It should not be this hard to cancel a product. Just like the rest, I ordered the product, decided I no longer wanted to receive it in the mail. there is no paperwork or anything else in the box. the number on the product box is never answered by anything other than a recording that states hours of operstion 8-10 eastern standard time. Not true. Cannot find any other numbers from information.

I was checking out the vitapower site and tried to purchase a promotional package. After taking my credit card info, this site told me that I couldn't get the package deal because I didn't have enough pills for the 90 day trial. I logged off the site and have gotten two charges on my credit card for $33.95 each. I haven't recieved any product whatsoever and I can't find their homepage to cancel. If anyone out there knows hoe to stop them from continuing to charge my credit dard, please let me know.

I was also offered the discounted vitamins and now i receive more every single month! It started out as a trial thing, you buy proactive and you get a month of these "special" vitamins. The company never stated about a contract or additional shipments. I have 2 unopened packages which i will probably never use, because they do absolutely nothing for me! I am trying to get into contact with the company but there's never an invoice in the packages. If anyone has a contact number or e-mail address so i can resolve this issue, it would be GREATLY appreciated!! (e-mail: []) My next step is calling my credit card company so maybe they can put a stop to the transactions that come through for their company. Whatever you do, don't fall for their scam!!

After a few days of taking the VitaPower Vitamines (suggested by the Windsor Pilates group), I had an upset stomach. I stopped taking them and figured it was my own fault for beleaving the TV ad, and that I learned a lesson to NEVER call in on infomercials AGAIN! WHAT A SCAM!! I keep receiving shipments every 2 months without my concent plus another tape that I NEVER requested just showed up one day! HOW DO I STOP THEM? I have two full unopened boxes of 4 months worth of vitamines and don't know where to return them and for credit, there was NO INVOICE in the package as the box said. Once again, I see by the other postings, we have been 'trapped' by some clever scam artists to get our card numbers with the small print! I plan to do everything I can to stop this company from committing more fraud!

I was sent a sample of Vitapower through a response to a television ad order of Endless Youth promoted by Cindy Crawford. I canceled the monthly order after a 10 day trial due to allergic reactions to the products and was NOT informed that a different number was required to cancel the Vitapower vitamins which cause my stomache much turmoil and discomfort. Each time I try to call Vitapower, I'm put on hold indefinitely and when I finally got a verbal body to cancel the order it was not canceled and I'm still receiving the unwanted product and they're still billing my credit card. I plan to call my Visa company next and report the scam, as maybe they'll have better luck with this rip off company. They remind me of the old bookclubs or music companies that would never cancel the monthly orders once you ever gave them your information.

I am goinig to be very brief. According to my telephone conversation with the rep, I asked for a one time trial offer and payment but surprisingly, I am being billed again a seconf time with an excuse from somebody over the phone that I had agreed to a non existent contract. I think there is a big scam going on and I have handed everything over to my attorney.

VitaPower are a bunch of suckers! Have been charged three times now ($33.94) each time when the product was canceled numerous times. Very upset and dissapointed! Don't order the product, doesn't work for a hoot anyway!!!

These people have been charging me for the last six months for a product I have not been getting! They are only willing to correct their errors 60 days back, even though the International Mastercard rules do take it back 120 days. Never trust these people!

I received the vitamins when I ordered Windsor Pilates. Despite every effort to cancel the product, I continue to receive the vitamins and my credit card is billed. I don't know how to stop this! Don't get suckered in!

I was just billed again for this product and i cancelled it last month!! They charged my credit card another 33.94 and i called to complain, she told me they sent me a two month supply without my approval. I hope this doesnt keep going on, because that is the second time i have called and yelled at them. When will this ever end??

I agree totally with what everyone is saying about vitapower and winsor. They will charge you and you don't even know what the charges are going to be for. I am sending my compliant to my Attorney Generals office because their charges caused me to receive a total of $192.00 for insufficient funds from my bank and I had not received these before ordering the Winsor Pilates with the trial offer for $1.00 of the VitaPower. This is a total scam.

These people do not honor their 30 day cancellation policy. They will send and charge your credit card ON the 30th day and refuse to make any concessions. Assumptions are made that lead to larger than expected charges...they made an offer of an additional supply for $1.00 then immediately double your monthly shipment. No notification of when this is being done is provided. BEWARE! If you are going to cancel with these people, you cannot complete your thirty day trial because at that point, it is TOO LATE!

GRN Nutrition PO Box 17292 Wilmington DE 19850 I first tried it while signing up for Proactive skin care. While talking with the agent she said they would send me a letter asking me if I would like to continue using the product. She did NOT explain to me they would continue billing me for it, if I had not recieved the renewel letter or not. When I recieved the bill, I called immediately to ask them to please remove it and that I would no longer be using the vitamins. They told me they couldn't and the shipment supposedly had already been shipped earlier that day. So I asked her to stop billing me and I would send back the shipment. She said that was fine. I asked her repeatedly if there were to be any more charges and she stated no. That from that moment on I would no longer be recieving any bills from them. Now I asked this several times. Now a month later, I received another bill from them. So I called again, and this time I got the rudest lady of them all. Now mind you, their customer service is horrible to begin with. It seems no one knows for sure what is going on. So anyways, this lady tells me this was the last payment for shipment. I was like, why didn't the last person tell me that? I was told over and over again I would receive no MORE payments after speaking with her. I give up. They are a horrible company with absolutely NO regard for their customers. The people they have employed are completely incompetent and have no idea what their talking about. Needless to say, their company, their ethics .. are deplorable.

I was too offered the vitamins for $1. I tried taking them for a few days, but did not like they affects on my sleep habits.Even before I received the first package, I called ustomer service to make sure I would not receive anymore. They said I had to wait and call back after my package was received. Once the package was received, I found that there was no invoice in the package. I got the pills because I received a package from Core Secrets, called them to cancel their $39.95 tapes that totaled $50.13 after receiving them and got the number for Vitapower. I called Vitpower to cancel and I found the customer service rep rather condescending. My total bill will total more than $60 for a 2 month supply. They really get their money back and a slick kind a way (Core Secrets and Vitapower). I have spent more than $125 for something that started out to be $9.99. I have cancelled today and hope that they will stop the orders! BE careful! Beware!

After ordering the exercise ball I was offered Vitapower daily vitamins for 1.00 and was told that it would be 39.95 billed per month the first charge hit my checking account two months later for $63.54 when I called since I had not received the product I was told they had sent me a 4 months supply and then billed me another 63.54 I told them I did not want it and sent the package(that arrived two weeks later) back to them insured and green slip required at least 3 weeks ago, I have called them on several occasions and have been told my refund would be in 3-10 days to date I have still not received it and the woman that I was speaking with a Ms Mills then informed me that I would be credited 119.00 I told her I wanted the entire amount taken out of my acct for 127.08. I was told 8.08 was for postage couldn't be if it took over two weeks to receive the package from the first billing however I had to pay $11.39 to make sure that it was delivered and have proof of same, I am really steamed at this treatment and will never ever buy another product from tv.

I started receiving this product well over a year ago as a part of the Windsor Pilates fitness program. I didnot see any benefit to the product, and have been being chagred $53.98 each month since I started getting it. I can't seem to get ahold of anyone to stop these shipments or stop charging my account. I guess you have to die and close your account at the bank before they stop sending you the stuff and charging you for it. Any ideas how I can stop this menace?
10/22/2005 - Carol writes:
Don't get this! Once you sign up for it, it seems you can't really cancel it, and your account will contintue to be charged. I cancelled with customer service, and am still being charged for shipments.
