Ordered WalkFit inserts for myself and my fiancee. Followed their instructions for about 10 days (3 days past their "break in" period). I couldn't wait to get them out of my shoes by the end of the day. Foot adjusted somewhat, but not that much. Same with my fiancee. Decided to return them. Sent them back via UPS with deliver confirmation and signature. Walk Fit received them back in mid-September, 2005. No refund given as of yet. No returned emails or phone calls to customer service. Bottom line: WalkFit doesn't live up to ANY of their statements, including their refund policy. I should have known better at the time to buy something off of the TV, but I learned my lesson again.

I placed an order on Friday 8/3/07, the site said free shipping, but then said for $9.95 I could have rush shipment, I ordered it, and then received an email stating that I was not going to receive my purchase for 4-8weeks. I tried to call but I guess they are not open on the weekend, I am going to call my bank on Monday and have payment stopped,and call to cancel the order. I will never buy "As Seen on TV" product online again!

I ordered on line and tired to get the free shiping. Again there was no confirmation of the order as another person said, so I called and a women was very hateful and told me they had no free shipping. I told her to cancel my order. She gave me a cancellation number, but I will keep checking my VISA. If it shows up I will put in a dispute and VISA wil not let them charge me. I have learned a good lesson. Check the web before believing those infomercials!

On 7/27/07 I went on-line to WalkFit Orthotic and checked the price of arch supports as advertised on TV. I started to sign off without placing an order and a pop-up came on and it was from a supposed agent called Hailey. The agent said that if I ordered today she was authorized to give me free shipping. I decided that was a pretty good deal and ordered a pair for $19.95. I entered the shipping information and my credit card info. There was no recap of my order and charges as is usual with a computer generated order. There was a box to click for Customer Service and I attempted to click on it and it would respond with "Web page can not be found" I then found a telephone number and telephoned 800-819-6294. The customer service lady had a heavy accent and was difficult to understand. She insisted that she did not have my information and would not have it before Monday 7/30 or Tuesday 7/31. I told her that I need to know how much I am being charged and that I have ordered a lot of items on-line and this had never happened before. I requested that if she could not give me an order total, to please cancel my order and email me a cancellation number. She said she couldn't do that because she didn't have my order. I asked her if I could speak to her supervisor or someone who could help me. She hung up on me. Over the weekend I received an order confirmation but no breakdown of charges or order total. There was a box for customer service and a telephone number. I did not receive an answer on the telephone number. I sent a request to be given my charges immediately. No response. Today, Tuesday I received an email giving me telephone number 800-554-6061. I called and got the same run around. This lady, who said her name was Betty, also had a heavy accent, at least did not hang up on me. She checked with someone and said that I had ordered on a "Free Shipping" site and I would have to contact them to get my free shipping. NOT It was the same site which sent me a response. There is no “Free Shipping” site that I can find on the internet! Finally she gave me my total. The total was $89.55 (for a pair of $19.95 supports). She finally gave me a breakdown. 2 pairs of arch supports, $19.95 for express shipping and $34.75 for shipping & handling. She said it would be 2 to 3 weeks before she could give me a refund on my order. Finally she gave me a cancellation # 4936787. All the while she was insisting that I had not ordered from their site. She could not tell me how they got my information, etc if it was not their site. I am quite certain that I have lost $89.55. I pray that I will not loose even more money from this venture. This is indeed a scam and who knows if they are involved with other, more devious, scams.

Saw the infomercial on TV. Called the number to order one pair of insoles. The automated voice kept prodding me to purchase more. I responded NO! several times. Then the voice said "Order cancelled"
Then a week later I got a package with two pair and a $54 charge.
There was no way to talk to a person to verify cancellation. I am required to send it back at my own expense.

I went to the WalkFit site to check out the product. I thought the price was a little high with the shipping and handling. When I tried to leave the site, an ad popped up to order now and receive free shipping. I was willing to try it for $19.95 so I clicked on and placed an order. When I received the confirmation, I had been charged the $9.95 extra for shipping. I tried e-mailing the company and finally called, but I was put off at every turn. I just finally gave up. I did receive the WalkFit in a timely manner, but have found them to be ineffective and useless.

WalkFit is a scam. Plain and simple. In the infomercial they show a flexible orthotic insole, but when I got mine they were HARD and not flexible at all. Total garbage. I hope the jerkholes who push this crap, taking advantage of those of us with sore feet who can't afford the $$$$ insoles get screwed royally!

I purchased walk fit product several weeks ago via the phone. I recieved the requisite charge but NO product. I called to ask where my walk fits were and was told that they ha no record of me ordering said product. The refused to credit my charge after proof of the purchase. I asked my bank to get involved and I have to open a new bank acount to keep the company form recharging my account.

In Nov. 2006 I purchased a pair of the Wakfit arch supports and was kept on the phone for at least 30 minutes listening to and rejecting other offers. After weeks of waiting and finally recieving the supports and wearing them for a After wering them for a couple of months I began to have extreme pain in one knee. The orthopedic surgeon recommended physical therapy and right away, the therapist suspected the Walkfit arch supports as the cause of the problem. (Following weeks of therapy, exercises for my knee and wearing a knee brace for months and paying doctor' s bills, my knee is almost back to normal). I immediately stopped wearing them, shipped both pairs back and requeated a refund. Walkfit shipped them back and refused to refund me because more than 90 days had passed. I threw them in the trash. Don' t fall for this Scam!

I purchased 2 pairs of these for me and a friend cause they sounded like a good idea. I got them in the mail and tried them out and it was the most uncomfortable thing I have ever tried. I couldn't even get my foot in my shoes cause these stupid things are so fat. My friend did not like them for the same reason. I called customer service several times asking for a return label so I could send back. After I finally talked to someone, they were the most rude people I've ever talked to and they said I couldn't return cause it has been more than 30 days. I told them I had called and called and asked for a label and they told me "tough break" basically. So a few weeks go by, I finally got some return labels from them even though they told me it was too late. I sent them back and waited for my refund. I called and they told me they couldn't refund me cause they were damaged in return shipping and I didn't insure them. They told me they could send them back and I told them I want them back since they wouldn't refund me. I never recieved them back at all. I'm out $80 on this scam. If there is anything I can do to get my money back, someone please email me at []. I'm surprised these bozos are still on TV with all these dissatisfied customers.

The website added another order on, I called to cancel the order and the fed me this spill about how it was impossible, etc. I called my CC company and had to cancel my card. The customer service rep kept trying to give me discounts, etc... anything but cancel the order. Stay away from them!!!!!!!

I purcased a pair for myself because I needed some help with foot/back pain. I ordered the inserts and gel pads but was never told that they would charge 35.04 for the gel pads. I was told the total was 29.80. I got them in around 4 weeks but all of a sudden the charge on my card was 64.84.I called waited around 40 minutes to finally talk to someone. This reception on the phone was awful! I told them that they must have charged me for two but they said the other charge was for the gel pads. I let them know how I felt about that. They told me they would refund 32.00 of that 35.04 because of the S/H it had cost them if I sent them back. Now comes the second part. My husband was complaining about foot and knee pain so I told him he should give them a try because they had seemed to help my pain some. I told him I would order them for him because he isn't very patient when it comes to waiting on he phone. I called and all I ordered was the inserts in fact the gel pads were never even mentioned by me or the sales rep. but some how they sent them and charged me 64.84 again. I called and waited around 50-60 minutes this time and once again told them how I felt. they said this time they would refund me 29.90 if I sent them back. why should I pay to send back something I didn't even buy? I have sent a complaint to the Attorney Generals office I would advise anyone who has had difficuly with this company to do so the more people that make a complaint the better chance we have of getting our money back and stop this fraud. I will admit I should have known better than to do buisness with them after what they did the first time but I guess sometimes it takes twice to learn from your mistakes

On November 4, 2006, I fell for the WalkFit scam after watching their infomercial, thinking that I had at last discovered something that would ease my wife's foot and back pains. The products came, were essentially worthless, and I returned them all USPS insured/certified. After a few weeks, that refund (less $2) came through. THEN, they sent me another shipment of stuff and billed my credit card. I sent it back. They sent yet more stuff, which I also promptly returned. Their customer circus people, who are only available to those willing to wait on hold for extendedperiods of time, refused to accept the fact that I do not want their trash. Nor would they refund my money. I finally had to close that bank account and cancel the credit card. That was on December 18, 2006. Yet even as recently as two weeks ago they sent me more junk and tried to charge the old card. WalkFit is, in my opinion, a scam.

First, they tried to sell me everything but real estate along with my orthotics. I declined all. They offered the rush delivery which I also declined. I almost cancelled the order when they told me how much the "cheap" shipping was - it seemed way too high for typical US postal service shipping. When I told the salesperson to cancel the order she quickly reduced my shipping so I went for it, reluctantly. I got them in a reasonable time considering the slower method I chose. I did not like the product and returned it. I got USPS confirmation of the date Walkfit received the returned product and it has been 11 days, no refund yet showing on my account. I called the 800 number, got the sales dept instantly! She gave me the customer service number and I waited for more than 15 minutes to talk to someone. Good business are not run this way.

My latest purchase – WalkFit Orthotics. All of the testimonials on that infomercial were too much for me. I couldn't resist. The man that broke the camels back tearfully spoke of the joy he has now that he can play soccer with his 13 year old daughter, because his back no longer hurts because of WalkFit Orthotics. I had to do it. For $19.95, all of my problems would be washed away. I ordered a pair of these life-altering devices on January 5th via the Internet, and the confirmation email stated, "Standard time frame for delivery is 4-8 weeks, although most in-stock items will be shipped within the next 7-14 business days. All orders are shipped via U.S. Postal Service. Rush orders will be expedited." Rush order shipping costs $19.95. I opted for the standard $9.95, slow motion shipping method. Upon completion of my order, I noticed that the email confirmation did not have the amount that would be debited from my account. I called them immediately to find out why I didn't receive a proper invoice. The lady told me to add the cost of what I bought, and the shipping method that I'd chose together for my "total bill." I laughed. So, I waited for the $29.90 to come out of my account. January 10th $49.95 was taken out of my checking account, and on the 11th, I got an email stating that my order had been shipped on January 8th. I did some quick mathing, and came to the conclusion that they maybe were sending me two pairs. Perhaps that had been the mistake. If that was the case, I would be ok with that, though I hadn't planned on spending fifty bucks, since it was debited, I'd deal with it. I emailed the company once again, to ask where the discrepancy was. I got a reply on the 17th. They gave me the breakdown of my purchase (which is what I asked for back on the 5th) It seems that I've paid $29.90 shipping for a $19.95 product which I've yet to receive. I KNOW I didn't pick "rush" delivery. I would never have voluntarily paid all that money for shipping. I cringed at the $9.95, but decided that it was worth it for this life-altering product. J What kind of "Rush" delivery is this? It's been 12 days since the purchase, and 9 days since shipping. I emailed them once again, and said "For $19.95 Rush delivery, I hope that my package will be delivered by a cabana boy holding my WalkFit orthotics in one hand, and a pina colata in the other. I probably won't hear from them again. Googling "walkfit complaints" didn't yield much, but I did find a handful of people who have been screwed by their billing department. "I'm not alone!"

No,I do not own them because they wont ship them ! even after being charged for 3-5 day shipping. If you call to order a pair you will get a answer within 4 rings however if you call the "customer service" you will be put on hold forever.. go figure .. as for the live chat customer svc ? yeah sure! and try to get a tracking number. thank God I used Amex Express and they have a real customer service dept.

I ordered a pair of Walk Fit orthotics in mid-December. I was unimpressed by the fact that the lady on the phone was trying to sell me everything under the sun, as well as the orthotics. I also was dismayed by the exorbitant shipping and handling fee, but went ahead and got them anyway. I received the orthotics in a surprisingly timely matter, despite the fact that I declined faster (and more expensive) shipping. Within the first fifteen minutes of wearing them, I developed a large blister on the arch of my left foot. I tried to wear them for small amounts of time on successive days, but quickly came to the conclusion that they really do suck. I packaged them up with a nice letter explaining why I was returning them for a refund. It only cost me about $4 to send them back. I am a bit nervous about whether or not I will ever actually recieve a refund and if my credit card information is safe with this company. I should have done a little more research before I fell for their wonderful infomercial. I would tell anyone who is even vaguely thinking of trying these orthotics to save themselves a lot of hassle (and pain!!) and just go to their local pharmacy and get a nice pair of Dr. Scholls arch supports instead!

On March 25, I tried to purchase one woman's walk fit and one man's walk fit. I was sent five mens size G. I called them, they were to send me a label to return the wrong ones at their cost and send the one womans and adjust my credit card. After several months of fighing with them I did receive the return label. We had agreed that I could return all of them, I never did receive the one for a woman and receive a full refund. I returned everyone of their walkfits. Finally in August I received all but the last $29.90 refund. I never got that and they refused discuss it further, wouldn't return calls etc.

After viewing the infomerial I decided to order three pairs for myself and my sons. I placed the order and at the end of the order was informed that it woulod be 4 to 8 weeks before the item would even ship, or I could pay an additonal $9.95 per pair for faster shipping. I told the rep to cancel the order and hung up. I called back to confirm that the order had been cancelled and was informed that none of my info was maintained, yet moments later I got a call from Sylmark, with my name and I provided no phone number although the rep asked as if he did not have it. I returmed and the woman had hung up. I then receive another call a few minutes later from a hidden number. It again was Sylmark, although the young lady said it was fro somewhere else. She offered me $5.oo off of shipping, She then offerred me free shipping and a guaranteed arrival time of 14 days. I hung up on her. It seems like some kind of scam in all respects. BEST NOT USE THE PRODUCT, IT APPEARS THAT WHAT THEY WANT IS A DATABASE OR CREDIT CARD NUMBERS. I TOLD HER THAT PEOPLE ARE TIRED OF BEING LIED TO AND TREATED LIKE FOLS AND THAT THE COMPANIES HAVE TOO MUCH ACCESS TO PRIVATE INFO AS IT IS. NOONE THERE WAS FORTHRIGHT NOR TRUSTWORTHY
