I bought a Platinium Weider. It took 3 weeks to deliver. The machines tension is all out of whack. The motor stopped working after 2 month. They wouldn't let me return it b/c of 1 month return policy, and they took 3 weeks to deliver it. Go figure. They sent a tech out who said the part i needed had to be ordered. I called a month later and the part was never ordered even though I had a order #. This garbage is now a discontinued model, I can see why. Please don't waste your money. Don't cheap out, buy a bowflex

I bought the crossbow last year. First off I was also missing parts, Secondly when I finally got it somewhat put together i used it for awhile, it did give me a good workout for a couple of weeks, then the cables started scratching on the part they go through, so within a month or two the cables were so torn apart i couldn't use it anymore. I spent about $400 on this and it was a complete waste. Don't buy this product, go to a gym. If you really want the body, these cheap workout machines won't do it.

I purchased this product in mid-January. I received the Crossbow in approx. 1 1/2 weeks. So far so good. After stating to assemble the product, I realized that a bag or 2 of hardware was missing and a duplicate of another one. I called the company and they said someone would call me back in 24 hours. After making a stink, someone did call back within 2 hours. I went over all the parts that were missing and was informed that some were on back-order. I then started receiving 2 or 3 parts every 3 days or so. It has now been 2 months and I am still missing a few critical parts, namely the bushings that go with the wheels to hold the seat on. The machine is still unusable as intended. We also tryed to view the tape, but the sound is all garbled and messed up. Now what!!!!!!!!! They don't return calls and to top it off, they are also deducting the payments from my credit card.
