I tried and practiced Wize Trade for about 6 months. However, I also have E-Signal and Investools. I am a day trader and basically I will give you bullet poins in reference to the new Wize Trade signal conversion/change: 1- The new signal is not properly working as of yet. 2- I have sent 2 e-mails to their tech. support dept. and so far they have not been addressed at all. Both of them more than a month ago. 3- Live chat and live reps. are helpful if you have more than one hour to spend on the phone. But even after reseting the paper trade screen and uninstalling and reinstalling the products I still cannot get proper live streaming, specially upon opening bell. 4- I do not believe it is worth buying. The lines seem to be a mixture of the MACD and Stochastic values with volume indicators on the side. The only good feature was the fast execution of the trades through the integrated brokers. But now, with the new signal, I cannot paper trade, therefore I do not trust this broker integretion has remained intact. 5- Frankly, if anyone is thinking of legal action, please let me know. I bought the program and now it is not working. This is regardless of any considerations as to whether the lights and lines are good indicators or not.The plain simple fact is that the live streaming is not working and that is not acceptable. If they cannot go back to E-Signal as their feeder, I do not believe this company should be in business any longer. 6- Last, but by no means least, it is not as simple as selling when the next light to the left turns red. By the time this light turns red, you already lost money, quite a bit I should say. 7- My honest recommendation to any one that wants to trade succesfully is get a regular program, study the charts, try different brokers and get with people that are doing the same type of trades you are doing. Do not expect this to be a fast learning process. It takes a lot of studying, practice and a bit of intuition at times. 8-I feel that when George Thompson goes on TV and says trading is as easy as green and red and if you can see green or red you can make money, that my friends, is grounds enough for a law suit. And, not only this is misleading, but take into accout the infamous sales pitch that lowers your self esteem to the point that you feel like an idiot, just because you have a regular job out there instead of making money at home in your computer. 9- Basically: A currently non-functional program, with a misleading and psychologically abusive sales pitch. Any lawyers out there?

I have owned and used the Wizetrade/Wizefeed product for over a year. I viewed it as a nice graphic represenration of adjustable rolling averages and, as such, was useful to me. Now they have institued flakey software upgrades and I have a free real time rolling average program from my broker. Wizetrade makes it IMPOSSIBLE to canel...the IVR keeps routing you to a dead end and there is no e-mail aliase to send to. I just instructed my bank to stop payments.

Nov 15th 2007 they descended on San Antonio with their typical bs . You can't go wrong they said - just follow the 3 wize men they said. total junk folks. They want their $4500 USD and they said that is all you pay.Only $3445 if you do it today - hurry - do it now - quickly the line is forming - I only brought 8 software packages so only the first 8 can buy it today. Simple. 2 days of training in this same hotel room . Not simple- they lied about training. We had to go 94 miles away to Austin. They said training is with experienced brokers. Sadly , no . We had 1 guy who spent his time selling us more junk and whining that we didn't understand a concept. Some how it was our fault we didn't understand . When a class doesn't understand a concept - it is the instructors fault - plain & simple. If the program is so simple - then anyone could understand it right ? You claim it is soooo simple. A huge problem. Total disorganization. It actually took over 2 WEEKS for me to even get the software package!! They lied about the real time training using live computers. How can you get live info on weekends? You can't ! Markets are closed on weekends ! If someone gets the truth about these crooks please let me know [] The program is junk - it does not work. None of my trades were accepted by my broker and WizeTrade will not answer the phone. What happenned to the money back guarantee? Where is my money? My faxes to them are ignored.800 858 4022 is the fax # - good luck! I'm on the phone every day at different times and they NEVER pick up the phone. I'm cancelling everything today. Maybe I'll hear from them then? We need to start a class action lawsuit. We had 2 attorneys in our class - maybe they are interested...

I went to a Wizetrade seminar today. The guy who did the sales presentaion claimed how easy it was to use, and then said you have to go to 2 days of training and watching 6 DVDs in order for you to use this product. Then claimed that they would be giving youa deal for $1,000 off their regular price of $4500, of which if you read the complaints is offered to anyone. He further went onto say "just put it on your credit card", at which point I walked out. Anyone blatantly suggesting you to use a CC to invest has their head up their you know what. Again, if the program and software is as easy as they claim, why all the training seminars? One other mis-nomar you'll find is that you can not trade using their software, it is just a tool to be used with E-Trade for example. Why pay twice?

On January 1 I logged on to my Wizetrade software account and it started it's latest upgrade. Since the download I have not been able to log on to Wizetrade. I have tried for several days to call them at different times of the day including weekends. Each time I have been put on hold due to heavy call volume. After reading all the blogs regarding the recent status of Wizetrade I now no why I can't get a through to anyone and why I'm being put on hold. I am canceling my account if I can ever get through to wizefeed.

[] They reached out and touched my bank account - again. I've 'straightened this out' before (I thought), but there they are again, taking my money out of my bank account. I have called many times in the past two days to scream at them, but now they have thrown the ultimate trick in the mix - they steal your money, then don't answer the phone. Crooks.

Well it's here. I have the Class Action Notification against Globle Tec. Southern District Ct. Miami Florida. Their stock is in the tank and so will the company which owns WizeTrade. I bought into the Red-light/green-Light as many did, with the idea of making a profit and all I did was lose well over my head. Whenever I talked with the support staff, their answer was always the same. Well You didn't read the indications right or You acted too impatiently. You better cancel E-signal because WizeTrade will never come back!

1/2/2008 - Keith writes:
Wizetrade system has cancelled their contract with E-Signal, for anyone who can't connect on line or reach them by phone, don't worry you have done nothing wrong. They are dodging all calls and emails because they have lost their connection with E-Signal and the without this have nothing to offer. I am cancelling my subscription, why would they not notify all subscribers and tell us the truth? They are willing to call us trying to sell other add on services, but unwilling to tell me they are in deep without E-Signal. Call 1-888-988-7100 and try to get through, good luck.

We have used the system for a couple of years but wished to cancel. We either got a busy signal on the phone or were bounced around from one department to another. We have left messages and were told we would be called back. This has been going on for six weeks. Now I can't find an address for Globetech Solutions, the parent for a letter. Since monthly charges on credit cards continue this is a problem. Also, since we do not accept the new (this December) agreement we cannot access the program.

I did purchase wizetrade! Yes, it is not what they tell you. Unfortunately, you can't really figure that out in a few weeks, unless you are a very experienced trader or investor. The red light, green light idea sounds very good, and if you paper trade the sales work pretty good. The paper trade will let you buy or sell no matter what. Of course that is just another good trick. I realized the lights turning is like watching the stock. It might start up and all the lights might turn green. Then it might immediately turn red. Well, if you bought it, you need to sell it. But if it continues to go up for a few cents or more it looks like the program made you money. You don't need a program to tell you the stock is going up. The whole problem is that it is only a gamble. There is no real need for the program. I now use it for only looking at past charts and past lows and highs. But when my time runs out on the subscription, I will be out of that monthly charge. Unfortunately, same as everyone else who bought this scam, has lost my money. Don't fall for it!!!!!!!

What garbage. I will jump to road show which Wizetrade held recently to see the results with actual wizetrade users. the owner of the company asked the question "Who feels they have mastered Wizetrade?" not one hand was raised. So many people are screwed out of their money by trusting this piece of crap. Stay away fom it.

I attended a Wizetrade seminar held in Toronto, Canada on Nov. 18, 2007. It said you could try this software and if you did not satisfy with it, you could return it within 10 days after you purchased it. I wanted to give a try. Afterwords, I found it was not as functional as the claimed. In fact, I found it is useless. The I returned this software on Nov. 26, 2007. Wizetrade closed my account at the same date. I was told that nearly C$4,000.- would be returned to my credit with 15 days, that would be Dec. 11, 2007. However, I did not see this amount coming to me credit card on 12/11/2007. So I called them, I was told it was in process, and would come to my account in couple of days, it was how it runs. Then, on next Monday, I cheched my credit card again, my money still did not come. Then I called again, and asked them to give me the exact date when the refund comes to my credit. At this time, they said, they cann't. They don't know when the refund can come to my credit card. Since then, it already passed due more than one week. No one in Wizetrade could be reponsible to this, the customer service people refused to connect me to a high level management to solve this problem. In fact, after Dec, 11, 2007, if they did not refund me, it's illegal for them to hold my money. But now I realize it is possible the way this company to make money and survial. Obiviously, this company is playing scam. I don't have confidence with this company and I have asked my credit card company to claim back my money. I hope nobody will be cheated by this company from now. If someone could stop Wizetrade Cheating behavior, please do so. Can not stand they continue their scam to harm more people.

I wish I had seen this website before I bought into this scam. Let me just say, if you have $3,500 to just throw in the local landfill, buy it - if not, DON'T! I worked the program for over a year, paid an extra $100 per month for the extras, did AWESOME trading paper but never had the nerve to trade $. It's a sad statement that I actually feel fortunate for only loosing the $4,700 that I did and not more. Don't buy this software, it's a scam and doesn't work!!

I purchased the Wizetrade software for the $3500.00 8 months ago..They sounded like they care about the customer and will help anyway they can...All they want is more and more money from you...For all the money you already spent, they have the nerve to charge $29.95 a month so you can get their wizetrade service.[Without that you can't use wizetrade at all] Then if you want to get their wizetrade tv or radio which is suppost to help you with the stock market you have to spend hundreds each you for that...If you want any of their software that might help with the Wizetrade it all cost alot of money every month...I started with every penny I have saved in my life $50,000 and lost $43,000 of it so far...I trusted them and got scammed out of my wife's and mine retirement money and I don't know what to do...I wish I never saw that damm infomercial.

I spent about one year using WizeTrade. I was already pretty good at the stock market, and I wanted something that would reduce the amount of time I spent each week studying company financials. In other words, I am not a novice when it comes to investments. During the first month (paper trading), I was pretty much breaking even. But, I simply assumed that I needed more time to get used to the software. Over the next 11 months, I lost about 5% of my WizeTrade investments. However, during that same time, I made about 20% of the investments I had made without WizeTrade. My WizeTrade losses did not include the $3500 I paid for the software, plus the cost of the monthly feeds. In other words, the software really doesn't give you an edge. People can get lucky sometimes in the market (as I have), and I assume that's why the do have a few success stories. But, it's definitely not worth the investment ... you're better off on your own.

Worst xperience I ever had with this garbage. honestly if you have brokage accounts like ameritrade you dont need this crap and very expensive software. I did not loose any money using this software but when I went to there initial seminar They brought the price down to $3500.00 What they claim that this is an easy tool and just by looking at lights you can take a decision is totally misleading I paid $3500 and my friend who attended seminar with me was offered $2500.00 . I pointed this out but they disagreed to refund the money One other thing to note is that if they were confident that they have a good system they should allow at last a week of free trial. They dont. Guess why?. There is no money back guarantee My advise to everyone will be to use companies like [] I had great luck with them. I am not associated with them at all but I like them and there approach

Total scam! Do not buy this product, and if you have, return it ASAP! They will do everything in their power to not take the product back. They will tell you that you need to buy more things, more training, give it one more try, etc. until the return period expires and then they will absolutly tell you too bad. Wizetrade is a complete scam. They have absolutly no consideration for their customers.

I absoultely agree with previous postings. The software is a scam to me. If any lawyer files a class action law suit, I will help as much as I can.

None of these trading programs work. If they did, they wouldn't be selling them in the first place. Sadly, most newbie investors don't know this, and get sucked in.
