On Nov. 19, 2005 I ordered a Windstorm Vacuum by IGIA from an infomercial. As a TV promotion it was buy one get the second free, just pay S & H. When I called I got a recording that prompted me through the ordering process. I NEVER spoke to a human being. It never gave me a total of the amount my credit card would be charged. It also never gave me a confirmation number. It gave a phone number for customer service and I called that immediately. The recording said you had to wait 3 days till your order was logged in the system before speaking to them about it. Over the next few days I called customer service at least three times and sat on hold for OVER an hour!!!! No one ever answered. I gave up and emailed them on the morning of Nov. 23. I received an auto reply that stated I'd get a response within 24 hrs. Well today it Nov. 29th and STILL no response to my email. I still can't get through to customer service. I've alerted my credit card company that I will not pay the charges, which by the way were $156.85 and should have been under $100.00. I'd caution ANYONE who is thinking about buying something from IGIA.

I also ordered the windstorm vacuum from an infomercial on tv buy one get one free my visa was billed $353.70 in July 2005 but come November still no vaccum or refund after several phone calls to customer service usually busy a human finally answered the phone we cancelled the order on November 4th and I was told my name was spelled wrong on the order that was the reason for the screwup but my credit card would be credited in 5 to 7 business days I am still waiting I call the 1-800-711-8357 number which is usually busy but someone answered twice and then hung up on me I have called the credit card company and filed a complaint next will be the attorney general I think the television station running the commercial needs to know about this scam they should hold some responsibility for the infomercials they run.
