I ordered Zorbeez and my credit card was charged August 2007. Yes, that's right, 2007. Three months passed and I didn't receive my order. I called and canceled and was told a credit would appear on my statement. A few days later, the package came. I refused the delivery. I never have received a credit. The last time I was able to talk to someone, I was told I would be contacted by phone or mail from the complaints department. As you would suspect, no one contacted me. Now the message on the customer service line states that the system is being updated and to call back after June 11th. This is July. They are crooks. I hope someone is working on a class action lawsuit.

Bought these from the [] store. Also got the [] about the same time. The [] works great, but the Zorbees... they really are just felt. They don't absord anything at all. This really is a scam!

I ordered Zorbeez and never recieved my product ever! I never got a confirmation or anything except they charged my bank account for it. I am pissed! I don't know who to call even! I was scammed and yeah I trusted the oxyclean guy.

Seems to me deceptive design website traps you so you have no way out once you have gone through menu's. No chance to edit or correct or opt out once you discover horrendous exorbitant shipping charges they put on even free stuff they offer. They make much of their money on shipping and handling charges, not cloths. BEWARE. Even if you win legal dispute, they want to hang onto shipping charges. Big screw job. Ad says e-mail is good way to reach them. TRY it.... I canceled about 5 times with e-mail and one phone call immediately when I discovered I was being taken to the cleaners. Credit card was still charged.

I ORDERED ZORBEES ON A MONDAY MORNING AFTER FALLING FOR THE TV AD. I WANTED SOMETHING FOR 'STREAK FREE WINDOWS' I DIDN'T HAVE THE CHANCE TO REFUSE THE FREE 'ZORBEE DUSTER' FOR AN EXTRA $5.99 SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGE. I WAS OFFERED 'RUSH DELIVERY' FOR AN EXTRA $5.99 S&H AND WAS ABLE TO REFUSE. THE CLOTHES ARRIVED THE SAME WEEK ON THE THURSDAY! THE CLOTHES ARE GARBAGE. THEY LEAVE LOTS OF LINT BEHIND AND ARE BASICALLY USELESS. I HAVE NOT DECIDED WHETHER TO BOTHER RETURNING THEM BECAUSE IT WILL COST ME A LOT TO MAIL THEM BACK. I WILL PROBABLY JUST TAKE IT AS A LESSON LEARNED AND BE THANKFUL THAT I DIDN'T FALL FOR A SCAM OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS. I DON'T KNOW HOW THE TV COMPANIES CAN STILL CARRY THE ADS. IT IS SHAMEFUL.

My husband bought me these to make it so that we did not waste so many paper towels when I scrubbed the kitchen. The first one I used after just rubbing one counter top, left orange pieces of itself everywhere. Had to go back over and use a paper towel to clean up that mess. Thought maybe something was faulty with the one, so tried a second on a different counter. It did the same thing. I picked it up and you could literally see where the cloth was degrading into thin air! I will never buy these again (bought at [] in the "As Seen On T.V." section) and will warn everyone I know who brings them up.

I purchased this garbage months ago, a one time purchase from the infomercial on TV, because my church was having a carwash fundraiser. Well, needless to say, they are absolutely terrible! plus they put me on a lifetime shipment program without asking me, and I cannot make it stop! The first time it appeared own my bank statement, there was a customer service number. I called to cancel, and they assured me that it was cancelled. STILL COMING, STILL CHARGING 6.95 ever time it ships. I emailed weeks ago, STILL COMING, STILL CHARGING 6.95 every time it ships! FRAUD/SCAM/CHEAT/LIES/ ridiculous.

Bought the product at a national chain store - BB&B. Was looking for SHAM WOW but they only had Zorbees. Just like everyone here I am totally disappointed and feel ripped off. I WILL take them back to the store next week. Wish I had checked here before buying. All they do is smear the water around and shed little orange hairs all over everything! Bill

I also ordered Zorbeez after watching their infomercial. I Just bought a new car. This would be great! After ten weeks, I sent an email to Customer Care. Their response was the order was cancelled. Why? They wouldn't tell me. Have I ever been charged? I don't know. I have to check. My question is... Why is this continuing? I was shocked to see all the complaints, let alone web sites, thankfully, dedicated to such things. HOW CAN WE MAKE THEM STOP? Class action law suit? Sign me up!

I bought this item in brick and mortar store as I do all infomercial things since I know about the "lifetime" charges on your CC some of the run. Firstly and lastly, I attempted to dry my vehicle with one. In the garage. It was hopeless, not only picked up very littel water but made such a mess I couldn't believe it. You can't call it lint, they are long fibers - my car & garage looked like a pumpkin exploded. I had to rewash the car and sweep out the garage. Weeks later I am still finding orange strands stuck to trim and kicking around the garage. The worst experience I have ever had with an infomercial product. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered after I saw on the web, and since it was the Oxy Clean guy (I like that product) I did not hesitate to order. At the end of placing my order, no confirmation came up to say that I was done, only said if I wanted to save money click here, so I did. Next thing I realize I have gone through a second order screen. Followed the instructions. A few days later, my bank account was charged 2 times. I with almost as much shipping as the product cost. I received 2 full sets. My husband said to try the product, give some to kids and forget it. I tried them. They did not work as advertised at all, and if you wash them you cannot put them into the dryer or they shrink down to nothing. I do not want a product that I have to hang out to dry. Next thing I know I am being charged 2 monthly charges and I received 2 smaller sets in the mail. I am now on the 4th set. I have called several times and cannot get through. Sat and waited 30 minutes on hold the first time and 15 minutes the other times. Wow, I learned my lesson. I am going to call my bank to block the monthly transaction, and that costs something to do. So this has been a lose-lose situation as far as I am concerned!!!!!!

This product is a total scam. It is nothing but felt that doesn't absorb anything. Do Not Fall For This! We must do all we can to stop these scams. If we are not proactive they will continue. I have changed my credit card account. That was easy. I will report this to every agency appropriate. We need to boycott all products advertised by Billy Mays. He knows this is a scam and needs to know we won't stand for this. Hit him where it hurts - in his pocketbook. If enough of us stop buying - it will be noticed. Given the difficult times we cannot afford to waste money on scams. These con artists should not get our money.

An order was placed by someone other than myself. I received an Email giving me an order no. I sent Emails to customer service canceling the order. Several days later I called their order line to make sure the order was canceled the rep informed me that there was no order with that order No. or in my name in the computer. I assumed the order was canceled. A few days later I received an Email stating my order was shipped. Their customer service is run by a bunch of crooks and will lie and cheat you to get an order. I will never order again from these no class people. They do not answer Emails.

I ordered a 14.95 shipment over the phone and by the time I hung up they told me I would be billed 44.95. I called customer service immdeaitely and spoke to Brian and then the supervisor Josephine. They both stated the order has already been placed and they cannot stop shipment. We now have found this web site and I believe we will continue to get billed as well so we have to close out that particular credit card. Stop! Do not buy - this compnay is a total rip-off!

I order this product it took over 3 months to get and the product does not work like the commercial said. Paper towels do better and no you are not saving money by purchasing this product people waste money because they continue to charge and charge peoples cards without approval. I called July of 2007 and asked them not to send me any more of their worthless product and to stop charging my account but they continue to charge me and no I don't even get anymore product in the mail. I called today again canceled again called right back and spoke to an assumed supervisor and they had no record that I had already called today. This is a lousy way to do business and if I can spread th word I am going to spread. People work hard for their money and should not have it stolen from them by a business or anyone for that matter. Thanks, Christy from Florida

I purchased the Zorbeez at the [] for 15.00. The first thing I tried to do was dry Bandit when he came in out of the rain. They did absolutely nothing. We trird them on the kitchen counter and they just smeared the water around. I then washed them very delicately as instructed. They fell to pieces. They are non-absorbent pieces of felt, nothing more. A useless waste of money. They shed loads of lint. Don't buy this product whatever you do. Katie

Zorbeez Is An Absolute SCAM. Their Pitch Man should be hanged and anyone associated should be run out of town on a rail, for even suggesting that some Gullible Soul should even consider this worthless product. Tried to dry my car with it last weekend. When I couldn't even get the windows dry, I knew I had been Had. Please, Anyone considering buying this product, DON'T. Also Returning the product appears to basically double the amount you've already wasted

After seeing the product demonstrated by Billy Mays on TV I couldn't wait to try it.  I have a lot of large windows in my apartment as well as a great many mirrors and they all need frequent cleaning to really sparkle.  The fact that they could be thrown in the washing machine and used over and over again seemed like a real money saver.  When I received the product and opened the box I was immediately surprised by what I saw. "Hmm, these look and feel EXACTLY like pieces of felt! ...really cheap felt" I thought.  But being an optimist I assumed that they would still work. Perhaps they were treated with some kind of magical chemical that made them lint free, washable, and that endowed them with the power of super absorbency as had been demonstrated.  Surely that must be it! Because any idiot would know that felt is lousy at picking up spills and the only thing it's even worse at would be leaving a lint free shine. Not to mention the fact that regular old pieces of felt should never be thrown into the washing machine because they disintegrate and shred to pieces. Well, guess what? Zorbeez are just pieces of felt!  They do not absorb ANYTHING.  They leave behind all manner of residue and fluffy clumps of fibers, and when thrown in the washing machine they pill up and shred. I have purchased some disappointing products over the years but this was the first time that I purchased a product that so intentionally seemed to do exactly the opposite of what it claimed to do!
