I was unable to use the walk fit orthotics, because I was going to have ankle surgery. I sent them back within 30 days. It cost me $7.00 to send back this product, in the mean time they charged my credit card account $29.80 a processing and shipping fees that are not refundable. This company is not in to customer care, the inserts hurt my feet and they are making more money off the shipping than what the product is worth. Beware do not give this company your credit card number.

The company has a confusing website wanting to provide add-on products. You have to really look to have a straightforward order without add-ons. Pretty sleezy approach. On another note, when I finally ordered the product, they charged me with expedited delivery charges when only the basic delivery was requested. The bill showed an itemization of basic shipping but the expedited charge was placed on my credit card. The difference was $ 10.00. Customer service is horrible. Put on hold for 20 minutes and then cut off. Very questionable company.

I tried call the company to cancel my order of the Joint Support Formula they kept me on hold for over 5 minutes. Plus I was charged with extra bottles of Joint Support Formula. I want to cancel my order!!!

I ordered a pair thinking this product would be useful for me. I received it maybe 2 wks after i ordered it online. Used it a few days and not sure but it gave me a BIG blister!!! So the next time i went and mailed it back. I called in the beginning of this month to check on my refund and a male gave me a confirmation # letting me know that I should receive my refund in 5-7 business days. So its almost end of the month and still no refund back to my acct. so i called and spoke to a male, he told me that my refund got cancelled due to 30 day has already passed to get the refund. i had asked to a supervisor and male said "they were at a meeting". after talking to him and complaining about how i got a confirmation # and a response how i was supposed to get my money back in 5-7 days, the male tried to make like he couldn't hear me, and hung up. I called back and another male had answered. Explained to him what happened and said they did not have any record of the product being received back, and that refund could not be given to me due to that. He wanted me to fax over a copy of my receipt that I got from the post office when I mailed it, but HELLO i disregarded it because i didn't think it was necessary for me to have it and assuming that they would receive it safely. I learned my lesson! what i rip off!!! I'm soo pissed off! They just want your money!! DONT BUY FROM THEM due to the experience I've had with them. SCAM!

On 7/21/07 I porches the walk fit products. I wanted for a month I never got it. They blamed the post office, I asked for my money back but I never received it. It is now 10/23/07 and I have no product and feel robed. Oh yea because that is what they did. I URGE YOU DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PEOPLE.

I purchased the walk fit orthodonics for my husband in July 2007, Also I purchased the joint support formula along with the orthodonics. Well, I was hit with two deductions from my checking account for the same thing.I want my money put back in my account because I am so upset about this I am going to report them to the better business bureau in California where they are located. It is all a scam and they are out to get the senior citizens of america. Please post this as soon as possilbe. I will never ever deal with them again. I feel terribly about this for them to cause unbearable mental harm for us senior citizens. The product sucks and it doesn;t work at all. It is all a big scam. Don;t fall for it or you will get burnt like I did.

I placed an order with [] on 9/28/07 and received 2 e-mail responses. I tried for 5 days to have this corrected for just one order but was told there was no order at all. Yet, they charged my credit card $1.00 for each order. I cannot get a hold of anyone who can correct this or cancel the orders, which is what I want to do, & give me credit for the $2.00 charge on my credit card.

I ordered three pair after negotiating a single shipping charge of $9.95. They arrived in about 10 days. I have tried using them according to their very specific directions, including gradual use @ 2 hrs, then 4 hours, then a day. Friends, it will be cheaper and just as effective if you just tape a golf ball to the bottom of your foot and walk around on it. These things hurt! This is a scam. Do not waste your time or money. There is no way these items can help with foot, leg, back or any other physical problems. I am now going for a refund. Wish me luck. I should have checked the web for negative opinions before ordering.

I purchased the orthotics about two weeks ago because I have been experiencing arch pain in both feet when I wake up in the morning. As soon as you put them on it feels like you have a large rock in the middle of your foot. The pain is unbearable and constant while wearing them. I would ice my feet for 20 minutes just to get the pain to stop. They are very cheaply made! You must take out the pads in your sneakers (as directed) for them to work!! Well, the front half of your foot is actually walking on the cardboard bottom on the sneaker. My toes would kill me and I started to get blisters. The velcro they give you to hold them from moving doesn't work. The entire product is garbage and please do not waste your money like I did. I purchased them at Target and it took 14 days to deliver even though I paid extra for rush delivery!

Sitting on the phone on hold waiting for a supervisor to pick up - they know I'm really po'd so they probablly won't take my call. When I do get through to someone and tell them I want to cancel, they hang up on me. They must get their paycheck docked if they take a cancellation. Like everyone else, I too fell for this infomercial scam. Ordered a pr. (actually 2 pair) in May, received in June ... thankfully didn't pay the extra for speedy shipping. My fault, I didn't read all the fine print. Now I keep getting packages sent to me and although I keep calling and cancelling - I continue to get shipments. OMG, someone just came on the phone. I just spoke with Albert who said they would credit me for this last order if I ship it back when it gets here. The packages contain 2 bottles of Vitamins for $44.85. What a SCAM!!!!!!!!!! We'll see if I get my credit. And yes, I threw the wAlKfiTs out after they didn't fit any of my shoes. If you are thinking of ordering these DON'T BOTHER!!!!!!!

Last year I purchased a pair of Walk fits. Within less than a year the heals cracked. I contacted them this July inorder to recive a replacement. They said to send out a chech for 5.95$ & that I would receive a free additional pair in the mail within 2-3 weeks. Well to make a very loong story short: After SPEAKING TO AT LEAST 10 DIFFERENT AGENTS WI/HEAVY ACCENTS (WITHIN THE LAST 2 MONTHS)WHO AT FIRST CLAIMED TO HAVE LOST MY CHECK, THEN LATER i RECEIVED A LETTER STATING THAT i OWE THEM 19.95$ THEN YET ANOTHER AGENT SAID hE DROPPED ALL CHARGES & THEY'D B SENT OUT, THEN (WHEN THEY HADN'T ARRIVED YET AGAIN AS PROMISED)THE LAST AGENT SAID: nOW GET THIS ONE!!!! "i SHOW NO ORDER FROM 2007, THERE WAS NO REPLACEMENT ORDER, AND THE ONLY RECORD WE HAVE IS FROM 2006!!" INOTHER WORDS- SOMEONE ERASED ALL "RECORDED CONVERSATIONS" AND ALL RECORDS PERTAINING TO NEW REPLACEMENT ORDER i DO NOT EVEN EXIST IN THEIR SYSTEM IN 2007!!!!! i REALLY HOPE THAT THE FBI OR SOME OTHER INVESTIGATE THIS CRIMINALLY MANAGED COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I haven't actually used the product. This is a warning of their website. I believe it has been compromised. I had ordered a pair, after the order was complete I (very stupidly I admit) clicked on an ad. The web ad was for www.[]. That website phised my CC number and was tried to charge me for their services WITHOUT me reentering my card number. In other words it got my number FROM walkfit.com ! When I called walkfit to complain the customer service rep seemed very oblivious to this problem, when I asked to then talk to his supervisor, the were "all in a meeting". If you decide to purchase this product I strongly advise you NOT to order from walkfit.com .

Don't buy them! It took them several weeks to deliver them even after paying the "rush" shipping fee. I used the insoles and found that they hurt my feet more standing then anything else. I originally bought them because of the pain I was having because of plantar faciitis (arch pain). I used them everyday when I bought them and the pain never decreased. In fact, ultimately, after removing them the pain in my arch cleared up, not completely, but the pain is not as sharp. I've tried calling to get a refund as I've had them for less than 30 days but to no avail. I decided to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and dispute the charge on my credit card and urge everyone else dissatisfied with this product to do to same.

Ordered WalkFit inserts for myself and my fiancee. Followed their instructions for about 10 days (3 days past their "break in" period). I couldn't wait to get them out of my shoes by the end of the day. Foot adjusted somewhat, but not that much. Same with my fiancee. Decided to return them. Sent them back via UPS with deliver confirmation and signature. Walk Fit received them back in mid-September, 2005. No refund given as of yet. No returned emails or phone calls to customer service. Bottom line: WalkFit doesn't live up to ANY of their statements, including their refund policy. I should have known better at the time to buy something off of the TV, but I learned my lesson again.

I placed an order on Friday 8/3/07, the site said free shipping, but then said for $9.95 I could have rush shipment, I ordered it, and then received an email stating that I was not going to receive my purchase for 4-8weeks. I tried to call but I guess they are not open on the weekend, I am going to call my bank on Monday and have payment stopped, and call to cancel the order. I will never buy "As Seen on TV" product online again!

I ordered on line and tired to get the free shiping. Again there was no confirmation of the order as another person said, so I called and a women was very hateful and told me they had no free shipping. I told her to cancel my order. She gave me a cancellation number, but I will keep checking my VISA. If it shows up I will put in a dispute and VISA wil not let them charge me. I have learned a good lesson. Check the web before believing those infomercials!

On 7/27/07 I went on-line to WalkFit Orthotic and checked the price of arch supports as advertised on TV. I started to sign off without placing an order and a pop-up came on and it was from a supposed agent called Hailey. The agent said that if I ordered today she was authorized to give me free shipping. I decided that was a pretty good deal and ordered a pair for $19.95. I entered the shipping information and my credit card info. There was no recap of my order and charges as is usual with a computer generated order. There was a box to click for Customer Service and I attempted to click on it and it would respond with "Web page can not be found" I then found a telephone number and telephoned 800-819-6294. The customer service lady had a heavy accent and was difficult to understand. She insisted that she did not have my information and would not have it before Monday 7/30 or Tuesday 7/31. I told her that I need to know how much I am being charged and that I have ordered a lot of items on-line and this had never happened before. I requested that if she could not give me an order total, to please cancel my order and email me a cancellation number. She said she couldn't do that because she didn't have my order. I asked her if I could speak to her supervisor or someone who could help me. She hung up on me. Over the weekend I received an order confirmation but no breakdown of charges or order total. There was a box for customer service and a telephone number. I did not receive an answer on the telephone number. I sent a request to be given my charges immediately. No response. Today, Tuesday I received an email giving me telephone number 800-554-6061. I called and got the same run around. This lady, who said her name was Betty, also had a heavy accent, at least did not hang up on me. She checked with someone and said that I had ordered on a "Free Shipping" site and I would have to contact them to get my free shipping. NOT It was the same site which sent me a response. There is no “Free Shipping” site that I can find on the internet! Finally she gave me my total. The total was $89.55 (for a pair of $19.95 supports). She finally gave me a breakdown. 2 pairs of arch supports, $19.95 for express shipping and $34.75 for shipping & handling. She said it would be 2 to 3 weeks before she could give me a refund on my order. Finally she gave me a cancellation # 4936787. All the while she was insisting that I had not ordered from their site. She could not tell me how they got my information, etc if it was not their site. I am quite certain that I have lost $89.55. I pray that I will not loose even more money from this venture. This is indeed a scam and who knows if they are involved with other, more devious, scams.

Saw the infomercial on TV. Called the number to order one pair of insoles. The automated voice kept prodding me to purchase more. I responded NO! several times. Then the voice said "Order cancelled" Then a week later I got a package with two pair and a $54 charge. There was no way to talk to a person to verify cancellation. I am required to send it back at my own expense.

I went to the WalkFit site to check out the product. I thought the price was a little high with the shipping and handling. When I tried to leave the site, an ad popped up to order now and receive free shipping. I was willing to try it for $19.95 so I clicked on and placed an order. When I received the confirmation, I had been charged the $9.95 extra for shipping. I tried e-mailing the company and finally called, but I was put off at every turn. I just finally gave up. I did receive the WalkFit in a timely manner, but have found them to be ineffective and useless.

WalkFit is a scam. Plain and simple. In the infomercial they show a flexible orthotic insole, but when I got mine they were HARD and not flexible at all. Total garbage. I hope the jerkholes who push this crap, taking advantage of those of us with sore feet who can't afford the $$$$ insoles get screwed royally!
