Zorbeez Is An Absolute SCAM. Their Pitch Man should be hanged and anyone associated should be run out of town on a rail, for even suggesting that some Gullible Soul should even consider this worthless product. Tried to dry my car with it last weekend. When I couldn't even get the windows dry, I knew I had been Had. Please, Anyone considering buying this product, DON'T. Also Returning the product appears to basically double the amount you've already wasted

After seeing the product demonstrated by Billy Mays on TV I couldn't wait to try it.  I have a lot of large windows in my apartment as well as a great many mirrors and they all need frequent cleaning to really sparkle.  The fact that they could be thrown in the washing machine and used over and over again seemed like a real money saver.  When I received the product and opened the box I was immediately surprised by what I saw. "Hmm, these look and feel EXACTLY like pieces of felt! ...really cheap felt" I thought.  But being an optimist I assumed that they would still work. Perhaps they were treated with some kind of magical chemical that made them lint free, washable, and that endowed them with the power of super absorbency as had been demonstrated.  Surely that must be it! Because any idiot would know that felt is lousy at picking up spills and the only thing it's even worse at would be leaving a lint free shine. Not to mention the fact that regular old pieces of felt should never be thrown into the washing machine because they disintegrate and shred to pieces. Well, guess what? Zorbeez are just pieces of felt!  They do not absorb ANYTHING.  They leave behind all manner of residue and fluffy clumps of fibers, and when thrown in the washing machine they pill up and shred. I have purchased some disappointing products over the years but this was the first time that I purchased a product that so intentionally seemed to do exactly the opposite of what it claimed to do!

I bought these wipes and decided I didn't want them for life, contacted company by email abd telephone. Still getting charges for shipping. I am filing charges soon, you should also

I bought these for my car as in the commerical, but they were the worse thing I have ever used. For one you have to wet it to get it to absorb water and then it starts falling apart and leaving little shreds all over the vehicle. It was if I just wiped the car down with a paper towel. I had re-wash the car just to get the residue off.

I ordered from an infomercial on 9/9/07. After nearly 20 minutes of wading through excessive bantering about other offers, my order was finally processed. As of 11/17/07, I have not received them, but of course, I was charged $26.96 immediately on my credit card. THIS IS A SCAM!!!

I was suckered in by a Billy Mays commericial. Zorbees does not absorb any more than a paper towel and is less efficient than a terry cloth towel in drying your car. Also I washed them, thinking it might get some of the sizing out of the product and to my chagrin they were falling apart. Don't buy under any circumstances!

I ordered Zorbeez in July from a infomercial on T.V & was billed the correct amount on 7/29. I called the customer service #(8003808947) on 9/12, they said it was shipped on 7/27. They asked if I wanted a refund or for them to re-ship. I said re-ship. She said it would take about 3-4 weeks. I never received the product. Now the phone # just rings & the website is gone....They suck

I ordered Zorbeez from a catalong order company and they arrived in a timely fashion and I was not over charged or charged more then once. The problem is that they do not work at all. Paper towels are more absorbent. They simply did not live up to the claims made. I followed the instructions to the letter and did not work well at all.

I ordered Zorbee on 3 Aug 07 and have not recieved it then on 5 Sep 07 I called again to complain that it wasn't recieved and I was told that they would ship again and if not recieved to call again. I called again on 24 Sep 07 and was told they would ship again. I am now waiting for the third promised shipping after paying $44.93 for the product. They have the money I have the promise.

I placed my order on-line in late July '07 and paid for the adddtional express shipping. I received an email confirmation that my order shipped. I waited over 3 weeks and did not receive anything. I called the Customer Service phone number and after a lengthy hold of over 20 minutes, was told the Postal Service was to blame and to wait an additional 3 weeks for delivery. By Sept. nothing arrived. Contacted Customer Service again and was told they would re-ship on Sept. 8. It's now Sept. 25 and I still have not received a thing. I'll be contacting my credit card company to report the fraudulent charge.

I ordered Zorbeez on July 17th. Shipping/handling was -astronomical-. Received email indicating that order was "fulfilled" on July 20th. August 20th contacted customer service and they said they would "re-send" the shipment. (huh??) September 20th contacted customer service and demanded refund which I received promptly. Was firmly told that if I received the shipment I needed to contact them so that I could be re-invoiced. (hmm...) I cannot imagine how it could take so long to ship. I (as others here have mentioned) honestly believe nothing was ever sent! I have a P.O. Box and no other shipments from -anywhere- have ever been "lost." At the price they charge for shipping, I should have gotten the package in a maximum of two weeks. They also try to get you hooked into "Zorbeez for life!" September 25th and still nothing. At the very least I would highly recommend you not attempt to deal with the company.

Like the other reviewers here, I did not receive the product. The $14.99 escalated to $29.18 (S & H is high) when I ordered on 6/27/07. When I called on 9/10/07 to find out when I would get the product, they claimed they shipped it but have no tracking number or proof that they did. I called the post office because I was told it might have been misrouted, but the post office said this sounds like a scam. Sure sounds like it to me.

I ordered Zorbeez since June 20, 2007 and have rapidly contacted them because I have till yet recieved my product. They refuse to give me a refund or reship my product only citing that it was mailed on June 20, and I need to contact my postal service. When requested a supervisor, I was told numerous of times that they were trained to handle the call and that it is their job to handle the call and deny my refund or reshipment then they hung up the phone. I also put in 3 online request and have not heard back from anyone online either. This company is committing a fraud and I want my $26.96 back.
