I bought this product a couple of years ago and found that it worked very well. I was happy with the results and ordered again in May of this year. Two months later, no product and no response to any of my attempts to reach them through email. So, I called and they assured me that I would receive my order within the next week. Three weeks later, I had still not received my order. Thankfully, I had paid with Paypal and filed a claim. Paypal forced them to return my money. The product is good but the company is run very poorly!

I have ordered Zero Odor in the past and have been satisfied with it. However, my last reorder was placed over a month ago and I still have not received the product. Numerous calls have produced no results and direct conversation with customer service supervisor was futile. Every time I call they keep pushing back the delivery date - and they won't allow me to cancel the order. I have filed a complaint with the BBB. Hopefully they can get some results.

I have use Zero Odor and have been happy with the product. I recently ordered Zero Odor again. that was 2 1/2 months ago and still have not received the product. My credit card was charged, they sure hurried up and did that. Where is the product, are the sending it via China? I have really unhappy and of course their order form on the internet has no telephone number.

I have used Zero Odor in the past and it performed well. I recently reordered this product opting for standard delivery instead of paying the extra $25.00 for the RUSH option. I rec'd an e-mail on 2/15/07 stating that my order had been shipped and the debit was made from my account on that same day. It is now 3/5/07 and I still have not rec'd my order. I called them 2/27/07 and was told I should wait because it took 10 business days for delivery. So I called again on 3/3/07 and was told 7 to 14 business days for standard delivery. The thing is that when I called on 3/3/07 I was told that it is being shipped by mail from somewhere in GA., I LIVE IN GA! When have you ever heard of mail taking (so far)18 days when delivered in the same state? NOT EVEN AT CHRISTMAS!! These people took my $56 on the 15th of last month and have not shipped my order yet. To say I'm upset is an understatement. They lie right to your face (on the phone). If a company wants you to wait 3 or 4 weeks for a standard shipment they should say so. They should not take your money and lie about sending the product!!!

Zero Odor discolored my dark green carpet. I had used Zero Odor on a light colored carpet and had been happy with the results. However when I used it on a dark colored carpet in the bedroom it left purple splotches when it dried. This was a very expensive Stainmaster Carpet which is now ruined. Use Zero Odor at your own risk!!

I bought some Zero Odor to help with cat urine spots in the house. Seemed to work alright, but not great. Recently both of my dogs got skunked and ran inside through the pet door. Of course the jumped on my bed. (gee thanks) Stripped the bed and sprayed the bed down and remade the bed. Left window open and turned on small fan. Still had to constantly respray around the bed all night so I could sleep without gagging. Odor was especially bad if I turned over from one side to the next. Airing the room out had more long term effect than this product.

i got a persian cat so i tried it. covers the smell .several days later.its back ...i steam cleaned the stain. spayed it and its back .i waste of 30.00.i never wanted my money back becauseit does cover the smell for about a day.but ill never buy it again...

This product promised everything and delivered nothing. I tried to contact the company and never got a response. A huge waste of money in fact the smell from my cat litter pan got worse after spraying with this product!

This product does not work at all and when you try to get your money back, the company is nowhere to be found. Its like using plain old water; a complete waste of money.

It doesn't work, plain and simple. Stains lighten a bit, but that's all. Pet odor comes back. To me, its pretty useless. Tried to get my money back and they gave me a hard time. INsisted on sending me more for free, instead of a refund. The replacement was as useless as the original bottles.
