutes, and never received another shipment. I did, however, receive the monthly $33.94 charges in Jan, Feb, March. Called again today, and Monica told me I never canceled, that she has no record of any calls from me in Jan & I must be mistaken. She would immediately cancel as of today and refund Mar & April as long as I returned the shipment, but could not stop the March shipment which already went out. I explained that I never received the Jan shipment, but didn't call because I had canceled, so I had no reason to look for it, and again she said I "must be mistaken". I insisted they refund Jan/Feb as well & they refused. They also refused to reship the Jan box, even though I paid for it and never received it. Then she refused to allow me to speak with a supervisor, stating there was not one in house and said one would call me back. It's been three hours & obviously noone has. My bank says there is nothing they can do, as it is a debit not a credit account. So it appears I am out over $140 with no foreseeable recourse...

Well like most of you I ordered from an informercial. It was that guthy renker program. All they asked was if I was interested in vitamins for a $1.00 extra. They never explained what would follow.
