I purchased the new version of Wizetrade which is suppose to automatic. I used my AX card because it all sounded too good to be true. After two weeks of trying to make mone with the software picking stocks and selling the stocks based on my input I could not get any kind of results that were satisfying. When I called to cancel and get a credit on my AX card it was a terrible experience. I sent numerous letters via their fax and also called AX. I am happy to report that I got a full credit on my AX card. I would highly not recommend this product!

Don't buy this software
You will get killed in the market
The arrows and lights that you
see can change instantly from
sold buy or sale sign to exactly the opposite

Within second the screen can change making a stock go from a
buy to a sell and because the screen has changed completely there is no way to show what you
you were looking at
In addition I am always losing
my connection which does not happen when I am logged into any
other website

I think that this product is garbage You can be watching the
sales and market direction of a
a stock the Green "BUY" pressure
arrow can be pointing up with the
Red "SELL" pressure arrow pointing down and the screen immediately changes with the Red
arrow up and the Green arrow down
If you are trading in large sums of shares and dollars the potential for thousands of dollars of losses in just seconds happens all the time

My girlfriend purchased the complete package in the fall of 2006. Her mother had passed away earlier that year and thought she could use the Wizetrade as a tool to invest some of her inheritance. Total initial cost over $6000.00
After three months of very poor coaching and constantly changing schedules she finally gave up. She could never seem to get in touch with anyone except at times when she would normally be at work. Wizetrade seems to be geared more towards the professional day trader that has time to stay on the phone or in front of the computer.
In disgust she wrote a letter to Globaltech in Mar 2007 explaining her frustration and wanted to allow me to give it a try since I have been securities licensed in the past and now handle the investments. It took over a year to finally get a license transfer into my name and a feed setup so I could use the software.
Because Kathy had purchased a year of Wizefinder in advance they did not prorate anything and send her back any portion of the remaining $99.00 monthly fees she did not use . In fact when her anniversary date from the time of purchase came about they started taking the $99.00 Wizefinder fees out of her account.
I have tried my best for the last couple of months to get some sort of training from the folks a Wizetrade but it just not working out now I know why My Girlfriend became so frustrated. By the way my credit card on file with them expires this month today is the 1st of may and they pulled the plug.
My suggestion is do your homework get a good brokerage account stay in tune to the markets and the economy USE GOOD OLD COMMON SENSE and INVEST WISELY and you wont need a pile of crap like Wizetrade. There are enough free tools and in formation out there for anyone with half a brain to become sucessful.
Anyone up for class action I'm in because this is definitely a scam.
I started the program from scratch

I was so excited to get my hands on this product - being fully aware that nothing is a simple as red light, green light. FIRST paper trade is ghost trading. SECOND feed goes down all the time and they tell me they don't know anything about it. THIRD I have been on the phone for 43 minutes waiting for assistance. Try for yourself 1 800 253 1293 customer assistance ask for help with your software and see how long you wait on hold.

George Thompson intentionally misleads people into believing the software is simply red and green lights all for the sake of the large amount of money he get from this scam.

I have never felt so violated by a company who claim to do so much... Please do not buy into this crap... I bought it to help put towards our wedding and have only been gipped and have only made 6 dollars... Gee what a mistake

What a great program ! ! I spent the 3500.00 and would have had better results borrowing money to a homeless person expecting a better return. This is truley a scandal and anyone who thinks there stupid red line/green line are any type of indicators will be in for a huge surprize. you will make more money picking up aluminuuim cans. Better yet, walk into a casino and ask a stranger to place a 3500.00 bet on red at the roulette table. If you lose, so much for that. If you win the guy will 86 out of there and you never see him again......kinda like wisetrade, once they have your money, you never hear from those thieves again.

I wasted $3000 buying wisetrade. First I went to a meeting better knower as a hype session to lure the suckers to buy there product. The bells and wissels look great but give no advice on making money from investing. This was an expencive mistake. I am writing this paragaph to give a heads up to anyone looking to buy this product, you are wasting you money. I would sell you my software (wisetrade) for hafe price but I have principals.

Yes..I purchased this a year ago and have lost 75,000 mostly because of the feed being down the 2 weeks after Christmas and not being able to get ahold of anyone at Globaltec after trying for hours and hours each day. I am definitely interested in a class action suit. Please let me know.

Please do not buy this product. If you think about it for a minute, I have been trading stocks for about 7 yrs and can tell you. Nothing in the world can tell you what news is going to come out in the very next minute much less the next day or next week. It just can't be done. Keith

I went to one of their free seminars and was told all about the red light / green light, so it all sounded to easy, they could not answer any hard question but talked about all the people that are making big money with this product. I have tried to find a happy WizeTrade customer that I could talk to but they say they can not help with this. I don't know if it works or not but looking on the web I found this recent article that made my choice []

I tried and practiced Wize Trade for about 6 months. However, I also have E-Signal and Investools. I am a day trader and basically I will give you bullet poins in reference to the new Wize Trade signal conversion/change: 1- The new signal is not properly working as of yet. 2- I have sent 2 e-mails to their tech. support dept. and so far they have not been addressed at all. Both of them more than a month ago. 3- Live chat and live reps. are helpful if you have more than one hour to spend on the phone. But even after reseting the paper trade screen and uninstalling and reinstalling the products I still cannot get proper live streaming, specially upon opening bell. 4- I do not believe it is worth buying. The lines seem to be a mixture of the MACD and Stochastic values with volume indicators on the side. The only good feature was the fast execution of the trades through the integrated brokers. But now, with the new signal, I cannot paper trade, therefore I do not trust this broker integretion has remained intact. 5- Frankly, if anyone is thinking of legal action, please let me know. I bought the program and now it is not working. This is regardless of any considerations as to whether the lights and lines are good indicators or not.The plain simple fact is that the live streaming is not working and that is not acceptable. If they cannot go back to E-Signal as their feeder, I do not believe this company should be in business any longer. 6- Last, but by no means least, it is not as simple as selling when the next light to the left turns red. By the time this light turns red, you already lost money, quite a bit I should say. 7- My honest recommendation to any one that wants to trade succesfully is get a regular program, study the charts, try different brokers and get with people that are doing the same type of trades you are doing. Do not expect this to be a fast learning process. It takes a lot of studying, practice and a bit of intuition at times. 8-I feel that when George Thompson goes on TV and says trading is as easy as green and red and if you can see green or red you can make money, that my friends, is grounds enough for a law suit. And, not only this is misleading, but take into accout the infamous sales pitch that lowers your self esteem to the point that you feel like an idiot, just because you have a regular job out there instead of making money at home in your computer. 9- Basically: A currently non-functional program, with a misleading and psychologically abusive sales pitch. Any lawyers out there?

I have owned and used the Wizetrade/Wizefeed product for over a year. I viewed it as a nice graphic represenration of adjustable rolling averages and, as such, was useful to me. Now they have institued flakey software upgrades and I have a free real time rolling average program from my broker. Wizetrade makes it IMPOSSIBLE to canel...the IVR keeps routing you to a dead end and there is no e-mail aliase to send to. I just instructed my bank to stop payments.

Nov 15th 2007 they descended on San Antonio with their typical bs . You can't go wrong they said - just follow the 3 wize men they said. total junk folks. They want their $4500 USD and they said that is all you pay.Only $3445 if you do it today - hurry - do it now - quickly the line is forming - I only brought 8 software packages so only the first 8 can buy it today. Simple. 2 days of training in this same hotel room . Not simple- they lied about training. We had to go 94 miles away to Austin. They said training is with experienced brokers. Sadly , no . We had 1 guy who spent his time selling us more junk and whining that we didn't understand a concept. Some how it was our fault we didn't understand . When a class doesn't understand a concept - it is the instructors fault - plain & simple. If the program is so simple - then anyone could understand it right ? You claim it is soooo simple. A huge problem. Total disorganization. It actually took over 2 WEEKS for me to even get the software package!! They lied about the real time training using live computers. How can you get live info on weekends? You can't ! Markets are closed on weekends ! If someone gets the truth about these crooks please let me know [] The program is junk - it does not work. None of my trades were accepted by my broker and WizeTrade will not answer the phone. What happenned to the money back guarantee? Where is my money? My faxes to them are ignored.800 858 4022 is the fax # - good luck! I'm on the phone every day at different times and they NEVER pick up the phone. I'm cancelling everything today. Maybe I'll hear from them then? We need to start a class action lawsuit. We had 2 attorneys in our class - maybe they are interested...
