I was about to investigate this product with the thought of possibly buying it. I am sorry for your financial losses and the humiliation and outrageous treatment you allegedly received from these people, but I am so glad you took the trouble to report this even though you must feel embarrassed, chagrined and foolish to be a victim. You may save a lot of other prospective buyers a lot of heartbreak and anger too. Oftentimes those who are least able to afford it are victims of scams, and this sure looks like a scam to me. I wouldn't touch this with a ten foot pole after reading all the complaints. From what I have read, it appears to me that in addition to your class action lawsuit against these people, you should also report it to the fraud division of your police force. It is possible the FBI will imvestigate and the US Attorney prosecute these people in a criminal action. I think people like this should serve a long time in the Federal Penitentiary in addition to paying substantial fines.

Don't buy. It is not geared for the amature investor. I bought it 4yrs ago at 3000.00 dollars. I can't believe how much there are charging now.

I purchased CommandTrade FX Aug/2008 and it cost $5,400.00. I am a relatively new trader and thought that this would help me to do better than I was doing manually. However it did not work out for me, so after 2 weeks I asked for my money back. They have a 30 day money back guarantee and when I tried to execute that option I was told that I would get my money returned within a 30-day period of time. Well 30 days went by and I did not receive the refund. I had sent an email back to them informing them that I still was not refunded the payment. They did not reply to that email nor did they call me. So, I decided that I would call my bank and just dispute the payment and that process can take up to 90 days. Personally I dont think that Wizetrade is a scam but I will say that their automated trading software is NOT for a beginner. I believe you really need to know what you are doing to trust software to do your trades for you on an automated process. My real complaint here is that they tell you on a return that you will receive your moeny back in 30 days and for me that proved to be false.

One thing you'll notice if you ever visit GlobalTec Solutions Offices, is that their employees do not use the software they support and promote. Actually those that use the software do so for support purposes only(example, how to get to the Trade Manager, how to place a stop-loss order, etc.). I noticed that when a new employee joins the firm, they're usually hyped up about the prospect of trading to make extra income while working for GlobalTec. It doesn't take long for them to realize that the software does not perform according to GlobalTec's claims. Needless to say, their hopes are dashed and some continue to work for $13.00 or $14.00 per hour saying what they're told to say, many times against their better judgements, while others move on to find other opportunities. Another deceitful practice I've observed is that GlobalTec sometimes asks it's employees to write emails to Wizetrade TV when customers aren't calling or sending emails. In fairness to GlobalTec, I've seen people make money using Wizetrade, but this is not due to any sort of methodology that produces reproducible outcomes, but merely by pure luck. I would not recommend any of GlobalTec's software. I studied these software platforms, and from a purely technical perspective, many of the features don't work, or don't work when they're supposed to. For example, you might place a TTO (Threshold Triggered Order) but the order may not execute until long past your intended threshold, potentially causing you to lose more than your risk tolerence indicated. Finally, everyone who trades understand that there are risks associated with trading, but using these products exposes you to additional risks due to inaccurate data being pushed into the platforms, or the platforms not correctly interpreting data because of defects. On a scale from 0 to 10, I rate Wizetrade somewhere between 0 and 1. That's if I'm being generous.

We have been unsuccessful with this product and have been trying to discontinue the monthly charges. All the numbers given us are non-functional. I got the 800 number from this site and called it. I did get thru and was hung up on when I expressed that I was calling to discontinue the service. I called back and ended up in some never ending queue. This is bad news.

I purchased the new version of Wizetrade which is suppose to automatic. I used my AX card because it all sounded too good to be true. After two weeks of trying to make mone with the software picking stocks and selling the stocks based on my input I could not get any kind of results that were satisfying. When I called to cancel and get a credit on my AX card it was a terrible experience. I sent numerous letters via their fax and also called AX. I am happy to report that I got a full credit on my AX card. I would highly not recommend this product!

Don't buy this software You will get killed in the market The arrows and lights that you see can change instantly from sold buy or sale sign to exactly the opposite

7/9/2008 - Douglas writes:
Within second the screen can change making a stock go from a buy to a sell and because the screen has changed completely there is no way to show what you you were looking at In addition I am always losing my connection which does not happen when I am logged into any other website

I think that this product is garbage You can be watching the sales and market direction of a a stock the Green "BUY" pressure arrow can be pointing up with the Red "SELL" pressure arrow pointing down and the screen immediately changes with the Red arrow up and the Green arrow down If you are trading in large sums of shares and dollars the potential for thousands of dollars of losses in just seconds happens all the time

My girlfriend purchased the complete package in the fall of 2006. Her mother had passed away earlier that year and thought she could use the Wizetrade as a tool to invest some of her inheritance. Total initial cost over $6000.00 After three months of very poor coaching and constantly changing schedules she finally gave up. She could never seem to get in touch with anyone except at times when she would normally be at work. Wizetrade seems to be geared more towards the professional day trader that has time to stay on the phone or in front of the computer. In disgust she wrote a letter to Globaltech in Mar 2007 explaining her frustration and wanted to allow me to give it a try since I have been securities licensed in the past and now handle the investments. It took over a year to finally get a license transfer into my name and a feed setup so I could use the software. Because Kathy had purchased a year of Wizefinder in advance they did not prorate anything and send her back any portion of the remaining $99.00 monthly fees she did not use . In fact when her anniversary date from the time of purchase came about they started taking the $99.00 Wizefinder fees out of her account. I have tried my best for the last couple of months to get some sort of training from the folks a Wizetrade but it just not working out now I know why My Girlfriend became so frustrated. By the way my credit card on file with them expires this month today is the 1st of may and they pulled the plug. My suggestion is do your homework get a good brokerage account stay in tune to the markets and the economy USE GOOD OLD COMMON SENSE and INVEST WISELY and you wont need a pile of crap like Wizetrade. There are enough free tools and in formation out there for anyone with half a brain to become sucessful. Anyone up for class action I'm in because this is definitely a scam. I started the program from scratch

I was so excited to get my hands on this product - being fully aware that nothing is a simple as red light, green light. FIRST paper trade is ghost trading. SECOND feed goes down all the time and they tell me they don't know anything about it. THIRD I have been on the phone for 43 minutes waiting for assistance. Try for yourself 1 800 253 1293 customer assistance ask for help with your software and see how long you wait on hold.

I think a class action law suit is in order I lost all my I.R.A.s and over 70 thousnd now I am old cant get medical and have to work for low wages in fl. there should be a law against this.

4/5/2008 - Kathy writes:
George Thompson intentionally misleads people into believing the software is simply red and green lights all for the sake of the large amount of money he get from this scam.

What a great program ! ! I spent the 3500.00 and would have had better results borrowing money to a homeless person expecting a better return. This is truley a scandal and anyone who thinks there stupid red line/green line are any type of indicators will be in for a huge surprize. you will make more money picking up aluminuuim cans. Better yet, walk into a casino and ask a stranger to place a 3500.00 bet on red at the roulette table. If you lose, so much for that. If you win the guy will 86 out of there and you never see him again......kinda like wisetrade, once they have your money, you never hear from those thieves again.

I wasted $3000 buying wisetrade. First I went to a meeting better knower as a hype session to lure the suckers to buy there product. The bells and wissels look great but give no advice on making money from investing. This was an expencive mistake. I am writing this paragaph to give a heads up to anyone looking to buy this product, you are wasting you money. I would sell you my software (wisetrade) for hafe price but I have principals.

Yes..I purchased this a year ago and have lost 75,000 mostly because of the feed being down the 2 weeks after Christmas and not being able to get ahold of anyone at Globaltec after trying for hours and hours each day. I am definitely interested in a class action suit. Please let me know.

Please do not buy this product. If you think about it for a minute, I have been trading stocks for about 7 yrs and can tell you. Nothing in the world can tell you what news is going to come out in the very next minute much less the next day or next week. It just can't be done. Keith
