On November 21, 2006 I ordered 2 windstorm vacuum cleaners after seeing the informercial on tv. I never spoke with a live person. It is now May 15, 2006 and I still have not received the vacuum cleaners. I have sent numerous emails to the company and made many phone calls to the 800 number and was on hold for 2 1/2 hrs. and the line ended up going dead. I finally received an email back on March 3, 2006 and they gave me a different number but that number was not in service. Finally after a few more emails requesting for them to call me they finally did. They told me that there was a back order and I would receive my order in 2 - 3 weeks. Still nothing. I am very frustrated and dont know what to do. Any ideas?

Wish I had seen this website before I ordered. This is the biggest rip-off that I have ever seen!! My story is the same as everyone elses. Charged double, nobody to answer the phone, & when and if you finally get this product-it's not worth a dime!!! I got charged $80 shipping too. I learned my lesson the hard way!!!

I ordered the Windstrom on the 21 of December, 1905. It arrived, not just one but four. I returned them all and was told i would get a refund in 3 weeks on my credit card. A month later I called again and was told there has a izup and would receive a credit in one month. That month passed and no credit. I called again and wastodl there had been a mix up at the factory and everyone sent four by mistakes would receive a check. The check would be $40.oo less than I had paid and now the intrest on the credit card was buildin daily. Two wseeks later I was told I would receive a check in two weeks. Two weeks latter I was told I was told I would get a check that week. The next week I was told I would get a check as soon as possible. Not this is May and still no check and increasing credit in my card. I notified the local police department and they took the report. They also suggested getting an attorney and getting together and sewing these people. I for one am going to do just that.

On 11/15/06 we ordered a storm vac for the amount of $277.45. We were suposed to get one free. We never received anything. When our bank statement came we saw to our surprise that we had been charged double the amount. At that time we cancelled the sale and were assured that we would receive a refund in ten days. Countless phone calls and e-mails later we have not received our money.

I am too among the trusting individuals that gave my money to a "great price product" and received nothing but hard ache and dissapointment. I was to be charged $55.00 for the buy one get one vac. (just had to pay s&h.) I soon realized that my visa had been charged over $350.00 for the vac. I too tried to call and speak with someone and find out how this could of happened. Like everyone else, all they could do is make up excuses, and thats only when I actually got a hold of someone. I am now in the process of getting different agencies involved to handle this matter. It strikes me funny that it takes six weeks for them to "delivery" the product, but only 24 hours to take your money....

I ordered the product which I did receive 4 of and was charged for 4, when I had only ordered the buy one get one free. I was charged 353.70. This companys owes me over 200.00 after I sent the other 2 back, which they received on April 8th in their warehouse as I tracked it. Well, almost a month later and still no money. I am really upset and their 800 number does not work anymore.

I ordered the vacumes after seeing the infomercial on tv on November 25 2005. The money was taken from my account on the 27th of Nov and I paid extra for rush delivery. It is now May 5 2006 and no vacumes yet and no refund for my rush delivery that was promised in early Dec. 05. Many many phone calls and I was told my vacumes would be shipped in two weeks and I would be refunded for the rush shipping charges. For the last month when I call I can not speak to a customer care rep and get a promise that my call will be returned the next day. I have never received a call back. Not sure what to do next but maybe if enough people complain and get together we can file a class action law suit if this is a legitimate company.Kevin. Maui Hawaii

I purchased the buy one get one free Windstorm in Dec 05. When I received my 4 vaccums, tried one. It was a piece of crap. Couldn't even pick up the smallest piece of lint! I was charged over $400. I retuned them to the IGIA, & tracked it. They received it in their warehouse on 1/13/06. When I still hadn't received my refund in Feb, I tried writing, calling, without success. I finally got through in late February, at which time a rude customer service rep informed me I would receive my refund in another 10-25 days! When I asked why it would take 2 months to process, she stated that's the way it is & disconnected. I still don't have my money back, & their number is constantly on VM telling me to call back during normal business hours. Is California on Mars? The phone is never answered!! I'm very frustrated. Like everyone else, I can't afford to lose that kind of money. Christine, IA

I've talked to the company three times and e-mailed them each time they say the refund will be there the next friday still no product and no refund for the over charge. What can you do about this.I ask my bank for help but they said i had to report it within 30 days but they said the vac. would be shipped in 9-10 wks. so we didn't know we had a problem untill it was to late.

In October 2005 I watched an infomercial on the stormvac vacuum cleaner. I ordered the product and was to receive an additional vacuum and steamer free. I was billed over $350.00 for this product and the amount was credited to my debit card on 6 Nov 2005. I have tried several times to contact this company at 1-800-716-8667 and talked to a customer service agent in March 2006 who informed me my product would be shipped within the next couple weeks. Well it is now May 2006 and I still have no product and they have not answered any of my e-mails to their customer service site. I am on the verge of reporting this to the NY State Attorney Genral's office and the Better Business Bureau.

My problem is like everyone else. Ordered only 2 vacuums (buy 1 get 1 free), got charged $407.47, didn't think the delay was a problem because it was Christmas time and it was such good deal (too good) and plus we live in Hawaii so, all right sometimes shipments take awhile, but freaking 6 months? Did the calling, emailing, all the we will refund your card and/or send you a refund checks later and no such luck. My question is, don't those stations that run these freaking commercials get paid? they should get fined for still airing it. And those lying a**holes who take our calls, and so called corporate offices, are they getting paid? Or they're lying to us for free? How the frick do they get away with this? I want to know how the heck are we going to get our money back? Crap!

On 11/11/05, I ordered two Windstorm vaccuums using the IGIA.com phone order system. IGIA.com sent me four vaccuums and charged my credit card for 313.70. I did not get an answer to an immediate e-mail, so I called. On Dec. 1st, I was able to speak to a representative who told me to send back the two extra vacuums. I would be refunded half the price of the order $156.85 plus the costs of return shipping. The vacuums were returned on December 2, 2005 by UPS Ground to be delivered by 12/8/05. UPS costs $34.90 I have asked for a refund of $191.75. Since them, I have sent multiple e-mails but just received automized email responses or one message to call during business hours. I have talked to customer service representatives by phone six times... without results. I have been told three times that my refund is being processed... the first time was January! I checked my credit card statement and the reimbursement is not there every month since December.

I bought a Wind Storm Vac and received one free. Well This was on ordered January 21, 2006 and after I received them one broke down. So I called on Febuary 23, 2006 and the women I spoke to said she would send one right out. As of today I still have not received it. I was charged $254.19. I would like to see about getting a full refund and I have no problem sending back the other vac and thr free steamer. I have tried calling them but all I get is a recording to call during business hours, which I do but still no answer.

I ordered for my mother-in-law the Storm Vaccum Cleaner in which it was Buy One, Get One Free with the Steamer. What happened is that after placing the order on the internet, I noted a mistyped headline and it just did not sit right with me. I too tried calling the company and waited, and waited and then was just hung up on. This also did not sit well with me, so I tried again, and again they either hung up, directed me to a "voice" supervisor and finally gave me another telephone number to call -which was not a valid number. I finally called my credit card company and reported it lost/stolen so that this company would not be able to charge anything on my account. It worked. So far no charges appear on the credit card but it's because I acted immediately after placing the order. I figured that if a company hangs up on you and puts you through this hassle, they are not ligite. That typographical error is what made me think twice. I learned my lesson but it was a scarry one as you don't know who is going to take your information. Also, after placing the order, a confirmation was supposed to come by e-mail. This was not done, which again caused me to think twice. Ladies, no infomercial product ever works. That is why they don't sell it in the store where you could return it. These companies prey on people and make the commercial so convincing. DON'T buy what you see advertised from a infomercial. BUY it at Sears or somewhere you could return the item. Eventually, if the item is a good and reputable item, it will sell in stores. Learning is part of life but no one told us it would be this difficult to fix a SCAM or SCAMMER. They are out there ready to convince you to buy their items that possibly don't exist.
